THE FIRESTONE TEAM SEEMS TO BE VERY OPEN AND HONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE REQUIRING AUTO SERVICE. I WILL CERTAINLY KEEP GOING BACK TO THE FIELDS ERTEL BRANCH IN THE FUTURE. HONESTY AND QUALITY MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER HAPPINESS AND SATISFACTION.

Brandon went above and beyond with his customer service. 10/10. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a leak in my tire while long distance traveling and he assisted me every step of the way. Chris was also 10/10. They both are top notch employees. Need more people like them.Service: TiresService: Tires

This location rescued my daughter from a bad day. She had a tire emergency, and this store got my daughter in right away and had her fixed within a short amount of time. Thanks for your help!Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent service and professionalism. All of the employees wore masks when interacting with customers.I was able to make the appointment within 12 hours where other shops were booking weeks ahead.I originally went in under the impression that I needed a new alternator, so they ran tests on all of the electrical and found everything was good. They easily could have installed a new one and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest and let me know I didn't need it saving me at least $500. I will happily return to this location. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic and friendly customer service! Firestone is where you need to take your car, folks. I had a very bad experience with the Performance Honda service across the street and ended up taking my car to this Firestone for help. Not ONLY did they fix my problem, they didn't over charge me or try to get me to repair something that wasn't needed. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and understanding. I was so grateful, I gave the technician a tip AND bought the techs pizza for lunch.Every Firestone I've been to in this city is wonderful- and this was just above and beyond today. This is how you get and keep customers. Thank you Firestone!!

I attempted to do business at Firestone, but they won't put a used tire on a car at all. Told me it was industry standard and most major places are the same. I drove a couple businesses down and they put used tires on as long as they're still safe and under 10 years old.

I needed a very important repair and they were able to give me an appointment the next day (and I certainly didn't expect a Saturday appointment!). The repair seemed like it got done quickly, it was within the estimated time. Ben showed me the part that was failing, he also showed me one strange quirk on one wheel and asked if he could fix it before he did so, since it wasn't part of the original plan. I trust Firestone. I also had to have my teenager with me during the appointment and she's the inquisitive type. This is a busy shop but she asked Ben how she might go about becoming a mechanic and he took time to have a brief chat with her about it and at the end asked her if she had any other questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. All employees I interacted with at this location were attentive and considerate. My overall experience here was really great, I will definitely go back when needed.

Came in for belt change and tire quote. The belt was fixed fast and perfectly. The lack of stars come from the tire quote. I was quoted 1300 for a set of 4 tires that I knew priced out at $950-980. Mount and balance doesn t cost $300. Please do you own research.

We are so grateful for their service! After getting a flat while traveling home for the holidays the staff at this location made sure to get us in right away even though the shop was closing within 15 minutes. We would not be able to spend the holidays with family if it wasn t for them!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had scheduled apt. Waited 45 min and then told they ordered the wrong tire and would need to come back another day.Follow up, Firestone got in the correct size tire and installed them with a discount for inconvenience. All good now and I will continue to have tires serviced here.

The store managers at the Fields Ertel store have always been great, but the current manager (Ben) is really great. Just super with customer care. And the maintenance guys know what they're doing and do it right the first time! I've been with Firestone since ~1998, and to a lot of different Firestone stores due to moving around with the Army, and frankly I've always had good Firestone experiences. That's why I stick with them. And the Fields Ertel shop continues that trend and really exceeds the standard!

This place is absolutely awesome. My wife and I were traveling from Cleveland to Knoxville when we had a flat on the interstate. I took my flat tire there to get it repaired right b4 they were to close. They stayed late to help us out. Don't hesitate to come here. They we're wonderful with us. In comparison, the Firestone in Grove City turned us away two hours earlier even though it was 2 hrs before they closed .

I have been meaning to write this review for a while but kept forgetting. I was in town from Columbus visiting a friend. It was pouring rain that day and I needed to get 2 new tires before heading home safely and called around to get a quote. Firestone gave me the cheapest price and so that is where I went. I went in basically in tears because I was stressed out and had my sister and our 2 young children with me. As soon as I went in, these guys were SO nice. I mean I usually hate doing these things without my husband because people take advantage but not here. They were so kind and understanding. They got us in and out on a busy Saturday, offered candy to the kids and told us to turn on cartoons for them. It meant so much to me to have someone not try to get me to buy anything or try to pull anything over on me. I left here feeling so much better and knew I needed to let people know about the service I received. AMAZING SERVICE!

They weren't able to replace my tires; however, they were courteous, friendly, and thorough. They also didn't charge me for finding and diagnosing the problem. They gave me great advice on where to go to get my tires fixed and replaced and we're apologetic that they couldn't solve my problem themselves. Very professional and I recommend this location if you ever have tire issues.

