I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who was just lovely helping me change my car battery about a week ago! Such friendly and helpful staff. I want to say his name was Mr. McCloud or something along those lines but he was just awesome!

Zach did such a great job of changing the battery on my mother in laws car here in Cheviot. He did it with a kind attitude and in the middle of a rainstorm. Will come back! Thanks, Zach!

2/23/22 7:50 pm Manager refused to do a core return. Pure laziness!!!!!! She said there was no money in the drawers . Didn t even ask if it was a cash or credit purchase.I said it s only $40. She said No, I can t help you .. it was going back to my credit card. But I went out my way to store 0705 where Maine took care of me.

One of the service persons was a liar told me 3 times they didn't have what I looked for and when I checked the shelf two of the items was there. And he didn't apologize

The one in glenway the team was excellent and very professional but the one in harrison the lady was very rude in one of them give me wrong information about the part I was looking for never going to go in that store

Went to pay for my items and the clerk asked me if I could spare any money he could get from me, so he could get some snacks. I get enough beggars downtown. Not going back here.
