Two young gentlemen were able to help me unscrew my reservoir cap & take care of me. i was an hour away from home and upset as my car was messed up but they did a great job making sure i was okay ! i don t know their names but they worked 3/29/24 in the evening ! great staff def recommend going to this store ! If higher ups see this GIVE THESE MEN A RAISE !

Neil at Auto Zone helped me today in the freezing cold! He was friendly, fast and efficient. Highly recommend him and his staff at this location. I have been a customer for several years and recommend them to my friends and family!

I went to AutoZone to get some tire sealant spray because my tire kept going flat. Neil asked me if I needed any help finding the item, and after asking him a few questions, he offered to inspect my wheel before purchasing. He ended up finding a nail in my tire! He recommended I buy a tire repair kit instead, and he removed the nail and did the repair for me. Very pleased to find someone who was willing to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you again Neil!

Had my Camry's battery die at work and manged to get here thanks to a coworker jump starting me. Neil was extremely helpful and polite, even in the face of freezing temperatures, and he got my new battery installed for me in short order.If I ever have car trouble at work again, I'm coming here.Thanks Neil

The 2 very helpful gentlemen working at Autozone tonight helped me when I was having difficulty installing my headlight bulbs. They were polite, kind and helpful, making my experience from start to finish the best it could be.

I give 2 stars only bc this girl working sold me driverside windshield which was wrong. I called to see how much a thermostat was for my jeep. She said I would have to get that part from the dealer. I guess someone is better than nothing.

This was the worst customer experience of my life. I don t think anything will top this store. I went to get a battery change & the associate didn t install it correctly ending up messing my car. I spend 1 month trying to get money from them to fix my car. I ended getting in touch with Lauren the regional manager which made the situation worse, I had to be rude with her and very pushy for things to get resolved. The associate who messed up my car at the store wasn t event helpful either through the process. We all mess up but wats important is wat you do after the mess up. This store is the worst autozone store I have been to in the area. I never experience incompetence at the highest level. Confusion, disorganization, chaos, incompetence, best description of this store. Overall top tier worst experience!

I have been forgetting to write a review on this particular location.Where do I begin, let's start with the lot nice and clean, store is presentable and staff woo.Let's chat on the staff especially the manager. Ladies this is your pre-warning if you visit this store. The manager is only an "information pusher"! He isn't very accommodating besides watching him kill flies in the window with rolled up paper.Every time I have come into this store he is always present. He wears his corn rows, with his Auto Zone hat and gear. I have yet to come into this store and to leave with buying anything.I haven't bought one thing from this location especially when I need a part. I am always sent to another store or he doesn't know anything. After he looks it up, he tell you information on the part and no part or help per se. His famous line, "ask your mechanic because I am not one!"Don't shop this location if you expect the manager to know anything. You will be sent elsewhere.

My Genesis stop working on the lot. Ulysses help me and found out the problem was the battery. Assisted me and took care of the problem.. Kudos!!! Great person.. A real Blessing!!! Excellent...

The two gentlemen who worked there on Monday night were awesome. One of them was out in the 90� weather replacing a battery for some lady when I came in and both couldn't have been nicer.

I had to return a part that I ended up not needing. I had originally used a card for my purchase. When they tried to refund me the computer wouldn t let them. Gary was the employee that helped me. He was fantastic and went above and beyond to get me my refund. The computer system sucks but their customer service is fantastic!

They like to answer employees phones and not worry about themselves. This is a unprofessional environment. And this auto zone needs To be shut down. Managers should not be smoking pot and cussing in a work place and this is what this work place is all about. Don't waste your time here and whatever you do don't bring your kids there also. Unless if you want your kids to start cussing. This auto zone is in insult and i will never show my face there again.

Rodney is absolutely AMAZING!! He was beyond helpful when I needed it most. He went above and beyond for me and I m so appreciative of that. And all this happened 30 minutes before close and he was still willing to take the time and help me.

