Hello Westside Family, I have been using Allen's for both my car repairs since 2019. As a single women, I can confidently say that Allen and his staff are honest and trustworthy. Today customer service is a thing of the past. At Allen's Quality Auto Care they truly care. Allen and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and are eager to correct any concerns you might have with a repair. Additionally, as a single person with very little support the auto pickup/drop-off and/or client pickup/drop-off service speaks volumes to their ability to go that extra mile. I ve take 3 different cars to Allen s and they have done a great job at a decent price. We had our turbo fail after they replaced it and once they looked at it covered replacing it again under warranty with no hassle. I m very satisfied with their work and customer service ethic. I highly recommend them.

Allen's is my "First Choice" for quality and a fair priced auto repair. I just had some major repairs done on my 2004 Ford truck bringing it back to great driving roadability. Allen's employees did a fantastic job! Exactly as they said they would. Very sad to have to give this a place a bad review. I had my brakes bled by them. Customer service was amazing. Two main problems. I dropped the car off at 8 in the morning and they said they would get it done by 2 or 3. Didn't get it done till well past 4. Bleeding brakes is a simple job especially with the kind of machines these places have so I don't know how that is possible. The main thing that really upset was a massive price change. I was quoted TWICE for 75 dollars. Once on the phone the day before and again when I dropped it off the morning of. Then without any communication whatsoever the price went up to 113 dollars. That is a 50 percent increase in price. They said it was because they thought I was bringing my own brake fluid, which at no point did I ever say. A bottle of dot 3 fluid is 10 bucks max. On the receipt it even says cost of parts was 7 dollars. I was flat out lied to and taken for a ride. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place to anyone due to dishonesty.Service: Brakes

I dropped a 1970 c10 on Allen out of the blue that needed a big overhaul on the motor and brakes. I m beyond happy with the performance of the new motor. He even followed me home in my car to help me bring it back. Allen stands by his work and does an excellent job going above and beyond. I will be taking it back every year for a tune up.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

Visiting from out of town and had a major issue with my car's AC that couldn't wait. They were able to get me in same day and resolved the issue extremely quickly. I am eternally grateful and I was able to make it to my destination in time 10/10. Everyone was respectful and kind.

Allen and Jamie are great! My car had a bad oil leak a couple of weeks ago from the PCV valve. I got it towed there with giving them no heads up! Allen spent 2 hours on the phone to figure out my warranty to start off, this was a 10 hour job as they had to take it all apart and inspect it first. I went on vacation and they told to no worry one bit and had it ready for pick up right when I got home! Will never use or go to anyone else!Service: Engine repair

I went to Valvoline for a full synthetic oil change with an air filter and it was $110.00. I come to Allen's and the same service, which was faster, was less then $80.00. Very professional, very timely, and always priced competitively. They do much more the just oil changes. Support local. Especially when they are as good as these guys. Thanks Allen and crew.

I was recommended here through a friend and it was amazing work. My car had so much wrong with it and they fixed it all for very good price and kept me updated through the entire process. They were very nice and made me feel like I could trust coming there for any problem with my car. I doubt I'll go anywhere else again, this place definitely is worth it. my car runs like a brand new car now.

So my very 1st experience with Allen's was was something small they were so honest in did not try to up sell me I took it back when my transmission needed replaced. They did a fantastic job on that so in December when I was ran off of the road I took it back to Allen's and once again they did not disappoint he actually went even further as to custom make something for me free of charge to help with a complaint. Actually my truck is there as we speak getting my brakes done possibly rotors in calibers. After going to every local mechanic I finally found Allen's I will no longer be going anywhere else.
