Negative experience, which is a shame since I bought the car here. Held my car for 4 days and all they ended up doing was a balance and rotation, general maintenance check, and alignment. They were hard to get in touch with during that time to figure out when the car would be ready. They diagnosed but did not fix issues - labeled that I refused service - because I wanted to have the car back while waiting for parts that did not impact the driveability of the vehicle. Will go to another dealership for repairs next time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle in for an oil leak, not even a week later it started leaking again. I took it back to the service dept. After being there for over a week I get a call to come get my vehicle and it didn't start. I drove back to Ky and get a call the same day to come get my vehicle and it still did not start. The next day I get a text saying that my vehicle is ready so I drove from Ky once again and not only is the vehicle not starting, it hasn't even been looked at! It's been a real inconvenience and I still don't have my car. It was starting when I took it in for service. This has been a terrible experience.

This has to be one of worst service departments to get in contact with. They are now using a Message Service so that they can screen their calls and never call you back. There is no more personal customer service with this dealership. They have downgraded the customer to a number on a piece of paper.

They don't deserve no stars at all and I don't even do service with them was calling on my brother behalf and the lady was very rude when she call me back. She was in training also with another lady who was more rude She screaming mention that it's not their issues that's between the my brother and the bank .Her name was Tracey so she training people to be rude to customers. I had to ask for the lady name she came to the phone very rude no sympathy at all. What kind of services yall are treating guests this company need to be shut down .I wouldn't recommend buy nothing out their lot new or used.

This place is such a joke.Arrived at my scheduled appointment a couple min early. Pulled into the service bay, got out of my vehicle, and stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Then when I explained the issue to the service consultant, he acted like there wasn't anything they could do about it - even though I had already described the issue to another service consultant over the phone before I ever even made the appointment. He called another person over, who instructed him to proceed. He later advises me there is a recall on steering assist and asked if I wanted to take care of that too. I asked what exactly the issue is, and what the repair was. He said he didn't know. Did he offer to go find out? No he did not. There is a measurable disconnect between the people you interact with and the people actually doing the work on your vehicle. I will never return here for service, ever.

Just had my Mustang in for service - first time at this dealership - and WOW what a great experience! From our service advisor Karen, to our mechanic Jay, and even the gentleman that processed our payment, everyone was super professional and nice. the whole shop and showroom is clean and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

Seems like a bunch of smoke and mirrors to me. Their facility is impressive and very show boatish. Which must be why their vehicles are over priced and they have to have a million sales people. Yet You have to search for someone to help you. I walked in and finally made my way to the reception desk to ask for a sales person. When she went outside the front door to grab one of the smoking sales people, a guy on his cell phone stopped and asked if we needed help. The smoker came in and made a snide comment You want a guy on his phone to help you? It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I just wanted help with a used vehicle I found online and drive 45 minutes to look at. I was very upfront with the sales person that the numbers were important and if they didn t make sense, we wouldn t be buying. I didn t want to waste anyone s time. We had to do the whole dealership tour, to wait for them to bring the vehicle from another lot. There are so many vehicles in their parking lot, you can t even find a parking spot. Clearly they aren t selling as many as they need to. After way too much time, we couldn t agree on a number and left. He didn t even have our information, to follow back up with us. We ended up at another dealership 1/2 the size, down to earth and super friendly. When it was all said in done, I bought a new vehicle spending a little more than McClusky was trying to get me to spend. All because I didn t feel like I was being over sold. Definitely no reason to ever return to this dealership, they spent all their money on a fancy building and not employee training.

I purchased my vehicle in 2017 and received a lifetime power train warranty, as long as I get all oil changes and transmission flushes at the dealership. So far I have not had to utilize it (knock on wood). They give you a video after every inspection of you vehicle which is pretty cool.

Took my car in to have 2 recalls repaired. I did not buy my car from them. But they treated me as if I was a long time customer and their customer lounge is outstanding! I dont have any complaints at all from the service on my car or the employees

Bought my van at McCluskey in August. Part of the buy was that they would fix my air conditioning before we bought it. We paid for it, but they promised it was fixed. May rolls around and air is not working. I take it back, they told me that when they fixed it they should have put dye through the line so it shouldnt be an issue finding out if there is a leak or if it's something else. Turns out they hadn't put dye in the line and they charged me $112 to do it. When they did that they realized that they had fixed the wrong part because the leak was in another part. Now they want $500 more dollars to fix something that should already be fixed. The master switch on my window broke and we asked for an estimate on that also...another $500 for a $40 dollar part and 15 minutes of labor.Do not take your car here for anything!

I walked around the lot and inside the building for over an hour, not once did a sales person ask me if I needed any help, little did they know I planned to buy a vehicle today. Now I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Not to mention plenty of sales personnel were on the floor they all congregated and talked the entire time I looked around, but never offered any help. Service department is okay, not as great as they claim it to be. Will never buy a car here again!

Tech rep very good and helpful. Driving home tires felt like flat coming off expressway ramp which concern me cause tires were checked and rotated . Guess everything is ok.

I'm sorry but they promised to fix things on truck if I bought it and they keep giving me the run around. Plus I had to put I had to put new sway bar links on truck cause they were completely gone and their mechanics over looked it. I will never buy from them again and don't recommend them. My sales man was Phil and apparently he lied just to get sale.

I would advise against going to this dealership at all costs.I purchased a Mercedes here and I was told it was in excellent condition. It appeared to be to me and in my navete I signed for it. It was a fairly good deal. The same day it drove off the lot the esp (electronic stability control, basically the cars ability to remain stable while turning) ceased function.Within 60 days of purchase the car ceased function it turned out the electronic ignition switch (fancy term for the key spot) failed as well. Then there was a steering wheel lock that failed at the same time. The very definition of a lemon. The dealership was unsympathetic and I needed a functioning car to drive. So in my immense stupidity i allowed McCluskey the opportunity to fix the car. $3000 in repairs. They stated it may take a week or two to fix, okay no big deal. Except it took nearly 3 months. THREE MONTHS. And mccluskey couldn't even do the work. They had to send it to mercedes. Now one could realistically say we should have taken it to a shop that specialized in imports or to mercedes. But we were assured by both our sales rep, his manager, their service team, and the service manager that mccluskey was competant enough to do the work.It would have been nice if the dealership had tried to make this right in any way. They were supposed to do an oil change at the time and they didnt even do it. Later after much convincing I did get a free oil change. But for the first 6 months of paying for this car I didnt have a car for nearly half of it.Please I urge you, avoid mccluskey if you want decent customer service or at least even baseline service. I would NOT advise using them for service. Honestly, I wouldn't advise going there at all if you can avoid it.

Never got my spare key made. Phil Anneken and the whole mccluskey team are shams. Don t fall for their claims, they ll sell you a car and then treat you like dirt. So, no, I don t want your stupid M&M s and mini water bottles. I want my spare key as promised by Phil.

Their service department is extremely rude. They don't understand or follow any of GMs recall orders. They would not admit they were wrong even when the service bulletin was read word for word. We will NEVER come here for cars or service.

Craig is always helpful. However someone may want to teach Jeremy Huber some manners and PR skills. Typically being rude isn't the best for customer service.

I'm still waiting to how things are going for me with McCluskey. I will let you know for sure and perhaps add new stars to my review at that time.