Rodney was so helpful in getting my dead battery replaced and ensuring there were no other issues. I really appreciate him helping me, especially in this cold, wet, and dark weather. He was kind and patient answering our many questions.

Store # 0701Walked in and grabbed the items I needed. Walked up to the counter and found two staff members crouched side by side behind the counter looking at their phones. I stood there for several minutes and was just about to set down my items and leave when an employee that had been stocking shelves came up and rung me out. The two behind the counter never looked up until the third employee said he would help me. Despite that neither ever stood up and they were still crouched there behind the counter as I walked past the windows to my car. There were two other customers in the store by that time. Those two lazy employees need to go. That third staff member deserves a raise and a promotion for being industrious. If you have cameras in this store, that covers the counter, you should watch the video from 2:00pm - 2:30pm, on March 16, 2023. Store # 0701.

Visited this store to return a part, and I can t say enough good things about the 3 employees who were working at that time .Sheila had initially answered the phone when I called with a question prior to going there - she was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Cecelia assisted me when I arrived - she was friendly & outgoing. John went above and beyond to resolve my issue regarding returning the part. I ve never had a better experience at an auto zone store prior to this, so kudos to these 3 workers for making my (difficult) return so easy & being so kind. If you need to visit an auto zone store, I d definitely recommend this location, even if it s a few minutes out of your way .the customer service you will receive will make it well worth it!

I went there to get shocks for my truck because the website said all the parts were in stock. Of the 10 parts, 2 were actually in stock. The "manager" didn't know how to ring up anything, or even find anything. More time was spent marveling about how much suspension parts cost than looking for my parts.Everyone is very nice though, and I still wouldn't give less than 4 stars but...I noticed after 90 minutes and concluding 8/10 parts were not in stock, no one updated the system. No wonder it's so badly out of date. That's the real reason why I'm knocking off 2 stars. The problem will never be fixed. If you are buying vehicle matched parts, save yourself some time and hit the Reading Autozone, or KOI is right down the street.

Our neighbors have been a GREAT business for the multiple weird things we need for a clay business. You wouldn't think an auto business would have things we needed, you'd be wrong!Plus, they are just great neighbors. Thanks!

I m very upset with my experience thus far the store was supposed to open @7:30 but the manager has decided today not to come in store on time. I have order an part online waiting for the store to open because my ac isn t working in this very cold weather and I m pregnant. It s just very unprofessional to pick and choose when you open an store thats bring money to your pockets.

Check your receipt. These guys love to throw garbage on your order without asking. I purchased a battery from them recently and didn't notice the 'install kit' they stuck on the battery like it was included only to realize they charged me for it when I got home without saying anything. Fraudulent behavior, total lack of respect for the customer. Luckily O'Reilly's is directly across the street...

I would recommend going to ridge Rd, Montgomery Rd store in Norwood is screwed up. They will mess alot up , an know not much about cars

I looked for a persons name to write a handwritten letter but couldn t get one. Rodney W. at the Norwood location was a Godsend. I bought a battery at the Oakley Autozone but I couldn t get my old battery out. There was no one at Oakley to help so I was told I could go to the Norwood location for help. Rodney W. went above and beyond. My fianc�e has advanced glaucoma and was unable to see the odd angles to remove the screws It was freezing outside. The Oakley clerk sold me the wrong battery Rodney spent over an hour helping us, he got the right battery and installed it all while answering other customers questions going in and out of the store.When he finished installing the difficult battery he thanked us for being patient? and said we could leave a review.Trying to find an actual person to write to I learned quite a bit about Autozone Anyway Rodney W. THANK YOU!

I was having a difficult time getting rid of a car battery. Someone suggested I call AutoZone for suggestions. Well when I called, not only do they take/recycle batteries BUT you can receive a $10 Merchandise Gift Card. Foster, the AutoZone associate was very helpful!!!
