Amazing! After a crack in my windshield Friday left my rear view mirror hanging, I needed a fix fast. I called Ben on Friday and he had me an appointment for Saturday!Joe Griffin, the master installer, was even better! He called me multiple times to confirm when he d be at my location for install. He was very thorough, communicative and fast. I d highly recommend them for any service!

Yesterday while driving home from vacation our windshield was cracked by a rock. I gave ClearShield a call and the whole process was super easy! Within 15 minutes my husband had submitted the claim and ClearShield had the work order. The replacement was completed at our house this morning! Joe was very professional and the appointment was quick and the windshield looks great and is the exact same glass as when the car was manufactured. So very well done. I d give more than 5 stars if I could!

My husbands work car needed detailed BAD (as you can see from the before pictures). They really had their work cutOut for them but they did an AMAZING job. The car looks so good inside and out. I m amazed at the stains they were able to get out of the seats and carpet. If you need your car detailed I definitely recommend coming here. They do a great job.

**Updating because I used them again with outstanding results! 3 hours from phone call to completed install! Great service!The entire process of getting my windshield replaced today was a breeze!The gentleman in the office (Trevor, I think) handled my claim with insurance quickly and accurately over the phone a couple days ago. They put me on the schedule for today and briefly explained when the technician would contact me. The technician, Joe, called me precisely when the office said he would (early am) and scheduled a 2 hr window. Joe then called me again 15 min before that window and said he was nearby and ready to be at my location. Joe performed the repair quickly and accurately then called me again to inform me the repair was complete and please look it over.Highly recommend Joe and ClearShield Auto Glass for your glass replacement needs! I can see why my insurance agent recommended them!

I called them the Friday morning before Christmas because someone smashed two door windows to break into my car. They went above and beyond to order the part in from Columbus and get me in same day. Their tech was done in 90 minutes. They have literally saved Christmas for me and my family and I couldn t be more grateful! Awesome job!

Had my windshield replaced after an unexpected shatter to the passenger side. Clint responded quickly and professionally. It rained when Clint was supposed to change the windshield, so instead of him cancelling or rescheduling me, he drove back to CarShield and prepped the garage for me to bring my vehicle in for windshield replacement. The one who helped me out today was Joe and he was fantastic! The process was very quick and very convenient, done in a little under an hour and turned out great! They offer mobile windshield replacement which I did, and he called prior to arrival for a time window, at arrival, and once the job was finished in order to keep me in the loop. The communication was great and he was very friendly and accommodating. Great pricing as well and very quick ordering/scheduling process. I called yesterday and got in the next day. Any services like this I need done in the future I am definitely going to return to them; very good experience. I'm a second time customer of ClearShield - the team was excellent to work with, scheduling and vehicle identification to find the correct windshield was a breeze. Joe showed up on time, with an OEM windshield - he was friendly, prepared, and he completed the project in a timely manner thanks to his obvious expertise. Windshield cleaned nicely inside and out following the repair. While I'm hopeful to not have another broken windshield, it is great to have a local company I can turn to to make these repairs quick and easy.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Joe was the worker who helped me. I needed my front windshield replaced. He did a great job. He came and picked my car up and told me that it would be 2 hours and he would have it back to me. It took exactly 2 hours just as he said and my car was back in my driveway. My windshield looks great. Everything went so smooth. Great experience! Easy to schedule an appointment within a day. They came to me, even offered to come to my job to do it while I was working! (Didn t work out due to my odd hours, but could be a great option for others). Service was quick and no mess left behind. Mike the serviceman was kind and knowledgeable. I ve had my windshield replaced at other places, and ClearShield provided better service for a better price. My experience was awesome. Not only was it the cheapest service that I looked into but Clint was extremely professional and so nice. He went the extra mile during my experience and In hard times it's so nice to know you're getting your money's worth and to engage with genuine kind people who I could tell, loves what he does and he respects his job and his customers. You guys are lucky to have an employee like clint. It's hard to find these days. No mess left behind and they came to my location the next day and it was super quick took less then an hour! Clint did a wonderful job replacing my cracked windshield while I was at work. It was great. Didn t have to leave work. They came right to my place of work. What a fantastic experience! It s been years since I had to make a glass claim, and the last one was through Safelite in a different state, and it was a dreadful experience. This time my experience was a thousand times better.Late on a Friday, a golf ball had gone through my rear windshield, and there were literally millions of pieces of glass inside every nook and cranny in the car. I talked to a wonderful young lady late Friday, trying to get something scheduled for Monday, but honestly crossing my fingers for a solution in a few days (since it took Safelite WEEKS).First thing Monday morning, Matt called and walked me through everything and even called my insurance claims folks. He was a true professional, and he put my mind at ease about the process.Within a couple of hours, Steve came out to my location, and within an hour or two, it was done. Steve was also a true professional. It look like nothing ever happened, and he made the interior practically look like it was detailed. The entire experience couldn t have been any better!DH

Absolutely phenomenal work. Had my car broken into last night, and after a phone call, Clint came to my car in under an hour, and in 20-30 minutes, the whole window was replaced perfectly /and/ the vacuuming job with the glass shards was exceptional. It felt fictional how fast and effective Clint was, and it was all with a positive attitude on top of it.A pleasure to work with, and this will be my first option if, God forbid, another window gets broken. Joe arrived on time and quickly replaced my windshield. I watched him do the installation.Joe has good conversation skills and provided me verbal step-by-step information while he worked (which was appreciated and enabled me to understand what he was doing and why it needed to be done). Joe was detailed and genuine. These folks are GREAT!!! I called and within 2 hrs, they arrived at my home with the proper windshield and had it installed in under an hour. Joe was an outstanding installer. Called in on a Saturday morning after my window got smashed the night before and got scheduled for the same day. Joe showed up at noon and did a wonderful job of cleaning up the glass and getting everything replaced within the hour. Very impressed by the efficiency with which I had a new window!

This place is absolutely fantastic! They answer their phone quickly, are super pleasant to talk with and got me scheduled with a price total within minutes. Not only did they squeeze me in for a same day appointment when they had a cancellation, but Clint drove out for mobile service, waited for me as I ran late from a meeting, was very kind about the wait and did an AMAZING job replacing my super cracked front windshield in record time.
