Today was totally amazing Dustin and the store manager Kerry McCoy totally made my day. Both of my headlights went out! I was High beaming everyone. I felt so bad, but these guys save the day before it got dark lol! Helped me with my purchase as well as replaced them. The AutoZone on Beechmont has the best customer service ever!! Thank you so much guys!!!

Had an older women at the Cherry Grove Auto Zone who was so kind and helpful. She took m window washing fluid out to my car and filled up my reservoir. She was wonderful and such an asset to the company.

Stopped in to get a battery for my key fob. I said I didn't know what battery I needed and I hadn't figured out how to open the key fob yet. This young person with long hair, who described themselves as 'an artisan' says, "Let me show you how to do this, neckbeard". That's some customer service. Won't be back.

Stopped in today to get diagnostic testing done to see why my engine light is on. David W. Was the attendant and he was reluctant to help once I told him what I needed. The other guy ( didn't see his name tag ) said no when David tried to hand him the tester. Poor customer service !! I will not be returning.

I Love Autoone & It's ALWAYS My GoTo Auto Store especially sense They are located everywhere I have ever been or had to travel to for Work or Pleasure which is super convenient. They also match competitors prices which is always Good in my book!! I can trust the Employees to always guide Me in the right direction & to Answer any questions that I ever have. They help me to be self-sufficient & have confidence in Myself when it comes to My Vehicles which I'm grateful for...Especially sense I am On My Own more often than not.

Went to return a battery and was given nothing but attitude the entire time, the store worker acted entirely unprofessional during this interaction. Will definitely not recommend to anyone

Good place when you need something in a pinch or just need to do some casual shopping. When I went the staff seemed kinda slow and were out of the oil I needed but maybe I went on a bad day.

Stopped by just to have my battery checked, turned out I needed a whole new battery! Maly the employee who helped was fast, efficient and gave amazing customer service! I felt bad I couldn't tip :( so I hope this gets to him!

Ordered parts on a Friday staff said it would be there Saturday evening, I went Sunday morning to pick it up said that haven t even heard of it, acted clueless or was clueless. Better yet he was behind the counter visibly high on drugs, the way he was talking and moving all jittery, but that s not even all of it he has the coke nail grown out on his pinky finger!! Is that who you want representing your auto zone? I ll take my business elsewhere.

Stopped in tonight to purchase some windshield wiper blades and they were so helpful! The lady working looked up what sizes I needed and even took me over and explained which ones were on sale at this time. After purchasing my wiper blades she asked me if I needed help putting them on at no extra cost! Really, how much more amazing could the service here get! I appreciate all their extra time and help they provided for me without having to ask. Thanks so much and I will be a loyal customer from now on.

I came in today because my check engine light came on, and I needed to find out why. The employee that helped me was named Richard. He was very friendly. He showed me what part my car needed. I told him that I needed to make sure that I could find someone to fix my car before I bought the part so he printed a paper for me that showed a picture of the part and it's name. This was very helpful for me when I talked to my dad about fixing my car. I will definitely be back to this store because of Richard.

They were so helpful. We bought headlight bulbs for my car and apparently there was a defect from where the manufacturer made 1 bulb slightly longer than the other bulb in the package of 2, and the man came out and helped us install and figure out the problem. Excellent service!

This place has what I need in stock usually and if not has same day delivery. Plus their prices are definitely competitive. I've started going there more often than other places due to this. Staff are very helpful and not pushy.

Break lights were out went in to buy bulbs replaced them but still had one that didn t work went back John took the time to help me figure out the problem an got it working.

Staff was able to look up the part I needed without me have the old one in hand, pull it and sell it to me at a reasonable price. Most importantly once I got the part home it was correct and went on solving my brake issue. Thanks guys!

I had a brake light out & no tools to change it. They are always so helpful & friendly here! They looked up the right replacement and changed it for me in just a few minutes. It's a Nissan so it wasn't a simple fix. This is why we go here for all our auto needs. This store is the best!

As an older female shopper, going to auto parts stores is challenging.Finding a store that I like is difficult. When I find one I like I stay with them. I went to 2 Auto Zones in the area- one didn't have what I wanted. Both of these stores, I was greeted and assisted.My rant about my experience with parts stores:Not being acknowledged upon arrival. Not being acknowledged as The Purchaser. NOT the spouse of a male buyer who happens to be standing nearby and he gets waited on. Being ignored by sales staff. Or, "oh I thought you were with those people".Or sales staff waiting on men first who enter store AFTER me. Or getting the "I'll be with you in a minute" and don't.So, parts stores get rated more stricter and harsher due to BAD experiences and Poor services.

Great service with a bulb for my carNeeded a headlight bulb for my vehicle and went to AutoZone at 8500 Beechmont Ave in Anderson township. Dale waited on me immediately and when I asked for a bulb for my car he walked out to see which bulb needed replacing, went back inside got the bulb and put them in. Wow. Love this service. Very polite and helpful!

Stopped in right before closing to pick up apart, they had it, help me install it, and were very friendly despite the fact their credit card system was having some issues and took forever to process. Don't blame that on the employees, and they didn't blame it on me for having to discover. Good location, would return
