Where do I even begin?The moment I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Jay S. Jay's knowledge, courtesy, and friendliness were like a breath of fresh air, and he patiently answered all my questions (and trust me, there were many). He walked me through the repair process and gave me an estimate for parts arrival and completion date (6-8 weeks total). Jay even gave me a tour of the facility.Because I had a rental, I had to continuously follow up with the shop, and was given adequate answers to help with the planning.In reality, it took a total of five weeks. Upon my return, Jay was there, ready to assist once again. He noticed my tires needed a little air due to the changing temperatures, so offered to refill them for me - above and beyond.My taillight was off, and as a result Jim came to assist. Jim was also super friendly and personable.To sum it up, my experience at Blue Ash Auto Body was so good that I wouldn't trust my Tesla with anyone else. If you want your car treated with the care and expertise it deserves, this is the place to be. They underpromised and overdelivered - traits you don't see often nowadays.Thanks to Jay and the team, my Tesla got the royal treatment. Suffice it to say, this will be the only place I'll take a Tesla to.

Above and beyond service from a team of true experts and car lovers. Best body shop I've ever used. I'd recommend them for any car, but if you're a Tesla owner, THIS is the place you want. Got into an accident and they are one of the only Tesla approved shops in the area.They handled all of the back and forth with my insurance company and were always responsive and polite with my (many) inquiries to the status of my car.Work took a while, but that was due to the time it took to get the parts, nothing that they could do about that.When I received my car back, the work was perfect, and to my surprise it appeared as of they practically detailed the INTERIOR of the car as well.Would recommend and work with them in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely reliable, very friendly, comfortable to work with and professional. They got my car in right away for an estimate, sent me a more than reasonable quote within one day and took the perfect amount of time to properly do the work for me. This is the best my car has looked since I bought it!! I appreciate all the time and work the techs put into my SUV... What an underrated skill set and if they read this, I hope they know at least one customer appreciates them because I was able to get into a beautiful, safe car because of the work they did. Blue Ash Auto Body is amazing! These guys will go above and beyond for their clients. Chris was able to provide an estimate on the same day I contacted their office. Every other body shop had a 3-4 week wait time just for the estimate. They are a certified aluminum body shop which is exactly what I needed for my Audi Q7. I highly recommend Chris and his team if you are looking for a friendly and reliable body shop. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Don is the man!!! Brought my vehicle in to Tesla for some auto body repairs and windshield replacement. They sent me to Blue Ash auto body where they fixed my vehicle up quick. We were on our way out of state so they had us in and out of there in 20 minutes. Service was great. Very professional. I highly recommend them!!!

Took my car in due to a sideswipe needing body work. They did it all contacted the insurance company, provided a quote, completed the work beautifully on my 2018 Genesis. Here s the thing, they even fixed a couple of things above and beyond the quote.Months later something was dragging from the bottom of my car just when I had to head out of state for my mothers funeral.I called them and told them I was a past customer and asked if they could squeeze me in. They fit me in the next day! The repair was very minor as a protective shield under my car had lost bolts securing it due to an oil change at the dealer. They fixed it immediately, charged me nothing, and expressed their sympathy . Good work, and great guys!

Dropped off my Tesla Model 3 on Nov 21 for body work that was supposed to take 2 weeks. Had to call towards the end of 2 weeks to check on status and was told that due to illness they couldn t start work on my car and that it would take few more days . After few days, was told that it would be ready after 1 week (today) and that if it was not, they would give me a loaner car since my limit on rental car was going to expire. Guess what, I called today and not only is it going to be end of next week ( weather and health permitting ) but also they do not have a loaner car available. The condescension in the owner s voice couldn t get any worse. You don t understand how complex these cars are , he says. I don t need to and I don t care, because I am not the Tesla certified service center . Seems like asking them to fulfill their word is not taken kindly in this establishment.I don t even want to think about what kind of a job these guys will do to my car. I m preparing myself for the worst, because so far it has been a very disappointing experience.

My tesla was here for over 5 months even though I was given a 2 month estimate. They are impossible to get a hold of and when I finally got my car I had a warning light that said they would go away and didn't. There were also several items were said to be replaced but weren't; mirrors, rims, and tires. I took the car back to get everything replaced and fixed and they said they lost the parts and couldn't fix the warning light. They said they would order the parts but never did.Not sure how these guys have any good reviews, but if your tesla gets towed, do yourself a favor and get it towed elsewhere.

