I took my truck here for an alignment and they did an awesome job! I also had a loose bolt in my rear shock mount they replaced withoutbilling me for it. It's not much but just shows the integrity of a quality shop that goes above and beyond for their customers

Before I walked in I had shopped around on Amazon and didn t know better than to tell the manager I was going to purchase and bring the tires! He calmly stated let me give you a quote on purchase and installation and you do what you want to do with it! This quote came in lower than Amazon and I gave him the okay. The day came that my truck was in the shop and Sean ( manager) gave me a call telling me the front brakes and calibers were in need of replacement! He gave me a quote and again I was impressed! The work was done quickly and got the truck back and I m a happy camper. The steering wheel is super straight and the brakes are doing a great job I definitely give them my future business!

I can t say enough about this local tire and repair shop. My elderly aunt had an issue with a leaking tire. They fixed it promptly and for a very fair cost. This is the third time she has taking her car there for service and tires. They are always courteous, competent, and honest.

I went in to this shop to get rear struts installed on our 2010 Honda CRV. I had the new struts and was planning to install them myself, but a bum hip made me consider having them installed. IF the price was right.I went in on Tuesday Feb. 27 and asked how much to install them. I had the parts. Casey told me the cost would be $135, about an hour and half labor at $90/hr. At that price I said OK and brought the car in on Thursday morning at about 9.Around noon I received a call the car was done. I went to pick it up and Casey told me the total was $235.19. I said that was $100 over what he quoted. He looked me straight in the face and LIED, saying he did not quote that price. My recommendation: avoid doing business with them, or at a minimum get a WRITTEN QUOTE first. This is a low integrity shop.UPDATE: The owner of the shop Shaun called me and asked "What can I do to make it right? HONESTLY. I told him I had a friends car which needs shocks, but the friend in in Las Vagas with his sick mother. Can he deduct the $100 off the cost of replacing his bad shocks? He said YES. No problem bring it in Thursday. It went in at 8:30 and they called at 10:15 telling me it was finished.FRIDAY UPDATE. The shocks were installed perfectly and when I went to pay the bill - NO CHARGE. HONESTLY.SO NICE to find a repair show owner with integrity and a good heart. My friend will be so happy to have his car back.Regards, Steve G

Every once in a while you meet someone that makes your day or week. The guys at AB Tire did just that today. I had run over some nails at a construction site in my Range Rover. Very expensive Pirelli tires. NTB told me they could not be repaired AB told me the would give it a second look. What a blessing ! They got them patched for around $20. I should have tipped them another $20, but I'm giving them my 5 star review. Great work and thank you so much for saving me money !

Not at all a positive experience. Called at 8 am about a tire because I broke down on 422. Casey told me "I'll call you back in 20mins" and hour later called them back and Casey said again " I got busy but will call you back on 5 mins"... Still sitting here and Hour and 15 mins later, still no phone call. I guess my business isn't GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM... Let's just say I'LL NEVER DO ANY Business with them ever again!!

The best repair shop I have come across...besides when I ran a shop! This coming from an ex Service Director at a Dealership. Honest (asked a question to see...answered perfectly). Some shops will quote the job while it may not be worth doing as it may exceed the car's worth. Not here. Very customer centric. Rare indeed. Prices on parts and labor very reasonable. Repairs done in a timely fashion. Can't ask for more. Sean and the guys there are incredible. Bravo!

A&b tire is the best repair shop I've ever been to. They went out of their way to get me back on the road as soon as possible after a major repair. From the front desk, to the mechanics, to the owner - all were very pleasant people to deal with. From diagnosing the problem, to performing repair, the whole process was done very professionally. I highly recommend that everyone go to this shop.

We've taken our vehicles to A&B Tire for several years. They are professional, affordable and fast. I once had an issue with my Nissan Sentra that three other shops (including the dealership) could not figure out. The guys at A&B had it solved within a few days. They spent many hours trying to determine the root cause but did not charge me for all of that time. These guys know what they are doing and won't overcharge you. I highly recommend them.

Brought my sons 2007 Jeep to A B Tire, dealt directly with the Ed the owner. They installed 4 new tires, I had no appointment and the work was done the same day. Great no frills shop, down to earth at a very fair price, he's they have earned my repeat business.

We have taken two of our cars there for tires a couple of time and the experience was exceptional. They were responsive, gave great quotes and followed through in the time they anticipated even when one of the our older vehicles had some unexpected problems during the service. I have recommended the shop for service before but what makes this place extraordinary is their willingness to help when things really go wrong. I recently had a car that we are restoring stuck on a home lift. In order to fix the lift, the car really had to come off the lift. I had called a few recovery/towing places and no one offered much in the way of help, most of the responses were that they had nothing that could get the car off and that was that. When I called AB Tire, initially I thought about renting a trailer to slip under the car to pull it out, Ed picked up the line and talked through the problem some of his ideas. He went so far as to loan me some stands to secure the vehicle while I waited for a new part to arrive for the lift, and he did that before he even realized that I had used his services before. I can't say enough good things about this place, they really are willing to go above and beyond.

So far so good. The people who work there are super nice. They checked the car and found the issue. I was able to take my car with me until the part comes in and they will put it on when i bring it back up. No hassles whatsoever. Even the mechanic was nice to deal with and most places thats not so true. Thank you Ed

All they did was damage to my BMW here's a quote from 2nd mechanic I took car to, " It appears someone tried doing struts and snapped the bolt holding the strut to the knuckle off. Bolt will have to be drilled and tapped out of knuckle".I paid for an oil change not cheap on a BMW, but here's another quote, "Oil pan is leaking........Oil Filter Housing Seals & Solenoids For Vanos System need replacement" charged for an oil change yet they did not fix these issues nor did the counter dude tell me.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A & B TIRE.

