I don't know why people assume that *mystery shoppers* are a thing of the past.If you happen to be a woman, be prepared for a significantly higher estimate.And, the *verbal* quote differs dramatically from the *written* one.Apparently, it's a man's world when it comes to leaf springs.

Not a person that does many reviews but have to recognize this business. Work was completed for a good price in reasonable amount of time. Was a small mistake that they made right no questions asked

Took the work trucks in for a DOT inspection. Everyone that I had to deal with was friendly and professional. Had the trucks back the next day with only 2 things needing fixed.