This shop did an incredible job making my car perfect again. I was in a fender bender on I-71S (my fault) and was pretty much beside myself when I showed up to clean out my car which I was nearly certain was totaled. This shop stopped and made sure I was properly informed;1. While the Insurance companies "want to help you", they want to do it their way.2. You CAN tell the Insurance companies where you want your car evaluatedThis sounds silly but it's something that me, someone who doesn't get in a lot of car accidents, knows nothing about. The insurance company said release it, we will bring it to our place, and I said ok.This shop stopped me, pointing out that the insurance company would almost certainly use aftermarket parts to "fix" my little Mini Cooper S (which, I might add, does not take well to normal-sized car parts, having been down that road with other auto places). They were patient, and they were thorough. This shop seemed to be genuinely fed up with watching this process, and told me they wouldn't use the aftermarket parts, they would safely rebuild my car with the parts it needed to run as well as it ever did. This shop delivered. In 3 weeks they rebuilt the front half of my car, patiently updating me along the way. They did a FANTASTIC job on the car, and when I took it to the dealership for an oil change, Mini was equally impressed by the job well done and asked for the name of the place who did such great work.A MASSIVE Thank you goes out to Blue Ash Auto Body, thank you for saving my Mini, and thank you for making it a car worth driving for years to come :-)

Imagine my dismay when I crashed my wife's $110,000 Tesla! I know these cars are very unique and very difficult to fix correctly. My insurance company wanted me to bring it to an ABRA, which is basically a chop shop for auto body work. I demanded the only certified Tesla shop in the area, Blue Ash Auto Body.The entire experience was top notch. These guys are incredibly honest, communicate well and get the job done. When I picked my car up, there was a sensor error for the front trunk. It was 6pm on a Friday evening and the shop just closed. They called their top Tesla tech at home and had him come back to the shop. It was a quick fix and I was on my way.A few weeks later, there was a minor issue that was bother me and I brought it back to the shop. These folks went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. They have earned my business for life! Be very cautious when dealing with insurance company recommended shops. They use the cheapest shops and in turn, the shops use the cheapest parts and labor. There is a big difference between a shop that does it right vs. those that do volume for ins companies.

We left our Tesla with Blue Ash Auto Body after an accident on the OH/KY line. They took such great care of everything. Very customer friendly...gave us thorough updates...and did a great job repairing the damage. We are so thankful to them for a terrific response in our time of need! We're happily driving back to Lancaster PA today. (And they included us in their customer plant give-away!!)

Poor communication, first quoted the car would be fixed in 8 business days. Then they changed it to 11. Which we agreed too. Even then we received our vehicle back 4 days late( 15 days) down to the minute closing and the car was covering in shop dust and clearly had not been detail or cleaned. They are a Tesla certified body shop. Everything that was done, could have been done at anybody shop. They likely only have wall chargers available for the teslas.

I just picked up my car from Blue Ash Auto Body. I'm so impressed with their work. I am an insurance agent, and I was expecting to have to handle some back and forth, and they took care of everything. They were terrific to work with and did incredible work. I try to make sure my cars always look good, and Blue Ash Auto Body made it look like nothing ever happened!

I took my accord to a shop that got 1.9 stars unknowingly i have to say i was in panic mode i called and explained my situation to Molly she talk me through the process of getting my car towed to her shop. They picked up my Honda Accord the very next morning. I met with the owners and they explained everything I needed to know about their shop and what they were capable of which made me feel very comfortable about my choice of body shops. although the insurance company totaled my Honda Accord due to extensive damage I still give them 5 stars because of the level of service I received. This is a family-run business and it shows .the commitment they have to do the very best for their customers is rare. I can't say enough about this five star body shop I am a customer for life.

Extensive body and suspension repair on my Tesla Model X. Tom was awesome with keeping me up to date. There was an issue with a window switch after I took delivery and he sent the tech an hour away to my house to fix it. Would recommend this shop again without reservation.

Long wait for our car. Tesla Model 3 was there from November 1 to January 14th.. and we have to take it back because the bumper/trunk does not line up properly. The trunk and all my contents in it were very dusty. Not cleaned. The license plate frame was bent up in the accident (someone rear ended us) and they put the beat up one back on. It was a factoru frame and should have been replaced. They argued about the tail light that got scratched in accident saying it was there before even though they never saw the car before the accident. So the light was not replaced. The damage wasnt there before the accident. There was still buffing compound in all the seams and surfaces. The back window is no longer flush as it used to be. They said all Teslas are that way. Well mine wasnt and the one i walked to in the parling lot wasnt. So, no. Not all Teslas are that way. When we would call we would be told one thing and wait days. Promised emails that were never received. They claim high quality but I am not impressed. If they end up fixing all the issues I may rate them slightly higher but it won't be 5 stars because how long it took, and that it wasn't fixed right the first time.Returned and they just couldn't make it right.

