I purchased my car from her a couple of years ago and dont go anywhere else to get my car serviced. They always get me together and always open and honest with what my car needs! The prices are nice as well!The waiting area is nice as well. They have a television, sitting area, vending machines, a clean bathroom, and a nice area for your kids that has books for them to read!Also have wifi if you need to work while you wait

We took our Bolt in for a minor recall. We talked to Bruce and he got us in the shop with a few days. They performed the service quicker than expected and washed our car which I was not expecting! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were told twice our car was ready when it wasn t even safe to drive. They didn t test drive it and sent us on our way. I was almost rear ended twice because it could barely turn BACK into the dealership parking lot. We ve paid over $1000 for a car that s not even in our possession. STILL waiting to hear something and they ve had the car for four full days.**update. Finally got the car back after we had to tell them to test drive it (absolutely shouldn t have to tell them to do that????) ran fine for one day and now the check engine light is back on. Called before they closed to see if we could drop it back off and apparently everyone had already gone home. This has been such a frustrating and unprofessional experience and it s not even over yet. Just go somewhere else. It s worth doing the extra research I wish I would ve done before leaving my car here.

I didn't have an appointment, but I was in Montgomery. I stopped in they were able to take care of me with no issues. Got to talk to Gary for a few minutes also good times.

We dealt with Joe and he was great salesman to work with. He went above and beyond for me and my husband. We will definitely be back to Columbia. I will definitely refer everyone to Columbia.

They did a great job. Chevy was brought in for simple oil change and tire rotation. Service was done quickly and correctly.

I bought a thermostat from there for my Chevy hhr which over heated. I had the engine rebuilt so they said they wouldn't even look at it!. They are utterly useless!Forget me ever comin there for jack again lol just WOW! Why do they even exist?! Mechanics there dont even know what's going on w there own cars!!! Don't waste your money or time!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair
