Daughter was at Children's hospital for several days and I experienced tire issues while needing to be able to drive to and from home and hospital. They got me right in, fixed my tire quickly, and was back at hospital in less than an hour. Very grateful and highly recommend!!

The team at Car-X was awesome. After a long day on the road repeatedly putting air in a leaky tire, they were able to quickly patch it so I didn t have to worry about it on the trip home. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment for an oil change,found out that i needed front brakes and rotors. Scott is an Awesome!! Manager!! He gave me a reasonable price and i was very Satisfied!!.Would recommended others to check this shop out!! I have been bringing my cars here for over 30 years!! I ve been to this CarX a few times now and they ve always made quick work of any issues that I ve had. I just recently went in to have one of my tires patched, and they had the job done in about 10-15 minutes and told me not to worry about any payment! 10/10 recommend this CarX location for any tire needs you have.

Went in because my car is overheating. They told me I need a new water pump and hoses. Then quoted me $1500 for this approximately $800 for the parts $709 labor. Water pumps for my car are around $35, coolant is $12 a gallon, thermostat is $19 which they quoted $100. So I asked if I can just get the parts myself and they responded then we have to double the labor. I called the dealership and they quoted $492 with parts and labor and showed me the book, it's 1.5 hours labor for this job. I'm sure many people go here and get taken advantage of because they don't know, be very careful unless you've got money to burn.. update... They told me my water pump was bad, my thermostat was bad and all my hoses neededneeded replaced replaced, but turns out my water pump was new and it only needed an $8 tee connectors. I got my car fixed for $50 and it runs like new. SCAMMERS

Honestly this has been the best experience I ve ever had since I ve been going to car x im so disappointed I didn t get either guys Neither of them but ladies they re very sweet here seriously!! Like even one of the guys checked on me when a creeper was trying to walk up on me please go here they re really sweet fellas I appreciate each and everyone of them!!

Beware! The manager at the Asbury location Chris Burkhardt has no morals, lies and cheats and will screw anyone without a second thought. He pretends to care but takes advantage of good people. The dishonesty is staggering. Anywhere else would be better than going here. Protect yourself.

Scott, Matt and the rest of the team are Excellent. I had a last minute appointment and Scott was able to work his magic and scheduled for the next morning despite their busy schedule. I was referred by my grandmother who has been a Car-x customer for over 25 years and they do a great job here at the Reading Road location in Cincinnati.

These people know what s up. Oil changes are fast and they make repairs good and proper. I even had them do a temp air door actuator and it s silent as new.

Will definitely not be coming back here again. I brought them a van with a brake issue, I was told they would look at it next day , come to find out two days later they decided they couldn t or wouldn t work on it. I never got a call or anything. I brought the van here after I explained my issue and they assured me it wasn t a problem to bring it in. Now I m down a work truck for almost 4 days and it s costing my company $120 a day just because I didn t send it to the right shop from the start. I understand if they couldn t work on it that s fine. But I had to drive to the shop and find out myself that they weren t Going to do anything about it!Service: Auto maintenance

I had an oil change appointment made over the phone. When I arrived, my name was not in the system, but they added me on the spot. Right after me, a cute little girl walked in for an oil change also. They took her car right in, while I set there and watched. My oil change took about an hour... Good value through groupon.

I made an appointment for the morning so I could get new tires on my car. After about 2 hours, I went back to find out that they didn't have a set of tires . They had to get one delivered so they could work on my car. When I found this out, Iwas not mad at all because I understand that some things happened. So the person who helped me told me in about 45 mins it would be done. I asked if they could call to let me know because I had an appointment to get to. He told me yes, and in 45 minutes, they called to let me know my car was done. I will say they are the best car place that I have been to that was very helpful. I will keep coming to you because I know you take care of your customers.

Although it was Quoted to me $85.00 it turned out being Exactly $85.00 .It took about a half hour longer ,ButIt must of been hard.What a Hunk I get to look at behind the Desk. Also he definitely helps keep me Safe !Thank you for Squeezing me in!!!You did a FINE JOB!

I have not had issues with this location, until today! I dropped car off for steering issues yesterday. I was told my car needed a ball joint. Got it installed. Driving the car, the same issue persist. Was told to bring in this morning for a wheel alignment. Drive off, problem still persist. Then told, oh you need a tire! After spending all this money, issue is still there, now they claim it needs a tire! What a joke! Waste of time and money! And I still have the same issue Service: Wheel alignment

These guys are great - honest folks doing good work. I brought my car in needing new brake pads, rotors, and a brake caliper that was getting stuck. I usually work on my car myself - but don't have time lately. I expected to need a caliper replacement as I didn't expect them to give my car the same love I would to clean the caliper and check if it was just getting stuck on the slide pins. I explained lightly what I was experiencing and asked for a quote for the whole replacement work ready to pay for the whole work up. Scott took my car in on a busy day and quickly got the work done the same day AND found that my calipers didn't need to be replaced and instead just needed a little love to clean the pins! He called me back exactly when he said he'd give me an update and shared the good news about my calipers and saved me about $300 dollars. I'll be taking my car to them for all future needs.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon (Feb 12, 2023) in a rush, desperately needing a tire plug for a cement screw stuck in my front, driver-side tire. Despite being backed up (it was obvious that most of the garages were full and there were people waiting in the lobby), I was in and out of Car X in less than 30 minutes. The man working at the register between jobs in the garage was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my situation. While a tire plug is typically an inexpensive and routine repair, the care and exceptional service provided to me during a stressful day was greatly appreciated. I ll be sure to be back to Car X on Reading Rd, Cincinnati for any other quick service repairs in the future.Service: Tires
