Update 09/2023: I just want to reiterate how great these guys are. I ve had a few more repairs done, and they get the job done beautifully. I cannot recommend them enough.Jake and Eric run a tight ship. Excellent quality service on the vehicles and towards their customers. I ve taken my Dodge Ram there several times and always leave satisfied.If you are looking for an honest shop which does great work, look no further. I plan to return here as long as they are in business, or I m in Cincinnati.

Very helpful and understanding of my situation. Immediately had me a part ordered so I could fix my own vehicle out side his shop after I had broke down!!! BIG Thanks Jake!!!

fast friendly service they stayed within an acceptable range of the original estimate and explained to me what the difference was and I was perfectly fine with that. I have absolutely no qualms going there when I need something done. not only that they are right here in Saylor park so it s very close.

My explorer sounds brand new! Had a bad bearing I couldn t get out. Thanks to Jake he was able to get it out and put my new one in.Super friendly, will be back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Such a great place! I called them in need of a quick tire plug. They were able to get me in that day and have it done before my work day was over. Great owners and extremely friendly! Will be recommending to others!

I grew up in Saylor Park and my family has been taking our cars to Jake's for years. I called in yesterday, dropped my car off and they had it ready for me by noon today. Good honest and timely service!

I took my Jeep Liberty here for a brake line repair recently, after having the shop highly recommended by several friends and neighbors, and the experience was excellent. Jake seems to take pride in running an honest shop, and keeps a current Better Business Bureau certificate posted on the office wall. I'll be back the next time I need work done.

I get my oil changed at Jake's. He charges reasonable rates and is very honest as to whether he can fix your car or not. He's on the bus line so I can drop off my car in the morning, take the bus to work, then take the bus back and get my car the same day. All the locals go there.

I called to see how much they would charge to use a scan tool on my car. I was told it was a strange request and they would have to ask someone and call me back. They never returned the call. Got it done elsewhere. Glad i didnt waste a lot of time waiting around for them to call me back. Do yourself a favor and always shop around when you need mechanical assistance!

I have been to Jake several times for repairs. If you are looking for an honest auto repair shop- this is the place to go. They do the repairs you need without trying to sell you work you don't need. They do the work right the first time as well.

"I thought I would a add a quick post, regarding Jake's Automotive.We have had service done to our vehicles a few times now, and I can say without a doubt we will not take our vehicles anywhere else but Jake's.If you're looking for a place that you can drop your car off, wait in the lobby watching a big screen tv while they serve you Starbucks.... This is not the place for you.However, if you're looking for an honest, affordable mechanic, who stands behind his work, you're in the right spot."

This is a first class garage. Everyone there is professional and nice. Great experience with them. They even drove me home after I left my vehicle. Good to have in Sayler Park.

My son had his car down there for over 2 months still was not fixed. when my daughter called to ask about it, they pushed it on the street and said they do not know how to fix it. should have just said that from the start. ridiculous!!!