Don't recommend this place at all. I scheduled my vehicle for a basic oil change at 8 am a few days in advance. I asked how long it would take since I had to be at college later in the day and they said it would take as long as 45 minutes. I arrived at 8 am and I swear there was only 1 employee in the garage area, then about 9 am it seemed the workers began to pur in. I ended up waiting for 2 hours 30 minutes in their waiting room. For a PRESCHEDULED OIL CHANGE!!! Another guy I was waiting with had also scheduled an appointment for 8 am the same day, but had been told it would be 4 hours before they would get to his truck. The last 30 minutes I was there I could hear the guy at the sales desk asking the crew about why my car hadn't been removed from the garage yet, as it had apparently been finished a while ago. What's worse, I drive my car home to find out that none of my fluids had been topped off, which had always occurred alongside any oil change I had received in the past. I was told that the fluids are part of the courtesy check. But that has been included in any service I have ever received at a tire shop. I expect a lot more if I am going to spend 55 dollars on what is already a very highly marked up service compared to all of the other places I have been. Absolutely despicable.

Very disappointed. Will not return. Charged $600.00 for a tune up. I was told 3.5 hours and was there 6. I set appointment on Monday for Thursday 8 am. Well he used it as a reason for it taking longer since they took my van back half hour late.they took 15% off my Bill for the wait, otherwise it would of been a $700 job. My advice is shop around not everyone is this high in cost. Lesson learned I also recommended the guy not give a time or at least add that it is only an estimate on time. One mechanic worked on my van.

The staff is always friendly. The lead mechanic Dwayne is outstanding. The other mechanics are great but Dwayne cannot be beat. He is a fixture of this store location. His years of experience, skill level, attention to detail and pride in his work are hard to find these days. I have gone to the Fields Ertel location for years. They are the only commercial mechanics I put my full faith into with my vehicles.

These guys were awesome! Went to Cincinnati for a conference and the day I was suppose to go home my van had issues. These guys took care of things. Ben made sure I knew what they were doing and how long everything would take. If you want timely service, a fair deal, and professionalism then this is the place to go!

The service writer was super friendly and got me exactly what I wanted even with me being picky. Got a tire ordered and double check to make sure my requests were met. Thanks for the good service! It is always appreciated.

Went there to change the water pump of my Ford Mustang. All the parts were overpriced. The water pump that is mentioned in the invoice costs less than $90 in the market and they charged $200 from me. On an average the cost of the work should be less than $400 but I ended up paying $663 with $300 labor charge. Not at all impressed with their pricing system. Rest were good. Not at all recommended

I ve got my minivan serviced here twice and the guys are great. I asked for an alignment check and tire condition because of an upcoming road trip, they came back with a thorough review of both and assured us we d be good. I trust these guys.

Best service I've ever had from a corporate shop. These guys are awesome! I trust very few to work on my truck. when I got a call back from a no start and them telling me it was just a very minimal problem that won't ever happen again, I didn't know how to react. I would have been a gold mine to a sketchy mechanic but they were 100% honest and did not play any games whatsoever. If you have a problem with this place you should check yourself!!!

Honesty is so refreshing!I took my car in to get new tires because the ride was feeling kind of rough. The general manager actually sat down with me and told me my car didnt need tires. He showed me the rating between the tires I had and what they were going to put on.Turns out my tires were only over inflated. Since that initial visit I've brought all my vehicles into this location!

If 10 stars were allowed, they would get it.In early June, my family was heading north on I-71 to Cedar Point. Suddenly, the instrument panel failed. We were using GPS in a bit of a panic to get off the highway. Amazingly, we were able to drive 10 minutes to avoid some sketchy off ramps and find a gas station. Kudos to Honda for the car to go that long without an alternator. Normally, it is all over. We literally rolled into a gas station and came to a stop. Said a prayer and had some ice cream. Yes, the gas station had a full service ice cream parlor. It was Sunday afternoon, about 3:30 pm. We figured we would lose at least one day to get the thing fix. I was just happy everyone ok.The tow trunk driver was very Cool. Triple A. He brought us to Firestone. The mechanic came into the lobby and said, "okay, A flat tire fix and I go home!?"I said, "Well not exactly"....I told him of our vacation, going to Cedar Point etc. My kids must have had wide eyes, because the mechanic said. I promise i will get you back on the road tonight. He did. Got the alternator, had us go to the mall for dinner and when we were done, so the the car and the sun still up. About 3.5 hours down time and back on the road.Ohio, your people are great. Firestone, that mechanic is beyond great. Can not remember his name, but he is a gem. So very grateful.PS. Cedar point was great...Mike Malawey

Got an oil change here last year, and it's the same spot my sister has recommended to me as well. Fair price, and almost always a coupon available online that you can print out as well. The service was kind and fast. Can't say there's anything that blew me away - and also don't quite know what would, but dropped a star for that.

Had an appointment for tire repair. It took them 2 hours to figure out what had happened and then they told me that they could not repair the tire. Seriously? Two hours? I will never buy tires at firestone and I will never recommend firestone to anyone. -5 stars... Such a worst place.

Took my car there to get tires from Tirerack installed. The tire install went fine, but they left the airbox open after their "courtesy" check. I'm just glad I noticed it after only a couple of days. I will not be taking any of my cars here again if their attention to detail is that poor.