I have been going to AB tire for several years for my families automotive needs. Recently, a problem came up with my sons car that I thought should be addressed by the dealer. Big mistake. Wound up getting a huge quote for the issue plus additional things they found. Not all had to be addressed but I immediately called AB tire for their advice. I decided to have the dealer button up the car and I took it to AB tire to get most of the important issues resolved. Even after paying a diagnostic fee at the dealer, I came out way ahead because of AB tires fair pricing. Thanks!!!!

These guys are the best. They try hard to keep your repair costs down. They always give you options and will let you know up front what has to be done and what can wait until later. I've been taking my cars there for 10 years. Try them once and you will become a regular too.

Dropped my Jeep Wrangler JK off for a blown tire that happened leaving work on Saturday morning. I called and left a voicemail as it was after hours. By the time I could call back on Monday morning to make they got my message they had already found the issue and were working to fix the issue. Excellent customer service.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to A B Tire for years. They take care of us in a timely , at a fair price.Loaner cars when available, or a ride home. Old school throw back shop, this is the kind of shop that will try and repair, instead of replace. In this economy, our cars , and most people's cars have high miles, and are older. They also take care of our newer car, we recommend them to everyone, no matter what year their car is.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years, and had been very happy. We even referred many other people. No more. Something has changed. We recently purchased a used convertible, which we completely cleaned and waxed. We then brought it in for some work on the exhaust. When we got it back, there were three MAJOR dings that were not there before, all different places along the left driver side. In addition, the car was filthy, inside and out, with grease, mud and even dog prints on the seat! We were told perhaps we shouldn't clean it before we take it in!There were also other problems that did not exist when we dropped the car off, but because car components can fail at any time, even when in the possession of a mechanic, it would not be fair to assume they are responsible for these other items. There is, however, no excuse for the filth and the external damage.

Stumbled into A B Tire Repair on a Sunday with two cars that had tire problems. Ed happened to be there even though they were closed and he took great care of me. Saved money for us by cleaning up our wheels which were corroding and causing the tires to lose air instead of repalcing them. Very happy.

Revised 6/18/20165/5, Liked, and loved this shop. was 4/5, updated to 5 stars upon return visit.Short review above dotted linePro: Fair/great pricePro: Friendly, conversational owner/mgrPro: To the pointPro: I never encountered a sales pitch.Pro: Quick response to ordering and receiving parts needed for unexpected problems.Con: Messy/grungy office and dirty lawn chairs to wait inCon: Need to get more in writing before work beginsCon: Bills likely will run significantly higher than verbally quoted for misc reasons. But the amount may still be fair and/or below average.Con: Generally messy shop. Average for any independent shop----------------------------Detailed:Ed (owner? manager?) is great to talk to, to the point, and collected. Albeit scatterbrained a bit.I walked in on my day off with ridiculous tiedye pants torn up, my long hair messed up, and while I got a couple of glances and maybe raised an eyebrow, nobody judged, and I was treated with respect.I drove in, mid day, asked if they had time to slap 4 new tires on my truck, and they did. They didn't have an exact tire size for what I had, but they had a suitable Kenda KLEVER H/P KR15 265/75R16 that is a little wider than what was on it. While it might hurt my gas mileage a bit, I'm happy with them. Some ebay listings showed a set of 4 of the same tire at $542, but when Ed was digging around for the original size I already had, he dug these up and got them, with tire stems, mounted, balanced, and had the rim sanded down for less than the $542 listing price on ebay from some online tire dealer.Ultimately, nobody haggled anyone in our exchange. And we had great dialogue about the truck and misc stuff. I drove in without notice, got 4 tires slapped on in a timely manner, and was treated with respect by professionals. I've been to some very nice shops for things that ought not take too long, only to walk out extremely unsatisfied in spite just doing nothing more than an inspection. So, I'll take ATB's dirty old lawn chairs over plush leather couches of the nicer places because I want them to get the job done, and they do just that (and sometimes more!)I just wish (and will make a point to in the future) that I got a chance to inspect the new tires inside and out before they were installed. While they look flawless, I wish Ed had offered me the chance to check them out. Some tires look new, but may be patched from the inside.I have a 2002 Dakota Sport, tons of rust, and do most the work myself. When I get frustrated and give up, these are the guys I call when I throw in the towel and need help. It would be wise to call around to other shops and get their quotes, but the risks to benefits to costs to savings may or may not make a difference either way.Update one year laterNot noted earlier, last June I had them swap out the radiator, I was greatly satisfied with that. They had no complaints that I brought my own parts. Same thing with the shocks and leaf spring shackles this year. They replaced all at a higher than expected cost, but still reasonable and didn't break my budget. I think they gave me a free brake fluid bleed because my brakes were soft from the truck sitting for so long, but they did forget a license plate they screwed underneath my truck. oops!I will update this more in the future going forward, but Google has a character limit, so I can't include all the details.------------------------------(in response)In regard to Pat's and Ted's 1 star review, and specifically "they get crappy with you when asked to put on parts that weren't ordered by them (because they can't make extra money off you)." I have my truck full of brand new parts ready to be installed (none were stolen, FYI). Any conversation I had with Ed regarding to him doing any work, including my radiator which I already purchased to install myself, at no point did he ever put up a fuss about doing the work. He just asked how much I spent, nodded his head, and responded: "yeah, a 3 hour job we can do that". Nor did he give me attitude about appointments.

Who else can you call on Christmas Eve where they tell you to "come on up, we'll take care of it." We've been going to AB Tire well over 15 years... for our kids vehicles, too. Always great service at the best price! Thanks for keeping us safe!!
