My body work was excellent & completely finished before the quoted time of completion, I had a Toyota worked on, looks brand new!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! after checking 3 body shops in this area

I banged up my 2015 Audi S3 pretty bad and Dave Orr's was recommended to me by Dubwerx across the street. My car required a full paint job, wheel repair, and suspension repair. They were able to coordinate ALL of this and did the paint and body work themselves -- the paint job looks better than when I purchased the car and there are no signs of any previous damage!The one area of improvement would be in expectation setting / communication -- they had my car about 3 weeks longer than anticipated and I didn't get my first update until a month after I dropped it off. Christmas and New Year's influenced that a bit but 3 weeks is a long time (my car was with them for 7 weeks). I started calling more regularly for timing updates and they were usually inaccurate.All in all -- they truly are experts in luxury car repair and I've had no issues since picking it up in early Jan 21. My BMW dealer recommended Dave Orr s after an unfortunate accident that I had. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing my car, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was inspected correctly and fixed right! Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do I d def take my car here again! 100% recommend.

If you have 8 to 12 weeks maybe longer take your vehicle to Orrs Autobody, if not go somewhere else.

A diamond in the rough. This place doesn t look like much from the street, but they do the best body work in town. Hey hey really do.I have used them many times and have always been happy. The BMW Store used to job all of their body work out to Orr I believe - I don t know if they still do. This should give you an idea of the quality of the work.I was fortunate enough to meet Dave Orr himself, and he was a great guy.

Aside from not meeting their promised finish date, they poorly trimmed the replacement front bumper and grill, did not paint the shiny aluminum black to match the new front, left a gap in the rubber bumper, and did not reconnect the air duct to the air cleaner. The work was amateurish, and I will never go there again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Terrible, terrible communication! My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and after 2 weeks I was told it would be ready each and every week.When I called for updates on my vehicle I was put on hold every single time and a majority of those times I was told "We will call you back." They don't call back. I followed up EVERY time.I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I met with Dave Orr himself and he is a good man! Very polite, hard worker, and wants to ensure good quality. He made sure I was given the most affordable price and that is truly appreciated. Enough to earn 2 stars higher than I would originally give this place.This shop really does need to sort out their communication issues, however.

There is literally not one unhappy person working at this job!! :) Probably one of the best service wise places that I have been to that not only got the hood of my car fixed for an unbeatable price, but offered genuine hospitality which you just don't see too much of these days. The best, the absolutely best auto body shop for 100 miles. Dave Orr has handed off a large part of the daily work to his family, but they were raised to value quality work and superior customer service. Dont even think of going anywhere else.

They have worked on two cars now ... perfection is what they provide. If you don t like the price go to carstar. If your reading a bad review on here from someone it s because they can t be pleased . I think everyone should have to run your business for two years before they judge .. as a business owner it s hard to be perfect. These guys do a great job. If you have a high end car don t go anywhere els.

Recommended by my BMW/mini dealer and I can see why. You can't even tell my car had been involved in an accident. Impeccable work. Just look at the expensive cars they repair and you will see how much people trust them. Great experience.

They got me right in for an estimate on a scratch in my VW GTI. He was friendly enough but the quote he gave me was 1500 more than any where else that I got a quote from. I went back to dubwerx where they said don't go there if insurance isn't paying for it. But they are highly recommended by dubwerx which is a very reputable VW shop.

Today I bought a car from Craigslist. I Drove it 15 miles home and had a few concerns about the vehicle. I figured I should call a mechanic for a checkup just in case.I am not so mechanically inclined. I can't tell the difference between if there is a loose hose clamp or if the car is missing a wheel.I have the hood open and I've only been home for about 30 minutes. My mechanic isn't coming for a couple of hours and my eagerness and dread, my hope that I've made a good purchase is sitting heavy in my psyche.Suddenly, somebody starts driving down my long driveway in a minivan. People don't typically drive down our driveway so Heather and I both looked at each other with a "who is this?" look on our faces. The elderly gentleman behind the wheel pulls right up into our driveway, rolls down the window, and introduces himself."I'm Dave Orr..." says this gentle 80 something year old man. "I'm the owner of Dave Orr's Auto Body in Madisonville".He then proceeds to tell Heather and me that he had lost his wife this March. This house was the house she lived in as a teenager when they met and fell in love in the 1960s.He stated that, at the last minute, he randomly decided to turn down a street to come look at this house to reminisce about the woman he misses so dearly.He talked for a while about how they met and told a few anecdotes. He showed us a picture of his late wife, which he keeps in the dash of his minivan. He teared up, and we could tell he loved this woman very much.He then got out of his vehicle, came over and had a look at my car. For 15 minutes he checked under the hood, revved the engine, checked the fluids and then gave it the all-clear. He was able to confirm everything the seller had told me about the work that was done to the car: new battery, new radiator, etc.The entire time this gentleman is looking at my car I'm feeling overwhelmingly astounded by the serendipity of the event before me. As for chance encounters go, this one was incredible.Then, just as simply as he showed up and with tears in his eyes and a lonely heart, he got back in his vehicle and drove away.Thank you Dave Orr of Dave Orr's Auto Body.Something divine just happened today.

Bmw dealer recommended these guys after I was rear ended and they did a great job! Right on the time frame they quoted me, they worked directly with the insurance company so I had nothing to worry about.

This place is terrible. Every single person at the the front desk is rude. My car sat in there lot for 6 days without being touched. Went up to pick it up and they still haven t started on it. Took my car to another body shop and took 2 days to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE, nothing but a headache.