After multiple attempts they were never able to repair my Tesla properly. I also showed up to drop off the car (for the 4th time!) and pick up a loaner car but they didn't have any even though they said they would. That was the last straw before going back to Tesla and having them fix it. Nice people, not great work.

This is my go to spot to have my car repaired. They did an excellent job repairing my car when my car was towed there after I was rear ended. There is one gentleman who works there who is so friendly and accommodating. He is very helpful, so polite, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and find out information for me. I m sure I probably called too often and made their days long, but they were amazing. I wish I remembered his name- I want to say it was Cole or Kyle or something like that. Super nice!!!! A++

For Tesla... and probably others, run away. Average work, poor communication and less than expectations set. I was rear-ended in my Model 3. Drivable so put that into perspective for this. Took them 4 weeks to get back to me. A tool broke along the way which delayed things apparently, parts late and etc but I had parts ordered and arrived before dropping car off. Lots of excuses and the work was not great. See images attached. The door ding fix looks like they used white out from the office staff and the trunk fix they didn't even bother fully painting it on the inside. The car was really dirty when I got it back inside and out from dust and their work. Even the parts replaced they didn't bother cleaning off. They are the only certified Tesla repair in Cincinnati and I'd suggest making the trip to Columbus.

When I dropped my Odyssey, I told them multiple times to make sure they check all the safety features before its ready for me to pick up. When I picked up my car I found that safety features like the adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation braking system was not working. During repairs they they said that they would do a full scan but it doesn't seem that they did. They claim to be Honda certified but I have serious doubts about their ability to work with Honda vehicles. If you have a Honda, you are better off working directly with Honda. Don't come to Blue Ash Auto Body. I regret my decision to use them.

Best as I can tell they did an excellent repair. Major problem was even though we told them they had the work they didn't order the parts until we dropped the car off. Took more than a week to fix and we had no car. Dumb.

These guys go above and beyond.. They did a fantastic job on my brother's car when he hit a truck tire and basically destroyed his bumper and the bottom of his car. You couldn't tell that anything had ever happened. Seeing as that was the case, I took my car in after I accidentally hit a wooden parking barrier, and they popped the dent out, and touched it up, and it looked fantastic. Great guys, and great service, definitely recommend them.

My car was in an accident and because they towed the car and had a sign up showing authorized Nissan body shop I allowed them to fix my car. Worst mistake by far. Initially after picking the car up I had to take it back to have them fix the alignment that wasn t done properly. Also the AEB Sensor wasn t fixed right they weren t able to repair it. To get the sensor replaced I had to take my car to the dealership to have the work completed on my time since they were unsuccessful 3 times. The windshield wiper function allowing windshield wiper fluid to spray no longer functions because the car wasn t repair right either. This experience by far was the worst. On top of all the issues my car was at the shop for 7 weeks. I wouldn t recommend at all.

Called before a lunch break to bring my car in for an estimate and was told I can bring it in and they'll look at it. I came by and the guy that came out asked what happened. I told him I hit a deer and shortly after rear-ended another vehicle that increased the deductible to get it repaired. He then said "I don't believe that." First, didn't like him basically telling me I lied to him, but I blew it off. He said they will get back with an estimate. Waited to hear back, but didn't hear anything for weeks. Yes, weeks. I since shopped around, but have heard good things about Blue Ash so I'd still give them a chance. I called them and asked. They had the info, but decided not to send it to me. No apology and no explination. Would not recommend. Have had much better experience with Mt. Healthy Autobody and should have stuck with them in the first place but wanted to shop around. Plus, their quote was TWICE the cost.

My family has used Blue Ash Auto Body numerous times over the last 15 years. We have always found them to be fair, honest and efficient. The repairs they have done for us have included mechanicals, body work and paint matching-all done beautifully. We highly recommend them to all our friends.

Took over a month with my car, never gave me specific dates or times when things would be finished. They overcharged my insurance and I always had to reach out for updates (hopefully was their favorite word). The work looks good for now , hopefully it stays this way.
