Recently relocated to the Cincinnati area from Atlanta. Working with Kyle and Christina to fulfill my service needs for my 2012 Mini Cooper Roadster (aka Pumpkin Spice) has been seamless. Still the amazing customer service and work I've come to expect from being a proud Mini Owner!

I purchased a 2020 CPO from mini 1yr ago from this dealer that has a leaking roof problem. I have it on video. I have paid $200 TWICE to have it fixed and they can't find the issue, yet told to bring it in next time I have the issue. Second time shame on me because they don't guarantee their work.

This was my best dealership service experience, ever! They were kind, courteous, informative, and efficient. Kyle was my service advisor, I will keep coming back because of him and the team he works with.

I had my 2019 mini yearly service performed yesterday and Kyle Fitzgerald was extremely helpful especially since I was on crutches and required extra physical help carrying reading material to the waiting area while the car was serviced. His kindness and detailed explanation of future service plans are greatly appreciated. I am in my 70s and have owned many cars and can speak from experience in stating that Kyle is the type of individual who leaves customers with a good feeling about your dealership. He is exceptional in our current world of indifference toward service.

Great customer service and more than fair pricing for repairs and maintenance. Full inspection of the car even when you bring it in for an oil change. They treat my '12 MINI with as much respect as they would a '22. Recently moved down to Cincy from Cleveland, where I couldn't even consider going to the MINI dealership for repairs since they were so overpriced.Love that I'm able to bring my car to other enthusiasts of the brand and will always bring my car here as long as I'm a MINI owner.

Cincinnati Mini is always fantastic. Christina & Andre in the Service Dept are 2 of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to Mini. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
