When you re buying an enthusiast car, you want to work with a dealership that cares about it as much as you do. I realize that s asking a lot, but it's exactly the experience I had with EAG. My purchase consisted of excellent communication and transparency. EAG sent updates and pictures throughout the process and even arranged vehicle transportation to get the vehicle to me in a safe and timely manner. The car arrived in immaculate condition, as stated. I was truly impressed by EAG and enjoyed doing business with this company. Please do not hesitate to contact them for all of your BMW buying needs!

Evan and Eric were hospitable past anything I had expected just coming off the streets to views some awesome BMW's. Best Saturday morning spent with two guys so passionate about BMW's. The cars are outstanding quality, the best of the best

Fantastic place. I came in with my dad and brother to take a peek at some of the cars they have in shop. The guy at the sales desk was extremely kind to the three of us and happy to show us around their service center. They did not mind that we came to see the cars and not make a purchase. He showed us two e30 M3 Euro spec cars (which filled me with joy ), and an e39 M5. All their vehicles are well cared for. I will certainly take future business here when possible!

If you want to buy a classic BMW, come here! The product they sell here is worth every penny, yes its expensive but its worth it you pay for what you get. i.e. Cars without trouble probably the reason why they don't sell my beloved E60 BMW M5 or E65 BMW M6 because you can't find a reliable one. ( I love those cars btw)

Absolutely the best experience, with the most knowledgeable and professional staff in the business. The whole team at EAG is outstanding and their service and attention to detail is unmatched. I have purchased two BMW s from them and will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Evan, Mike, Trevor and Blaire have been outstanding, I appreciate all they have done!

Textbook market manipulation is how this company survives.Their unethical behavior is two fold:Paying somebody what they call a fair price and then reselling the same exact product (no value add) at double the price they paid.By controlling supply on the open market, they are driving prices up, also known as market manipulation.Effectively, they are lying and misleading the seller (if they are paying them a fair market price how can they flip it for double?) One could argue they aren t paying you a fair price if they can turn around and sell it for double what they are offering you.If you want to sell your M, sell directly to other M enthusiasts or a BMW dealer, so we can collectively cut these people out of the equation and everyone wins.

EAG provided a special buying experience and phenomenal customer service.I purchased a 2003 M5 from EAG in May 2021. The buying process was straightforward and transparent. The team at EAG kept me informed while the vehicle was prepped for pick-up. When I arrived in Ohio, the team greeted me and gave me a tour of their facilities. I was able to meet the team who worked on my car. It truly was a unique and unforgettable experience.Unfortunately, I recently lost my vehicle. It was deemed a total loss after an individual reversed on the freeway and smashed into my M5. I reached out to Blaire for assistance with my insurance dispute. She provided me with pics, comps, and an appraiser within minutes. The team at EAG are professionals who take pride in their work and treat their customers like family. I plan on purchasing another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them to anybody interested in purchasing an ///M vehicle.

I was a bit nervous buying an expensive BMW online without seeing it in person, and on top of that, having it shipped. Enthusiast Auto Group reassured me as they took the time to explain to me every detail of the car and even sent me excellent pictures and updates as it went through the shop, and into the shipping trailer. This dealership can be trusted 100%. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and that says a lot because the transaction was made completely online and over the phone. I also appreciated the trust on their part in holding the car for me and guiding me through the process as my check cleared. They kept me very well informed and made me feel comfortable. I am ecstatic with the condition of the 135is they sent me. I feel lucky that I found this dealership. Their level of care, attention to detail, and overall friendliness will definitely have me contacting them first for my next BMW.

As someone who has been a car dealer for close to 30 years, I can tell you the EAG team does it the right way. I have done business with them and purchased vehicles for my personal collection. Their cars are top notch, turn key and the process is trouble free. You can buy a car from them sight unseen with absolutely no concerns.

I've had several repairs ( 160k+ miles maintenance items and more ) over the past few years here and every single one has been solid. I have never had an issue on price. The team has always been very good about explaining the issues and the history of the car model. After issues found during inspection they are good at setting expectations and whether or not a repair is immediately needed. It would be tough to beat EAG.

Following up to my previous review after purchasing an E39 M5 about 18 months ago. The guys at EAG deliver a fine product and have stood behind their work and been an invaluable resource for my continued service in dealing with my local dealer. I still think it s worth spending the extra money and buying from these guys. Very satisfied, well run business focused on customer experience.

