As I walked in, the only employee was on the phone assisting a customer, therefore she didn't greet me or the 2 other customers who entered the store. I am not blaming her, because it is Management's job to make sure that there is enough coverage, especially at a busy location & if someone needs to take a break/ lunch or in the case of an emergency??? The young lady did answer my question & let me use a screw driver.

I went in around 1 pm this afternoon to see if anyone could help me replace my tailgate light. The young man (I didn t catch his name) was super nice and changed my bulb for me in less than 5 minutes. A great experience over all and will definitely go back if I need anything else.

Justin was very helpful & installed a new light bulb on the rear left signal of my car. It looked cumbersome to do, but he patiently removed several parts & got it done. Wouldn't take a tip either!!

Showed up and had the best experience with an auto parts store. I had to do a battery swap due to bad test. Was able to swap out through warranty and the lady working the front was amazing.

My battery was dying in the middle of my delivery route, so I was definitely in a pinch. Dale got me back on the road in ten minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and despite the distance between my house and the shop, I'll now be a regular. Thank you, Dale!

The guy at the front desk help me with a battery and checked the battery and alternator for me and install new battery life saver it was 90 degrees outside he still did his job. Thanks again. I would highly recommend this place of business.

Came in this morning to buy a battery and to have them install it, which I ve done in the past for this same vehicle. I ve never had issue in the past, which I explained. The man I spoke with was rude right from the get go. When I asked if he was able to install it he said it depends on how accessible it is and said he would need to see it. After seeing it he said he wasnt able to install it because it was too much of a liability. At that point he closed the hood and walked away leaving me with a dead battery and car that won't start, not even offering to jump it so that I could leave. I called O'Reilly across the street to see if I could make it there if they would be able to change it for me which they said they could. While trying to contact someone to jump my vehicle a man from O'Reilly came over to AutoZone and jumped my vehicle for me then changed it out for me all while being so kind. I ll be going to O Reilys moving forward.

I came in last night 1/26 at 7PM. The two young men minding the store were severely unhelpful. One was on his phone the entire time watching videos. The other was just on his computer. When I asked if they could tell me what bulb I need for my HD they said they don t have that in their system. Which from my experience isn t true but I also had the bulb. The one he said it would be had the complete wrong end when I asked him to clarify what I was looking for he refused to leave his computer ignored me so I just left. I was the only customer in the store. I ve been going to this location for 6 years but my last two visits here have been terrible. I was actually there to buy four new brake calipers for my vehicle but after that encounter I just went across the street to O Rileys. Even though Auto Zone had what I needed in store, I d rather order it and wait two days than give those two my business.Update went to the store on a Saturday at noon. The store is closed temporarily or so. The hand written sign on the door says. I m not sure why I bother with this store. This place is a mess. Just go to the store across the street.

Came in this morning to buy a battery, which I ve done twice in the past for the very car I was purchasing one for today. I ve never had issue in the past, which I explained. The woman at the computer refused to sell to me as she stated my car would need a factory reset. I explained I did not need one as I had previously bought two others without issue. Still no sale. I went across the street to O Reilys, they sold me a battery and installed in less than 10 minutes and sent me on my way. No factory reset needed, as I stated to your saleswoman. Customer lost, I ll go to O Reilys moving forward.

Used to be a fan of this location but they lost my business. Called ahead for a battery I needed to exchange quickly, as it was near 100F and I had my dog with me.I leashed her and didn't get two steps inside before I was verbally assaulted by all of the staff for bringing a dog into their store. One clerk even suggested I leave my dog in the car while I shopped. They wouldn't even get the Manager or make the transaction from close to the door.I reinstalled my old battery, jumped it with my jump starter, and went to a better store.Go there if you think you are feeling too good.

Wasted my time.. website said item was in stock in store. Came in, gentlemen pointed out where it should have been but wasn't. Couldn't find it, didn't matter it was listed in stock, refused to look up the part number (said it was impossible to look up)... So I called the next closest AutoZone, they looked up the part number and I drove there instead... This place wasted my time

Dale was extremely friendly and helpful! My car was very slow to start so I drove here hoping to get some answers. Dale was able to quickly rule out the alternator and diagnose that my battery was bad. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary products and efficiently installed a new battery all with a friendly attitude.

6 Stars. My car started making a terrible noise. Got a warning stating "charging system malfunction". I thought it could be my battery, it's 4 years old. Staff member came out to check my battery and noticed the serpinetine belt broke. He sold me a new belt and I got it put on within an hour. If he didn't see that the belt broke I would've had to spend a lot of time and money taking my car to a garage. Thank you. I am very sorry I forgot your name.

Friendly enough team, but never had so much pressure NOT to sell me something.I had car starting issues. Got it tested at one store, tested as bad battery. At this store tested as good battery and was told don t waste your money . I went home.2 weeks later the issue came up again so after a jump I went again to replace the battery. This store told me probably an electrical issue, pour a coke can on the terminals . I cleaned the terminals and went home.The next day after a short drive it would start again in a parking lot. I called the store and was told it s probably the starter, if our test showed it as good , so again not wanting to change the battery.I had enough and finally changed stores, where they promptly replaced the battery and I haven t had an issue for a month.

During the first snow I called Auto Zone. This young man would tell me to hold/(3x). Finally the 4th call he said hold but I interrupt him. I ask him was he very busy. He said no. I told him I needed my windshield wipers replaced. He told me that the corporate told him that it was too Cold to put on windshield wipers.I went across the street.I used to be a AutoZone customer

Ethan, and his coworkers, on last night's shift, just before closing, were SO HELPFUL to my daughter who was traveling away from home with a dying cellphone, and unaware of how to recharge it. Thank You for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would give zero stars if I could. I'm selling my car and I have been having a lot of trouble getting my license plate off. I didn't have any tools at home so I went here. I asked if they could lend me a tool to help get it off And they roll their eyes at me and roughly handed me a tool. I guess my bolts on my license plate were really rusted so I went back in and asked if they could help me since I'm not strong enough. They said we don't lend anything out to people and to give back the tool and leave. I have never been talked to in that way especially when I'm vulnerable and asking for help. They rolled their eyes at me again while I was leaving. All of the workers in there should reconsider how they talk to their customers. It was extremely embarrassing having people talk to me that way while other customers were standing around watching and listening. Screw this place and screw every worker in there. I definitely won't be coming back

Dale @ the Oakley Autozone, was extra, extra patient with our Brother whom was helping me out getting a new 3 year battery, which our Ford van, over 20 years old, started right up with that new battery in it!Dale and the other workers were All very helpful and friendly, so we made sure to get everything we needed! A wonderful employee named Dale took very good care of my wife and I when our car battery died at a church Christmas play. Changed the battery for me and held polite and meaningful conversation during. I'm sorry, but we all know that you can't count on that type of service anymore.
