I scheduled an appointment online. Received a confirmation email. Showed up on time for my appointment but I wasn t on their schedule. I showed the service advisor, Jordan, my confirmation email. She made some calls and made this right, and really without the extra fluff that service take you through. A few drawbacks are: the app is very limited on what services you can request. The right hand appears to not let the left hand know I had a scheduled appointment (but a salesperson, Jeff, knew because he emailed me about my upcoming appointment and he wanted to make me an offer to buy my car). Also, I called BMW North to discuss the additional recommended services from my previous visit. I was told who my service advisor, Hannah, was and that she would call me back. I never got a callback. Why? Because she no longer worked there! Found this out when I called back to inquire why no one had returned my call? I then left a second detailed message for the service manager to call me because I really wanted to find out about getting the recommended work done. No call from the service manager. Not a good business practice and I don t care how many BMW s are out there. This is my car and my business was not fully warmed.

My car was in for its first annual service and a couple recalls. Sophie my service advisor was personable and efficient. I even had my choice of loaner vehicle from 3 options which I had never experienced before at any dealership. Car was finished in the same day and was washed and vacuumed when I came to pick it up. Overall a great service experience.

Very pleasant and professional staff. Service was completed in less than tje estimated time and my car was return sparkling fresh from a thorough wash. Great place to purchase and service your vehicle.

Terrible service advisor. Rarely answered my text or returned my phone calls. Didn t hear from him for 5 days. Never looked me in the eyes, smiled, or said thank you.Price s quoted over the phone were much higher after they had my car. The BMW Store had lower prices. To compensate they offered 15% discount.When I picked up the car the bill was $300 to high.Advisor didn t know because he never read my text or called me back.Wouldn t let me use any on-line coupons. They now want an additional 3% fee to use a credit card.To get the price quoted you must pay cash or check.I ve purchased 5 new cars from this dealership. Including this one they were working on. They can t find any of the records. I left feeling like they didn t give a crap about my business or concerns. Just how much money could they get out of me.From now on I will use the BMW Store. Much more of a stand up dealership. I don t know what happened with these guys but I won t be back.

Kaitlin is an AMAZING Service Advisor. She kept me fully informed, was highly knowledgeable and very friendly and personable. I m praying that BMW Cincinnati North will keep her happily employed there!

The service team at BMW North delivers excellent customer service! I needed service today )last minute) so there were no loaner cars available, they went the extra mile for me. I need to run and errand to the mall and need to be at a Christmas party by noon. They made it happen. They team at BMW North Rock. Every time I go in for service it doesn t matter who I meet they raise the bar. I appreciate good service

I am totally unhappy.I sent my car to service two times. each time I was charged more than $1500 but actual issue wasn't resolved yet. most of the amount paid for labor only... that labor amount of $1000 they have got from my extended insurance... but actual issue parts not replaced, and I also paid deductible amount each service around $250 from my packet. When asked why you put more than $1000 for labor... for that I was told that you are not paying... that's paying from insurance why you got worried.I wont be recommended this place for service.

Far and away the best experience for car service. I normally find this to be a painful experience but was easy and fast. Sophie Kidd is attentive to all your needs and will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done properly.

My new X1 was malfunctioning and it sent me into high panic mode as it was only 10 days since purchase. The service center jumped into action and while I was stressed, they serviced me immediately and in the same day resolved the issue which appears to be minor. My new car should be just fine, they explained it very clearly and I am again a very happy repeat customer. Thank you Brandon and team!!

My BMW North Cincinnati experience has always been great! For 10 years now, I have felt valued as a customer from the initial point of entry to close of service. Every worker is professional and welcoming. That speaks volumes. I m grateful for the impeccable customer service by Brandon and Tim. Likewise, the master service tech was amazing providing clear evidence of the underbody issues via video on my X1. The service was done satisfactorily, appreciated the coupon for a free detail. Was not happy with the change to add 3% to my bill if I used a credit card. To my knowledge BMW North is the only dealership service department or major business of any kind that I deal with to add this. I consider it a penalty for doing business at this dealership. There are several other BMW service departments in the area.

I had absolutely no direct contact with BMW Service Center. I purchased a used BMW from another dealership in their family. That dealership dealt with BMW Sevice Center. The car needed a repair on an airbag or restraint system. They had it for 10 days (8 business days). Apparently, there was an issue with the wrong part being ordered. I don't know the details, or who did the ordering. At least the warning light is out now.The service guys at Jake Sweeney GMC, BUICK were terrific. 5 stars for them.

We got a warning light on our new X5e. We called the dealership and they immediately set up a date to pick up the car and drop off a loaner. This is the best service we have received from any dealership. BMW of North Cincinnati truly knows how to take care of their customers. Swapping vehicles back was just as easy and painless.
