John and the team at Evans Auto Care are a world class entity that exude professionalism and passion for the customer experience being the driving force behind excellent service. I was in a pinch when my vehicle went down suddenly as I was preparing for a move. I was stranded over the weekend and John and his team responded quickly to my needs with a thorough diagnosis and explained the situation , including a reasonable turnaround time for repair. My vehicle runs like new and I can confidently say that their work speaks for itself. I recommend Evans to anyone needing an excellent foreign car care provider without paying dealership prices. And did I mention the work comes with a warranty!!! Go to Evan s and leave with a sense of great satisfaction. Thanks John!!

This is by far the best place I have ever been to for my car repair. Everyone I ve talked to is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After going to dealer repair shops for years and getting ripped off, I decided I needed to find another place, and I tried Evans auto care after reading some reviews online. They have a wonderful program where you can earn points that adds up to money you can save on repairs. I ended up with $100 rebate that I used on my car service today. They have a wonderful app you can sign up for. I have never Regretted for one second my choice to go here for my car repairs. I am happy to get them 5 stars. Or even 10!!

I love this autobody shop! I have a Porsche Macan S so it s sometimes hard to find trusted people to work on the car. I am so happy I found Evan s Auto Care because they provide excellent service, knowledgeable, recommendations, and affordable pricing. Everyone that I have worked with has been so pleasant and helpful. It s a big bonus that they also have loaners as I work quite often and it s hard for me to be without a car for too long. I highly recommend Evans, no matter if you have an imported or American made vehicle.

Absolutely fantastic! My car broke down on the way to work and when I called my original mechanic to see when he could get me in they said the soonest they had was 3 weeks. I called Evans and they accurately diagnosed what was going on with my car over the phone, dropped me off at work then picked me up from work so I could borrow their loaner car! They repaired both front axles in a day and a half and the car has been doing great since! Very grateful for their prompt, knowledgeable and supportive service!

I was recommended to Evan's Auto Care for my Volvo vs. the dealership and am very grateful I did took the recommendation. I received a loaner vehicle, experienced great communication and an expediate resolve to my issue. The friendly and knowledgeable staff and a well run system will keep me returning!

Evans performed as advertised and promised and in my opinion is a top tier shop here in Blue Ash and Northeast Cincinnati. I trusted them with my 2019 BMW X4 for which they did a complete repair and also followed up to insure all sensors, controls, and adjustments were operating properly a few days later. Glad to Recommend ... Good People and Great Service.

I went to Evans auto for a diagnostic on a truck I had just purchased. They were very kind a went above and beyond to give me great costumer service. They did great and had to coordinate my truck issues not only to me but to the dealer I bought the vehicle from. Thanks to their diligent inspection and knowledge the car lot I purchased my vehicle from will be replacing my transmission!

As a single mom I feel confident bringing my car to Evan s Auto Care. They single-handedly calmed me down over the phone when I received inaccurate advice from a local oil change shop. They moved their schedule around to get my car in ASAP so they could troubleshoot the problem. Not only did they find the problem, but they educated me on why the nonprofessionals were inaccurate. In an economy where, every penny matters, I find this type of customer service is worth its weight in gold!! I highly recommend this local family owned business.

Evans has been wonderful to work with. We are now customers to them and we are so happy we switched. They are trustworthy and so easy to work with. I really appreciated the loner car I was able to use so i didn t have to wait for my car.

Evans always does a great job at a fair price. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle they get me in quickly and fix the problem as fast as possible. They always go above and beyond!

Had my car towed to a AAA shop to be looked at. They said it needed a new engine. Thought I would get a second opinion so had it towed to Evans. They looked at it the same day, called me with their findings. Needed a new fuel pump. I approved the work and had them do some additional work as well. New battery, new tires, an alignment, tie rod ends. Work completed in two days and car is driving down the road again thanks to Evans. Great work, very knowledgeable and friendly group of people working here. (So much for needing a new engine)

Previous shop was unsure of issue after having car for 5 days And not being able to power anything up. Was told the next recommendation was to replace the main body wiring harness which was $3,200 for the part alone. I decided to call Evans Auto Care. After speaking with John,I decided I needed a second opinion. The car was dropped off Thursday around 3:00. Friday morning I got a call stating that they were able to get the car running and what was needed. After returning my rental I made my way to the shop and found my fixed car waiting for me . Highly recommend this shop and staff.

I was given a complementary rental car which really helped. The staff and mechanics were very honest and professional in their work. My car came back to me as if I had just bought it. I had a coolant leak. Evan's previously replaced my radiator. They honored their warranty for the radiator replacement. I think that is the definition of honor, trust, and integrity. I strongly support this establishment!

My granddaughter s car had lots of smoke coming from the rear end of the car. Thought it was a head gasket problem.. found Evan s auto on line through website RepairAuto. It was close to where we lived so I called them. I spoke with John who was very courteous and explained to me the next steps to find out what was wrong with the car. First we had to have the car towed to Evan s. It took us a couple of.days to get it towed. John and his amazing mechanic called the next day and thank goodness was not the head gasket, which would have been very costly. John sent me a work order featuring some what needed to be done and the cost to do it. All the while staying in touch with me and explaining the work order. I put my trust in their word and workmanship. So glad I did. The car was repaired and ready to go the very next day. Such a quick service and great turnaround. After we got the car, I received a text from John asking me if there was anything else they could do for me. Also to ask how the car was running. Very polite, courteous and helpful. I give them 5 stars will add one cause I will use them again

Very polite, straightforward, and professional. One of the few places around who can work on a hybrid or EV, and the only one not booked through next year. They even lent me a rental at no extra cost while they worked on my car. Great folks and service, totally recommend!

I had a great experience with Evans Auto Care! John and his team were able to find and quickly fix a problem with my car! They were very thorough, kept me informed of what was needed to get my car back in great shape! Their customer service is the best! I m a customer for life!

I took my car there to be repair the timing chain. They were trying to fix components and valves around it, then retest and do more work instead of just fixing the actual issue. My warranty said this should be a $400--ish job. They were trying to charge me double this to change some valves when they weren't even sure this would fix the problem! I was able to find a shop to repair the chain and honor my warranty.Aside from them trying to scam me out of hundreds of dollars, for work they knew wouldn't fix the problem they were able to provide me with a loaner car free of charge and had excellent customer service.**It was the timing chain! Three shops said the same thing! Evan's was the only one with a different diagnosis. The timing chain was replaced by the forth shop. The whole job came to $2,300 and I only paid my $250 deductible! Evans Auto Care is like all of them other car repair shops that take advantage of people when they're down!

On three occasions, I have simply contacted them with some obscure questions on parts or issues with specific models of vehicles. In all three instances, Evan himself helped me and even went as far as researching something further on their own time without charging. I am mostly DIY person, but I would have no hesitation bringing my vehicles into Evan's if I ran into something I couldn't handle at home. I of course don't EXPECT a garage to simply help strangers for free, but they did. If they have this kind of commitment to service for people who aren't technically customers, imagine what they do for you once you ARE their customer.

My Son is out of town in school at the University of Cincinnati and needed some work done on his car. We were able to find Evan's Auto Care and were greatly satisfied with the service they provided. Their understanding of our being from out of town and the excellent service they provided gave my wife and I a level of comfort and peace that exceeded our expectations. As long as our Son is in school in Cincinnati we won't be taking the car anywhere else.

Top notch shop and experience. Walk-in appointment was was immediately serviced and repaired to my satisfaction and at a very fair price. Will definitely become my "go-to" for future repairs.
