Great experience at this third generation family owned Cincinnati business. Haskins Hitching Post is knowledgeable, provides quick turnaround time, friendly and fair pricing. You cannot put a value on the confidence of knowing the hitch was installed correctly. I had a hitch installed on my sport utility vehicle for the purpose of a bike rack. Haskins offered great advice and I added electrical for a small cost, because you never know if I may need it in the future. Haskins has great inventory. I heard people walking up to the counter that said they drove 2-3 hours for parts only Haskins has in inventory. I highly recommend this business.

I have a California Sidecar Escapade LE Trailer for my motorcycle. Most motorcycle dealers shy away from working on any trailer. The right side turn signal would not work. All other lights were fine. I was invited to stop over the next morning so they could take a look. I arrived and it took the tech about 30 seconds to find the issue and resolve it. Extremely reasonable cost. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommended!

Great help from Joe. Was having issues with my boat trailer and tow vehicle wiring. Joe took the time to investigate and really tried to figure out my issue. Tested and went online for me to find a part. Huge help and solved my problem that many others including dealership could not.

Had a hitch put on my new Equinox. Dealer had arranged to pay for the tow package but had forgotten about the electrical part. Haskins reached out to the dealer and took care of the confusion. Everyone one there were very helpful.

Great place. Quality work. We were traveling and had a wheel bearing go out on our camper - they had the parts in stock and got us right in to help get us back on the road ASAP. Can t beat them.

absolutely amazing service! got told by soo many places "no we can't do that" or "we only can use our own hardware for that install" looking at you, U-haul,honda,smith trailers. Haskins took my rusty arse van and installed a hitch in no time flat. very reasonable. and vary understanding people who care! saved my bacon for a move and would gladly do business again!

The 2 ladies in the parts department went out of their way to make sure that I had the right parts before I left. They matched up the parts I needed off of the axle tag. I had them remove the old and install the new bearing races in my hub. When doing so, they found out that the bearing would not sit properly on my spindle. Went and got the correct part and it was $12 cheaper. I would highly recommend Haskins for any of your trailer needs.

First experience was okay. My axle under my trailer was wrong and about to break. Took my trailer there. It was raining, but a nice lady came out and measured for a new axle. Her measurements were off, but like I said it was raining. Went back in the next day to exchange it. The other lady was less than helpful. Matter of fact, she was verbally abusive. Cussing and yelling. Trying to make me feel little. I left and came back Monday when the nice lady was working. Got the right size axle. Needless to say, because of the actions of the lady with no customer service hospitality, I will not be returning. Btw I believe this lady to be some sort of owner. Either way she should be fired..

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Quick installation of the hitch for my new SUV. Significantly cheaper than the dealer. Also got a bike rack installed. They walked me thru how to use it too. So far very happy and would recommend them.

These guys know hitches. Brought my sedan to them to have a hitch installed and it was done in 30 minutes at a very fair price. The installer even explained how to load and unload the bicycle rack for ultimate safety. Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of an install.

Have a tandem axle boat trailer needed the works, two new axles, leaf springs, shackles, equalizers hubs and bearings. Other places I called said weeks. They got me in a one day turn around built it for me all I had to do was bolt em up. Travis is a beast!!! Excellent work!!! Highly recommend!!!

My experience with both ladies at the front desk today was nothing short of amazing. They immediately got their hands dirty without hesitation sorting through my box of greasy parts to find part numbers. They were able to quickly diagnose exactly what hub, raceway and bearings I needed when NO ONE ELSE could for my old 1993 trailer! And better yet, they had it all in stock! When your boat is stuck on the side of the road in the middle of no where and time is of the essence, this is where you should go, hands down. What a God send to have these folks within a stones throw. Will be coming back here for all my trailering needs in the future.

What I expect from an old family business. Pricing for the repairs I hade done there were very reasonable. Repair guy was very honest and knowledgeable. Had a short in wiring and he found it, repaired it, and had it back to me when promised. When I arrived he made sure to check out my tow vehicle prior to me leaving to verify any issues with it. I also enjoyed having the opportunity to take a look at the old Ford's, Austin Healey, Corvette and 1937 Cord 812 sedan. Nice little treat for an old car enthusiast. Definitely recommend these guys.

Haskins was extremely professional in the time and service provided. Glad I looked around at reviews online before deciding who would work on my car. It's easy to look for the cheapest price but with hitch installation it's possible to butcher the underside of your car. They understood the risks involved with hitch installation and explained any potential electrical issues you could run into with faulty/bad trailer electrical. Overall very happy with the job done and price I paid was worth every penny. Recommended to anyone looking around like I was that needs a hitch installation or accessories.

Their voice mail message (from December) and their website site says they are open on Saturday from 8 to noon. Drove 20 miles only to find them closed. And as I said their lying recorded message says they are open. Wish I could give you zero stars.

Holiday weekend lifesavers!!!! Blew a bearing on my boat trailer last night on my way to Lake Cumberland from Columbus, OH just south of Cincy. After an unexpected night in a hotel with my 2 daughters, 2 of my daughters friends, and our chocolate lab, I limped my chained dual axle trailer in to Haskins at 7:15am Friday. Upon opening at 8am, they quickly diagnosed the repair (new axle, 2 new tires w/ rims, repack other axle bearings) and had EVERYTHING IN STOCK!!! Had us back on the road before lunch saving our Labor Day weekend at one of our favorite locations. Quality work at very fair prices! Thanks Haskins!!!

I am a towing newbie, so when I bought a small toy hauler from a local Cincinnati dealer, they told me I needed a brake controller and to go to Uhaul. Well, as I have 2017 Honda Ridgeline redesigned, they had no idea what to do. The local Honda dealership couldn't either, but recommended I call Haskins Hitchen Post. They worked me right in same day and got me in and out in abut 20 minutes or so. Break controller works great for its first tow. Thanks for the speedy service!

Staff here is so helpful! My boyfriend and I were in the middle of moving out of state when we noticed a hitch issue. We went to 10 other shops before hearing about Haskins, all of which where no help. Finally someone pointed us to Haskins- they were able to get us in right before they closed, fix our hitch in 30 minutes, and helped us get our issue resolved so we were able to move that same day. I only wish that I knew about this place earlier!! I ll never go anywhere else

I was in and out in 30 minutes for a hitch install. A lot less expensive than uhaul($100 less) and great quality still. I ve had my hitch for a month and it s been great.

Great experience. Installation was quick and ended up being lower cost than quoted! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for hitch install. Don't take chances elsewhere--these folks are the experts.

Called to purchase a hitch and upon pick up they offered to install it on the spot. Took maybe 20 minutes and price was reasonable. Great customer service!

This is my go-to place for hitches. Always quick and perfect installations. They've been around a loooooong time. I'm pretty sure my first installation with them goes back 25-30 years. Yup! I like them that much.

I have a contracting company and have been going to Haskins hitching post for years from having a hitch installed on a new truck to them rewiring an old trailer or trouble shooting wiring problems. They are always are fast courteous and do the job right! Jim Berns

All I had was my axle I d sticker they ordered my axle and I got it in 4 days. It was was ready unbolt the old one and bolt up the new one and on the road I went thank you

The only place I go for my trailer problems. They always have the anwser. Parts are always in stock. Staff cares about the service they give. Customer for life..
