Sam was very nice and personable during my purchase. I found the vehicle on AutoTrader, I wasn't browsing the lot. After a nice test drive, Sam made the purchase process very easy and straightforward. I would recommend Sam and EEE for your next purchase.

Brakes got done- just front padswhich we got for $109 on Groupon.I appreciated the honesty in telling us that our 2nd car was fine and didn't need anything.Disliked that when we called to set up a time to bring the car in for pads that were low but no squealing, grinding or other signs of really low brakes; rotors were mentioned. I ignored that at the time.Took the car in and again before even taking it into the shop, rotors were mentioned with some insistence.I then insisted that he didn't know the condition of the rotors as yet and to just replace the pads.We didn't get a work order receipt in the end either which is odd but at least we have the receipt of service rendered from Groupon.

They are totally honest workers. Always fair price, welcomed smile, fast work. This EEE auto service is own local auto locate in old town surrounded by car sale stores so vintage style like 80's Auto store that's why I love them with another reason.Come to here then experience 80's mood then get great services with right price from them.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Titan from here 10/27/2022. I found this place and the truck, through an app called Carfax.I liked the detailed services that had been performed on the truck, so we drove over an hour to test drive the truck."EEE" person I met was very professional, not pushy, allowed My wife and I to test drive the vehicle, after test drive we worked out a price, and have been very happy with the truck.I recommend this place to anyone.

I have had two experiences with EEE, and they have proven twice in a row why I will always come to them first. They are honest and fair, not to mention good at what they do. I can t say enough good things about this shop.

Very poor communication and lacking some knowledge on how to value classic cars. Was told they would accept my classic towards a trade in and after realizing they cant use Kbb to get the value, they refused to acknowledge questions or answers on how and instead of answering my questions, they just immediately blocked me. I offered a written appraisal from Hagerty, which specializes in classics and collectors and even acknowledged I wouldn't get full value probably.

I was looking at a vehicle to purchase and trade my vehicle and they said they would not take my vehicle because it has over 200000 miles on it . No were on there website does it state that.

Bought a Groupon for my daughter attending UC to make sure her car is getting proper maintenance while away. Shop basically used scare tactic to try and sell her on brakes telling her she only had 10% left on her pads and they needed to be replaced that week. I called BS and explained the amount of miles she had on the car and that even if there was only 10% left, based on her usage she still had several months left. I just did the brakes (2 mo +) later and she had at least 25-30% left on the worst of the 4 individual front pads. I put a tape measure on the new pad and it's 7/16, the used pad was still at 3/16. Parents beware if looking for a place to send your kids for an oil change. I bought it after seeing what great reviews had been posted but I cannot support this type of sales tactic. I

I was recommended to come here from a friend. I absolutely got great treatment. Pricing was fair and explained in full detail. I got my back brakes replaced. He spotted that I am in need of new front tires. They took their time and everything was done exactly how I wanted it. Everything I needed fixed has been fixed. I will absolutely be returning to this place for future auto needs. I highly recommend anybody go here if they need auto services.

Got my car back today with a new starter. This is our third time using EEE and the customer service and repair service is excellent. I feel I found a dependable, trustworthy auto repair shop for our vehicle. Try them. You won't be disappointed.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This is by far the worst place I have ever taken my car to try and get fixed. They performed Zero services to my vehicle and charged $110 Diagnostic fee for a service that was not even performed. I talked to a man on the phone after dropping off my car and he said they were not able to run a diagnostic test because the check engine light was not on.. I told him that was fine because i did not need a diagnostic test because i had it printed off on the front seat from when the light was on. After an hour goes by get a call and was told he talked to my insurance company about the timing chain issue and they checked the brakes and I needed rotors and brakes. After I declined the service the technician on the phone said my total would be $110 for a diagnostic test which he said they could not run due to the check engine light not being on. It wasn't until after I did not get their other services done on my car that I was forced to pay for a service in order to get my keys back to my car. Alot of yelling and very unprofessional and was told I was lucky they didn't charge storage fees for my car being on their lot. My 3 kids asked why I was getting yelled at and they were outside in another vehicle. They were utterly disrespectful and dishonest; no ethics and poorly ran business. Its no wonder why the rest of the bays in the shop were empty. These have to be fake reviews posted on the site. Fraudulent place of business.Service: Brakes

I had a very great experience to buy a car here. Pricing was absolutely fair. I had my front brakes replaced for free. I highly recommend anybody to buy a car here. The vehicle I checked out had many issues. You could tell it had been in a few wrecks as well. Guy tried to tell me it had a clean carfax.. I showed him the issues & he acted oblivious..
