Finding a good mechanic who you can also trust is a rare thing, but a MUST HAVE. Paul and his crew have never done me wrong. They ve actually saved me money multiple times telling me things to keep an eye on but that don t need replaced yet. They are always quick, honest, and I ve never had an issue with any work done. It s always been done quickly and right FIRST TIME. This is the only mechanic I will use now.

I m always worried about trying new mechanics but I m glad I went with this shop. I got in asap and my car was finished by noon. Definitely pleased.

Great mechanics. Warned me ahead of time while working on the first car I brought to them to sell it rather than continue working on it then had me bring in every new car I was looking at until they gave me the ok. This shop was prompt and responsive. They gave an accurate diagnostic for a car that my wife and i opted not to repair due to cost and the vehicle's age. It didn't make sense to spend the money.They will use high-quality parts and, due to their professionalism and attention to detail, you get quality workmanship from them. Just be prepared to pay for those services!

I've been using Paul Brown as my mechanic for 16 years. He and the guys at Kenzpen know what they doing, are honest, and super efficient. Highly recommend.

What a fool! I've taken my cars to dealerships in the past thinking that they'd give the best service. Egg on my face! One is never too old to learn.Anyway, about Kenzspen Auto (I found them in Google maps), I took my minivan here to have a look at a relatively minor problem. Although it looked like everybody was pretty busy and I had no appointment, they immediately took my keys and brought my car around and put it up on the lift.They dug around and went back and forth changing tools and pulling and tugging underneath for a good 15 minutes. The problem was fixed to perfection.They lowered my car and brought it around to the front and said "you're good to go"! No charge for their effort!! Well, of course I made an effort in digging into my wallet.I would highly recommend this organization but I shouldn't let it get out or else they might get swamped. Oh well, too late now.These guys are in my future from now on!!

This shop does things the right way! I find them to be honest, open and transparent, which is what you want from a mechanic! I trust them for minor or major jobs.. This place has the only mechanics I trust to work on my car. The staff tell it to you straight and will not try to trick you into getting service you don't need. Even if you ask for a specific service to be done, they thoroughly check to see if you actually need it done before doing it, so you never get charged excessively. Their services are also way cheaper than any dealership I've been to, and they work pretty quickly. To sum it up: skip the dealership and bring your business here instead.

These guys are rude on the phones. Impatient and irritable, and not interested in listening to anything you try to explain about your car. No thank you.

Honest and fair place for you automotive needs. I don't go anywhere else. I was lucky enough to find this place 1.5 years ago. I've never had a bad experience and always received excellent service and care.

I have never known ANY shop to go above and beyond the call the way the men at Kenzspen Auto do. The way they went out of their way for my girlfriend and I was more than I ever would have expected from any company.

Paul knows how to ask questions, not only of the customer but also of the car, running tests that help determine the cause.
