Excellent service! wonderfully nice !These folks have my confidence!My 91 SAAB 900 needed electrical trouble shooting. They fixed it in a jiffy.If you have an old SAAB or any car you ll get good happy service. I will take my car nowhere else!

I got an oil change here amongst other work done, and overall paid over $800. A few weeks after my oil change I had a burning smell and took it to my usual shop which identified that an oil leak was the cause and was from a faulty oil change. They redid the oil change way before it was due. I brought this issue back to this place and Wendy said there was no way for her to prove it was their fault and that I should ve brought it back to them. She refused to refund her oil change (which is pricier than my usual shop) and just offered me a free one for next time. I don t think this was handled well with trying to not take the blame and admit this was a mistake. I also would not want to go back after the faulty oil change and after my conversation with her and how this was handled. I spent a lot of money at this shop, including a $100+ diagnostic fee (without work done) and would have probably gone back if I ever needed work, yet admitting fault and refunding an oil change was not worth the customer s satisfaction to this business.

Total Scam artists. I don t know why they get such high reviews.Said over the phone they could fix the problem (rattling noise when going over bumps)Took my car to them. They said they could not hear any rattling and there was nothing wrong(Basically told me it s all in my head)Then charged me $75Took it back to my car dealership. They found a loose pad tensioner hardware. Replaced. Rattling gone

From the initial phone call to Kristen( I hope I remembered her name correctly) to everybody I encountered the team were friendly , personable and helpful. I was out of town and needed service as soon as possible after an holiday weekend and they came up with such exceptional customer service. I watched them taking the same care of all customers there also . They also kept me informed , offered a ride back to hotel if I wanted. I got an honest assessment of the car and was reassured they had checked the car as throughly as possible at a very reasonable price. I have already told so many people about them in the area . I got the car safely to my destination . Thank you to you all !

This place was awesome!!! Great price for getting my tire and rim fixed!! They were also super super friendly and nice. Had an awesome experience, will most definitely be choosing them in the future for any kind of maintenance or repairs I need!!! Also they have a very cute office dog, that is always a plus. This was my first visit to have service performed on my vehicle. I purchased my Jaguar in December of 2000. I don t usually do surveys, but I felt the need to respond to this one. So my family and I have always taken out audis to this location and they always do a great job and in the time they say they will. I bought my Saab from here 9 or so months ago and they serviced this car as well and provided me with the full device history for the vehicle. I couldn't be any happier with the vehicle I purchased the service the quality and the staff our always so welcoming helpful and kind. The pricing is also very reasonable.Service: Oil change

Called and spoke with a technician who heard my concerns about my convertible Saab. I scheduled an appointment but later had to cancel due to a conflict with my personal schedule but I was very impressed with their system of scheduling.I received text reminders allowing me to remember my service date. I have to reschedule soon. I like the fact that the technician gave me assurance by phone that whatever was wrong with my Saab, they would find it. I trust that they will.

We had a wonderful experience at Swedish Solution Automotive Specialists! They were able to quickly diagnose the problems on our Volvo.We had to have our engine mount replaced and the thermostat and sensor also. Kim was very friendly and offered us a free loaner while our car was being repaired.Frank was so very helpful, caring and friendly.They were able to diagnose our problems quickly and had it all repaired in less than 24 hours!I also had an opportunity to meet Wendy, the owner! She is such a caring, sincere, genuine and friendly person! We were blessed to have found this awesome automotive repair shop with such friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional employees and owner! I brought my car in for the first time to get an oil change. It was either here, or the dealership. I will choose Swedish Solutions EVERYTIME! The service was fantastic from start to finish. They offered me a loaner car to use. Who does that any more? Customer service is their priority. The text message I received letting me know the details of my service was the icing on the cake!! This is the only place that I will take my car whenever I need service. I can go to Subaru but I don t get the same friendly customer service and they don t make me feel valued. Frank at the desk is great he laughs he smiles and makes you feel important. The mechanics are spot on, very quick, and know what they are doing. Thank you so much! We could not figure out why the dreaded check engine light was coming on. We had taken it in before but the light persisted. But I took it to Swedish....diagnosed the issue and fixed it super fast. My car was ready to go in 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Love these guys. This repair shop was awesome! I contacted them when my car died and had to be towed after hours. I had it dropped off that night to them.The next day they contacted me with their recommendation as shared on the call the day before the drop off of my car. They told me exactly what needed to be fixed and once approved by me, they fixed my car.Very reasonable price for parts and labor. They even offered to come pick me up from my job and take me back to the shop to retrieve my car once the work was done. What a great experience.

I had to tow my car in, and they were quick to figure out what was wrong with it - quickly, like days, even thought they said it would be a few weeks. I am extremely happy with the results and will recommend them to as many people as I can- fair, quick and VERY NICE!

I am living in the area only this summer for an internship, and called to schedule an oil change for my older Saab. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next morning. Great experience from start to finish. Professional, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I waited in the customer waiting area, and the oil change took less than an hour. I wish I lived in town so I could always bring my car here for service. Highly recommend!

Needed a handful of service done and knew it was going to be pricey so I called to get a quote. Dave was very nice and got me a fair quote in a matter of minutes. Also called a dealership to get a quote for comparison but after being put on hold 3 separate times, talking to 3 people and then getting to voicemail, I quickly gave up on a company who was making it very difficult for me to make an educated decision instead of just forming over my money blindly and scheduling an appointment like they wanted.Everyone at Swedish Solution was extremely nice and polite. I got a fair price and phenomenal service. The loaner car was very convenient. I was in and out without any hassle and my car feels great now. Will be taking all of my vehicles to Swedish Solution for now on!

This is a top shelf car care facility. Unlike a lot of mechanic sites, it's easy to get in and out, and easy to park your car to leave it. The service desk is nice and clean, and the folks there are super nice and communicate clearly. They sent me a photo of the work needed and the description. I've of the few places that offer loaner cars if they can. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely an amazing staff! I have been having my vehicles serviced here for over 15 years. Bob and his staff have always had my safety and pocket book's best interests in mind. Their courteous staff and mechanics take time to explain what they see and hear while working on the vehicles prior to beginning work. The estimates have always been accurate to the out the door costs. Their labor cost are considerably less expensive than the dealer. The loaner car is just an absolute necessity for today s busy customer and Swedish Solution Automotive has multiple cars available for loan while your car is serviced. Call Vicki or Frank to set you up for an appointment and see for yourselves how a customer ought to be treated. . . You won t be disappointed.

I ve been to Swedish several times. Each time they have gotten me in and assessed my vehicle quickly. Several times they have offered options with different costs and advantages. It has always worked out well. Good work by friendly people for a good price...
