They were able to help us when our brakes started grinding randomly during our vacation. They helped us get in early and even applied $50 discount! Super kind and helpful people!

Extremely disappointed with Firestone Complete Auto Care's lack of communication and professionalism. Called to book a flat fix appointment for 5 pm, confirmed both over the phone and via email. However, upon arrival at 5 pm, they denied confirming the appointment and refused service. Unreliable and unprofessional.

The service writer,Tommy, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Firestone.He offered me a discount if I applied for a Firestone credit card, so I did apply.Thanks for employing such a great person, like Tommy.

Friendly professionals that are looking out for your best interests! I had an appointment scheduled and thankfully before I arrived, Tommy gave me a call to let me know that we'll have to reschedule because one of the technicians went home sick. A simple call saved me from wasting my time and Tommy was able to get me in the next day. I'd recommend taking your vehicle here for all your vehicle needs.

I always have a positive experience at this Firestone location. I never feel pressured or upsold. Scheduling service is simple and straightforward and the work is done quickly and thoroughly unless something unanticipated arises.

Always efficient and very thorough about their service. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and they reminded me about fluid replacement that is probably overdue etc. excellent service.

I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. When the tech stalled my car 3 times just pulling into the bay, I should have grabbed my keys and drove away. He bent all 4 wheels during tire removal/installation.

I am not a person who knows a lot about cars. I have been going to the Firestone on Reading (and occasionally others) for years because I trust them to take care of my car. I trust them to tell me the truth about what condition my car is in and what I can do to keep it going. I never feel lied to or like someone is trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

I paid $130 to diagnose the check engine light. Manager gave me 2 Pcodes and couldn't tell me what they were.

Came in needing immediate service and I was assisted promptly. Staff was friendly, and gave honest suggestions. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull money out of me and listened to what I had to say. Explained things thoroughly and in layman's terms. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my leased / fleet vehicle in to Firestone at 89,685 miles for an oil change including; oil filter, cabin & air filter change. I got it back & within a couple days the check engine light came on, took it back & they said the #2 coil pack was miss firing & reset the computer. Drove it for a couple weeks and the engine light came back on so I again took it back to Firestone where they claimed they replaced the #2 and #4 coils. Within a couple days the engine light again came on, took it back & they said they could fix it. Took the truck to Jake Sweeney, they found that the oil filter hadn't been changed and there was a lack of oil pressure causing the issues. I erge you to take a look at the picture, because Frank the Store Supervisor wouldn't. Does this filter look like it has 2,384 miles on it ?Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The manager and the head tech are HILARIOUS! Just funny guys down to earth. Excellent work was done to my Sister's cuv, they changed the front two tires and did an alignment check. Quiet waiting room and clean. A great experience. I would go back.

I came to this Firestone because Its local to me and their hanging banners and signs that advertised to customers what services they had to offer reminded me of an old-school repair shop. The gentlemen that work here are nice and certainly know their cars. I was told what I needed to do with my car with no extra add-ons or BS. I appreciate their honesty and helping me get my car back on the road swiftly and safely.

Came for a flat, took about 1.5 hrs to fix it. Someone came after me & finished before me. It was just 2 guys at the time & fooled around at times which prevented my car from finishing up quicker. I'd just go to a Walmart next time or small shop to get it done quicker.

I ve gotten an oil change twice at Firestone in Evendale and they ve been fast and efficient both times. Their services aren t overpriced and they offer a lot of deals/sales year round.
