I bought wiper blades that were listed as fitting my car but they did not. The manager, Tim, was entering the store as I went in to return them and to try to find the right blade. He asked if I needed help and I explained the situation. He managed to find the blades with the proper adaptors and installed them while I was with the cashier returning the others. Tim was not just helpful but extremely kind and respectful. We could use more Tims in the world.

Absolutely terrible customer service with a commercial account manager that pushes business away. I didn't catch his name, but I won't bring my business back to find out. I'll stick with Kristen or Bobby at Springdale or Crystal at Union Center, they prefer my business and take care of me every time

Brad was awesome! I was literally crying on the side of the road because I had just gotten off of work and something hanging off my car was just one more thing I didn't have time or money for, but Brad made sure I could make it home and hopefully have one less problem, I really appreciate it more than he could ever know

I had the BEST AutoZone experience! I worked with Tristan and he went above and beyond for me! He was very helpful and knowledgeable only being there a couple of weeks. He helped me with EVERY issue I had going on with my car that day.

Tristan at location at Evandale, Ohio is the best! This guy really hooked me up and saved my engine. He went above and beyond. The best service out of all locations I ve ever been to. He deserves a raise!

I usually have good reviews, about places I go, but here today the doors was locked, they were letting certain people in then locking the doors back. I don't know what was going on. My van was overheating and needed antifreeze. I had to let it cool and luckily there was a pep boys across the street

I went to have my battery (which was purchased at Auto Zone) checked after my car wouldn t start earlier today. At first, the manager first attempted to test it, but said she seemed annoyed and said she couldn t help because she couldn t reach the the negative terminal because of the way the vehicle was designed, and because she couldn t remove the part that was in the way.Luckily, George (another employee) overheard this, and he politely offered to take a look, and thank goodness he did. He saved me hours of running around. He tested the battery, and was patient, friendly, asked good questions, and provided the customer service that can be very hard to find these days. After testing the battery, we learned that it was not the issue. He asked what had happened to bring me in, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to figure out what to do next. I feel fortunate that he was there and ready to help, and I will definitely be suggesting that friends and neighbors know go there when he is working if they have similar problems. It s comforting to know that there are still people like George out there.

Always very helpful. Today I went for windshield washer fluid. Brad Banks (store manager) helped me. He told me every kind they had, how much and even what it covered as far as cleaning off my window. Even though it was just washer fluid, he treated me as if it were a million dollar sale. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came in the door. Always friendly people that are more than willing to answer questions and help.

Brad was great! Thanks so much for helping us with our car battery on a cold night. We really appreciated it. Your store is always so good to us.I took our other car down 2 days later and Chamar helped up replace the battery in that car. Very helpful and mannerly.

Bradley B is hands down the best help you could possibly find. Quick to come to your aid and fix the problem. Autozone should feel blessed to have an employee like Bradley. My experience was great due in large part to a great young man. Thanks again for everything Bradley!

The guys were really helpful. I know absolutely nothing about car stuff. This will be my go to place for car maintenance and minor issues. Thank you so much to the store manager, Brad Banks for helping me out with my Honda. I was able to get a good trade in for it!

Brad, the store manager, was awesome! It feels like 0 degrees outside and he was more than willing to replace my bulbs! He found everything I was looking for and gave me GREAT customer service. I don t go to auto zone often, but I will be back to this one! Thank you, Brad!

Rebecca was more than happy to help me differentiate the types of foglights available for my car's specific model. After I got the bulb I wanted, I needed a little help installing it. Fortunately, Brad was eager to help me put it in. Great customer service, and I saved $40 in the end.If you want to get the recommended repairs done yourself and save money, go here.

Love this store! My friend referred me there for a product and the person at the front desk helped me to find the right item. In this day and age, it's rare to find people that go the extra. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable.

A couple days ago, I went to Autozone to replace one of the headlights of my car. That day I was in a hurry. As soon I came to the store Brad greeted me and help me very quick with this issue. He was very professional all the time. Thanks Brad again for your help... I really appreciate it.

I have been a long-time fan of Autozone, and the amazing people who work there. My experience today was just another reminder of their great customer service. I came in with such a frustrating headlight problem, and Brad and Rebecca were so awsome! They helped me figure out which socket size I needed to get the old light out, and then even helped me switch the bulb out! I am super grateful that those two were able to help me, and cannot thank them enough.

Brad was awesome he saw me trying to Google what kind of windshield wiper I needed. He found the right kind (didn't know I needed different sizes,didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing) Then asked him he could put them on he said sure i.e it was raining pretty harsh,definitely welcome back

Mr. Country was AWESOME. Not only super professional but taught me tips and tricks to check if my battery is bad or not. Replaced the battery in the middle of the rain with a smile on his face. Great guy!!!

Awesome place! Went in looking for wipers and a gentleman named Brown helped me pick out the right wiper. Very friendly guy. Even put it on for me. Definitely recommend!

Came in with an absolutely disgusting battery. Walked in and was immediately helped by Alex. He pointed me toward the best option for a new battery and assisted with the entire replacement of the battery. (My flashlight holding skills are amazing). Alex was an absolute rockstar and I would recommend 10 times outta 10.
