Not good experience I had here todayI came for air leaks issue , they fixed it but when I left I drove .5 a mile I got park light onI went back to them to find that issue they found break switch need to replace , but they have me to pay for thisI told them it s not my fault you guys did thisRefused to fix it for meI hope you better handle this issue in futureThank you

Always professional. Always friendly. This is my go to shop when i have the choice! Great customer service and they get me in and out quickly! A little pricey but definitely one of those you pay for what you get deals. Would recommend to anybody!

A lot of respect and appreciation for these guys.Two other shops told me my carrier bearing should be replaced. After inspection here they found out that wasn't the problem. Some play but not an immediate issue.It was worse. It was the power divider that needed attention.Leo explained the problem, showed me the magnetic drain plug with a lot of metal on it, and offered options on what to do. Nothing was forced. Basically, leave it or fix it.I opted to fix it. After locating one that could get here the next day, I was given the quote.Not cheap! I called a couple of shops I trust to check on cost. Clarke was a little higher for the part but not outrageous. Plus, I'm here, not at those other places.I asked about other things like u-joints, seals, etc that might need replacing as long as this work was getting done. A yoke and seal were bad. And yes, I decided to replace the carrier bearing that I had already purchased from the dealer. Once done there would be no weak areas.Bearing, yoke, seal were replaced while waiting on the divider. No wasted time!Divider came in and was installed. A team effort start to finish to get the job done. I was told to expect it finished by midnight. It was done by 9.Best part. They lowered the cost of the divider to what the other shops had told me. They didn't know I had called around. They did it on their own! They earned my trust bigtime.Leo, Chris, and shop, thank you for taking real good care of me and my truck.It's good to add a shop I can depend on and that treats me right.BIG THANKS CLARKE POWERThe TV in the lounge has plenty of channels.Comfy couches. Food delivery needed as nothing too close. Maybe a mile.

I am really disappointed in their service. I heard a lot about this place and went to get my truck repaired. My truck is Freightliner Century and does have issues. I had tune up done, clutch brake, turbo work, overhead work and oil change. Since I had my truck repaired, my truck average has dropped from 7 to 2.95. I called them and they said, it can't be. I was told by Bob that I can come back and drop the truck. They will check but I have to pay for it. I already paid more then $3 grand to them and they did nothing. The jake break doesn't even work. The overhead is worst. The average keeps dropping and they still want me to pay for them to look at what happened. Why??? Why?? They recommend many other things, glad I didn't do those.My brother also took this truck to get tune up few weeks now and now this truck doesn't stop leaking. Had to take both trucks to another shop.

I took my truck in for an overhead and injectors and they de-rated my truck. They tried to sell me a new program after they stole the one I already had. Thieves and con men. I guess all the warranty work has hurt them. BTW my truck has a 1999 60 series so it's not a mystery.

Trk is running great . Would use them again in the future. Done eveything I asked,rebuild wheel seal . I believe Leo was honest up front . Replaced some minor things I didn't ask for bolts eched that needed fixed or replaced . I like when someone goes above an beyond , just little things like that. Thks Clark power.

A repair shop in detroit messed up my ecu. Called Clarke and explained my issue and even though they where booked solid Bob took the time to get me right in and take care of my problem super nice, fast and 110% fixed. Cant get any better then that. Thank you

Took our motor home here to have an alternator checked out and they said it was okay.. But said the batteries was bad so they changed all 4 and we went to pick it up and the inverter was not working and it was when we took it down, and steps wouldn't go back in. So after $1000.00 + we are still going to need it checked out. If they didn't know how to do the job they should have said so and we would have found another place to work on it. NOT HAPPY about this job.

Do not go to this shop. If I could give 0 stars I would. They did not complete all repairs that were agreed upon. The repairs that were done took over a week longer than promised. THEY STOLE BELONGINGS FROM OUR VEHICLE. The employees do not care about customers in any capacity. I cannot stress enough, do not go to this shop, ever.

Good shop for repairs. Leo in the service department was awesome in getting my truck in the shop. But the guys in the morning service department are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Called down to get a part number for an Allison transmission. Called and asked what information they needed. I had the model # and the S/n # and the casting tag off my old transmission. The man that i talked to was mumbling so I didn't catch his name but he was extremely rude. Told me the only way to look up the part I needed was a part number off the old valve?!? (In a tone like he didn't have time to do his job.) So i asked again I have all the Allison information. He told me a 2nd time in a underwhelming tone, that i needed to get the part number off the valve....Really....I've been in this industry since I was 18... I know that is not true. I called WW Williams they took the serial number and they rattled me off the number I needed. Bought it from them. Real sour taste in my mouth because I cant stand laziness. I believe in second chances. So we will she what happens next time.

I just replaced my Allison transmission in my 2003 GMC but I didn't have enough transmission fluid. I paid $53 a gallon when I purchased my transmission at Reliable Transmission, but they aren't open on Saturday. I found Clarke was open and only paid $41 a gallon.

I have used this shop many times and never had issues. They seem to know what they are doing unlike some shops that will make your truck even worse.
