I had an overall great experience. The mechanic, Bear, is a kind, knowledgeable, and truly good person. I needed the brakes pads and rotors replaced on a Honda Civic as well as a Honda Odyssey. The Civic also needed a new muffler. This was done at Figueroa for a fraction of the cost of any repair shop on Beechmont Ave. I will be going back there with any future auto needs.

FIVE STARS for Figueroa!!Bear is the chief mechanic at Figueroa Auto repair. He is pleasant, friendly, competent, and a straight shooter. A totally satisfied customer here. An honest auto repair shop that does great work in a timely manner. They didn't keep my car for 2, 3, or 4 days.Auto repair can be a daunting frustrating experience. I realize modern vehicles are increasingly complex. I consider myself reasonably knowledgeable. The expense of repair(s) in particular is amazing, and not in a good way.Figueroa is a welcome change to my recent experiences with other local shops such as Tire discounters in Anderson twp and Kenzspen in Mt Carmel, OH.Figueroa completed repairs for a fraction of what the others quoted. I had a driveshaft replacement done and a brake caliper replacement done. Both jobs have performed flawlessly.Figueroa charges for the appropriate accurate labor hours per the job. Every job carries a labor time estimate in their software. Most shops will double the hours or worse. Not at Figueroa. Moreover, in my experience with Figueroa, I was able to supply the parts and they installed them. Naturally, they don't warrant the part because they didn't purchase it. However, the parts themselves carry manufacturer warranties. The other shops mark up parts dramatically, 100% or more is common.Give Figueroa a try for your next repair.Services: Transmission replacement, Brakes

I have found my new mechanic. It's so hard to find a mechanic these days that won't try and rip you off or do shoddy work on your vehicle. Very competent and know what their doing. 11/10 would recommend.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair
