Checked out my favorite red car at this location, clean and comfortable showroom, the sale rep is very helpful, a detailed quote was given. Really helpful.

We bought our car several months ago. It was one of the easiest buying experiences we've had. Follow up after the sale has been excellent. Took the car in for routine maintenance and requested a loaner. They unexpectedly had a loaner not returned and therefore we were without vehicle. They were willing to pay for a rental or offered to pick up the car (an hour away) then return it in order to complete the service another day. We declined and decided to just hang out the 4hrs the service was expected to take. We were also given vouchers for food and drink at a nice place across the street while we waited.When our vehicle was finished, we were given a credit of the bill due to the wait time and inconvenience.This dealership goes out of its way to support their sales and service. We couldn't be happier.

BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Brandon, my salesman, was very profressional, friendly, and never pushy. All of my interactions with dealership, at every step of buying experience, were an absolutely pleasure. The customer service is outstanding. And of course, I adore my new Alfa Romeo Giulia!

Nothing but good things to say of this dealership. Everyone here has been helpful and friendly. From the sales experience to completing paperwork to service, the staff has been respectful and accommodating. Would definitely consider leasing/buying from here again in the future.

Excellent purchase and delivery experience. We live more than 100 miles from the dealership so most of the purchase process was completed via phone/text/email. Scott and Brandon were very responsive and followed through on all their promises and commitments. Paperwork was already prepared when we arrived very late in the day on a Saturday. Scott and his staff stayed well past closing time to complete the deal and orient us to the car. No pressure, just patience. Our new Stelvio was beautifully prepped for delivery. The dealership has followed up with us on numerous occasions to ensure we are pleased with our new Stelvio. We ve had the car for less than 2 months and we love it more and more everyday. Highly recommend this dealership. Staff was friendly, honest and professional. They offered a very good deal and made the process easy.

We would like to thank Scott Biehl for all he did to help us purchase our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We live in another state so all communication was by phone, email and texts and it was by far the best car buying experience we ever had. Very fair pricing too from the start. Looking forward to our first service experience in a few months. Would definitely buy from Scott again.

Our experience was horrific and it has cost our family thousands of dollars. Alfa Romeo of Cincinnati took our Afla Romeo off of lease and agreed to ground the car for us when we purchased a new car from the dealership (in March of 2021). They failed to turn the lease car in and it sat at their dealership for five months, we believe it was driven and it was certainly damaged in their care. Once their error was discovered they "walked away" from the issue and they will not respond and we now have to deal with it. When the car was finally was returned (September of 2021) it has more miles than we had put on it and was significantly damaged (we kept it in our garage and it was pristine) and the lease company sent us a bill for thousands of dollars.I have contacted the salesperson (Kevin Laxton) repeatedly and even have a voicemail from him stating that they are at fault and that they will make everything right. But now Mr. Laxton has disappeared and will not respond.I have called and emailed the general manager (Zach Sweeney) and he has not even shown the courtesy to reply.This is not a reputable dealer and they cannot be trusted.

Disappointed with service department. Took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio in to be service for its first 10K service appointment. And left without it able to be serviced and offered to try other dealerships that accept GEICO insurance. My spouse was looking at a new Porsche Cayenne there. Expected to establish a relationship with this dealership (we are new to Cincinnati) but they have no interest in new clients. Gave them a 2nd chance after my salesperson wasn t present for delivery nor ever followed up with us after the purchase, not even a thank you for your business. But the service department followed in the same foot steps. Very disappointed with this dealership.

Service was amazing! I was in a bit of a unique situation with my 2019 Giulia but Ron Paul was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my car. Will definitely go here for all of my service needs