I purchased a 2002 e39 M5 from Eric and the gang at EAG a few weeks ago. The experience was great. Eric gave me a two hour tour of his operation and I m convinced he and his team have built the top e39 and e46 ///M dealership in the country. I m extremely pleased with my car and the entire experience. The team at EAG is knowledgeable, professional and, just as important, BMW enthusiasts themselves. If you are in the market for a ///M of this era I highly recommended EAG. You will not be disappointed.

Never sure these days whom you can trust. There are soooo many ways to get ripped off in buying a used car. These guys are awesome. Totally ethical, totally know their stuff, great support. You get what you pay for! If you are a BMW enthusiast, and want one done right, and want great support after the sale. Eric and his crew have the track record, have the cars, have the team to serve you. And, they ship all over the world, yet are great, honest hardworking people with their feet on the ground. Relax and enjoy the process! Ken Hale

So, having never heard of EAG, I was on a path to purchase my third BMW 1M. EAG ran a listing so I called them and next thing you know, the car is in my driveway. Eric and Mike absolutely know what they are doing. You will pay a higher price for the car, however when it arrives and during the purchase process you will understand and appreciate why.Now an update, I decided to purchase another 1M, yes my fourth. Eric stepped in to help broker the deal with a private party on the other side of the country. He made me feel secure in the purchased and even fronted the cash! Car was picked up in two days and that is that.I would strongly recommend that if you are serious about quality and appearance of your car, call these guys. I will!

Bought my first BMW M5 with Enthusiast Auto - could not have been happier! Living in Florida, I spoke to Eric over the phone and was immediately put at ease by their level or professionalism and knowledge - not to mention the overall transaction, payment, shipping etc was incredibly simple. The quality of the car and customer service is above top notch. I will 100% be a return customer. People compliment the cleanliness and quality of my car on a daily basis, and I always recommend that they check out Enthusiast Auto for themselves.

Had a great experience buying my first Lime Rock BMW from EAG. Eric and his staff were great to work with. This is a company that takes pride in selling quality classic BMW vehicles. They promised me a flawless mechanically sound BMW and they hit it out of the park.

I've been an EAG customer since purchasing my 2004 E46 M3 convertible from Eric, Evan, and the rest the team in 2013. From then until now, the experience has been first-rate. The M3 has been a dream to own . . . it was like-new when I picked it up in 2013, and it's been an incredible driving experience that never gets old. Moreover, I've had almost no issues with the car, other than routine maintenance. This year, I decided to have EAG perform a cosmetic rejuvenation on my M3--while it still looked great, it's now 16 years old and was ready for a comprehensive interior and exterior treatment. I picked it up last Saturday, and it looks amazing . . . just as it did when I first got it in 2013. Kudos to Mike Kent and his rejuvenation team for an outstanding experience--they're knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and overall good guys. Simply stated, there's no one in the country who knows more about BMW M cars than EAG, and it shows. Thanks, guys.

What a very pleasant experience discovering and purchasing from Enthusiast Auto Group! I have never purchased a car without seeing and driving it first. My discussions with Eric and the multiple pictures of the car I was considering buying convinced me that I was dealing with a totally honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy group of BMW M car enthusiasts. The price is justified by the extreme quality and preparation of the cars they offer for sale, and the very professional way in which they handle the sale and the paperwork. I am very happy with the very low mileage, beautiful 2011 M3 sedan I purchased! Everyone thinks I bought a brand new BMW due to its pristine condition. I have already recommended Enthusiast Auto Group to my friends here in Southern California.

Wow, where do I begin? Hands down, dealing with Evan and his crew at Enthusiast Auto Group was the best car buying/selling experience I have ever had. Great communication, great cars, total transparency, and a true no hassle buying experience. I have NEVER bought a car sight unseen but Evan and his team made it a painless experience. The car I bought ('05 M3) was in truly mint condition; many people have already told me they cannot believe how nice the car is, both inside and out. If you are in the market for a "special" M car, EAG is the real deal. I will definitely be going back there for my next car purchase.

I have been dealing with Eric and the folks at EAG for around 10 years and 5 cars. They seem to be able to locate the finest examples of M cars, acquire them and meticulously go through them both mechanically and cosmetically before listing them for sale. Can t say enough good things about the service and parts departments. They go above and beyond to provide great service and make sure the customer is satisfied.EAG is not a stuffy dealership. The staff is friendly, it s casual and they seem to enjoy their work. What s not to like? They re surrounded by fantastic cars and have great ownership and management.

