We had a flat tire on our grandson's stroll. We went to a filling station to air up the tire and the stem had retracted into the tire. We saw the O'Reilly across the street and thought we would give them a try. It was close to closing time and they were SO HELPFUL!! The clerk went to the back, got an air pump, attached it to his motorcycle and pumped up the tire. I asked him if we could reimburse him for his help and he refused saying, "it's for the baby!" I wish I had gotten their names, but fantastic customer service!!

I don't walk very well and called ahead to see if I could coordinate assistance to bring parts out to my vehicle without going inside. Kyle was very helpful and I was very grateful. Got everything I needed and was on my way. Thank you for your kindness as I don't "expect" this type of service or take it for granted might be a better way of saying it.

The younger worker was more interested in taking a break rather than helping a customer. I wanted to walk out when he rolled his eyes and said "oh gosh". He went on break while my battery was being tested and also left his co worker on register with at least ten people in line, not counting others walking the isles and needing help. The poor fellow left behind was a trooper and helped everyone in the store. Props to him, to hell with the younger guy. Get some work ethic.

Took my nephew to get his hair cut at the place behind IHOP and walked in asking if they took walk-ins. The one lady said they did but didn't know how long it would be before they got to him.No problem, I'll wait... as soon as I turned around to go sit down, another girl came out and said shes ready....okay... I didn't even have time to sit down.My nephew, whose 11 years old and myself explained how he wanted his hair. The girl didn't talk much so I assumed she knew what she was doing.The entire job literally only took her 5 minutes if that.I had to ask that she trim his neck line and box it up after she said she was finished... she then said, oh, well yeah. I'm not done yet.After taking him out in the light, I noticed immediately that his sideburns were uneven and not matched up from each other. I also noticed an uneven cut on the top of his head.I told him I'd touch it up myself and fix all the imperfections.Ive always cut his hair myself but wanted to make him feel special that day by taking him somewhere "professional ".I won't be back if you haven't figured that out yet... the atmosphere was stale when I first walked in and the service wasn't any better.Thanks but no thanks.

Very friendly and super helpful safe. Lowest prices in town. They ordered parts for me that noone else had that were marked up $60+. I got from them within 2 days for $30. If they don't have it don't be discouraged. They will order anything for you or help provide you an alternative.

Really Nice and Helpful Guys. And the store usually has everything i need if they dnt have it they get it there by the next day!

Usually have the best prices. But if you're ever in doubt, they will call around to their competitors and find you the best price. They did this for me for a battery. I endedup buying a refurbished battery from Auto Zone on Western Ave for half the price. They were very helpful.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a part that was not in stock and they advised me that it would be in stock at noon the next day. my customer arrived a little after noon to pick up the part only to e told that they made a mistake and it would be there after 4pm. my customer had to be at work at 330 so he sent his wife only for her to be told that they made a mistake and the part wouldn't be in until the next day. how do you make a mistake on the same part 3 times. that's pathetic. the whole reason why we had to order another part is because the part we ordered was defective. and can you believe that they would not exchange the defective part and told my customers wife that they couldn't exchange it because she was not some "special" rewards member. the whole point of this is that the part was defective. not our fault so that is an automatic exchange. so then I called tonight to see about the other part that was damaged because it came in contact with the defective part and they transferred me t a so called manager who one he got on the phone and I asked for a resolution he stated that he could not resolve this issue because he was only a closing manager. so why have the label of a manager. I would not suggest this store to anybody especially if you are ordering parts for your business. I thank the Chillicothe location for turning a 2 hour job into a 3 day project

They meet competitors prices, they are great.coil pak, plug wires. Ordered ball joint, pick up in 3 days. I'm satisfied.