Purchased a '13 e92 m3 DCT ZCP from these guys (back in 2016) and it was simply the best car buying experience I've ever had. Dealing with Eric and the entire team was extremely pleasant. At first I was very skeptical when Eric mentioned they have a lot of sales sight unseen and out of state, and being out of state myself (from St. Louis,) I honestly wasn't comfortable making that kind of purchase without direct contact with not only the car but with the team. But based on the experience alone, I would purchase my next M from them in a heartbeat with complete trust in what I see on their website or from email contact with the team. I tell every BMW enthusiast friend about them, can't beat the quality and the history of the cars they offer.

I purchased my 2003 E39 M5 with an BMW trade almost 4 years ago. It was an easy and hassle free transaction. Today I had reason to get a referral from EAG, and it was immediately forthcoming. In this day of e-commerce and faceless transactions, it is wonderful to deal with a company that has old-fashioned values of customer service and retention. You are never just a number at EAG, but a valued customer with unique needs which they always seem to fulfill.

In reading over the myriad of reviews others have posted about this company, found on their website, I can only say that my recent experience echoes much of what has been already stated. My initial dalliance in purchasing an 03 Z4, on a local level, led me to further explore an upgrade which soon turned into a nation-wide search. After poring through dozens of enticing possibilities, it all finally clicked when I ran across what Enthusiast Auto had to offer. What was especially attractive, for me, was not only the car itself (01 Z3m, 16k miles) but the communication, care and attention that this dealership utilized in selling this car. Never for a moment was I in doubt about the condition of this car and the details surrounding payment and shipment. After all, buying a car remotely was somewhat frightening! The point is that this company made the entire process informative, smooth and complete. To this day, I continue to reach out with any question I may have about my car and I am always assured of a rapid response. This is a great company that sells quality, vintage cars at a fair price. A must for any serous car afficionado whose passions lie with BMW.

My experience with Enthusiast Auto was spectacular. Out of the many cars I have purchased, none were as smooth my transaction that was handled by Blaire and Eric. Blaire was extremely quick on updating me with documents and clearly outlined all of the steps necessary for me to buy the car while being several hundred miles away, resulting in no-frills handling of paperwork. Eric has incredible knowledge on all of the various M car models, answering questions with confident, succinct ease. Though it was readily evident that he keeps busy, Eric offered us a quick tour of the business and displayed to me several cars on the lot, all the while without a dismissive or urgent demeanor. Absolutely a great guy to work with! I purchased a 2002 M5 with ~85,000 miles, but it's nearly impossible to guess its age. The car was in outstanding condition and exactly as the pictures showed or better. Some assistants even came out to wax the car one final time right before it was handed to me! Most importantly, the car drives and handles phenomenally well. I had a nine hour drive home after I picked up the car, and honestly, I would not have minded another nine. Thank you Enthusiast Auto!

I am very pleased with my purchase from EAG. I was aware of their excellent reputation from some auto enthusiast friends, and they did not disappoint. The entire team was very straight forward, professional, and really sought to ensure I would be pleased with the transaction. Their attention to detail is unlike any auto dealer I have experienced. Every single spot on the car was photographed and accurately represented, and a thorough maintenance history was provided. The car arrived in a covered trailer and in even better condition than expected. I would not hesitate to do business with EAG. If you are looking for a well cared for and no surprises M car, EAG is the place to go.

I recently purchased a 2008 Z4M Coupe from Enthusiast Auto Group. I generally do not purchase vehicles without first inspectingthem myself. However, in this case I live in Mississippi and EAG is in Ohio it was difficult for me to make a quick trip up. After speakingto Eric extensively about the Z4M Coupe I had a very comfortable and trustworthy feeling about adding this exemplary car to my collection.EAG was more than happy to email me detailed photos of the car and answer any questions I might have. The process of buying the Z4M Coupe was a very smooth process with Eric and his team at EAG. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Eric, Mike, Todd, and Blaire were all amazing. Eric was very transparent about the vehicle's history and current status. I even had them add several cosmetic and performance modifications to improve the vehicle to my liking before delivery. During delivery, unfortunately there was some damage incurred to my roof. The EAG team was there to help assure that the damages were fixed and covered by the delivery company, in a very comforting and professional manner.

I found my dream car and it s located 2,400 hundred miles from where I live. The car is 18 years old. This could be a very risky purchase - there is no warranty for a 18 year old car! After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car.I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet).EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx.I was warned that the rejuvenation process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car!The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car.I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car.About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost.We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car.EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase.Bottom line: You get what you pay for!
