Ron sold us a car as a friend and coworker for $1800, offering a 30 day buyback guarantee. It being an old and used car, we expected some things to need fixed eventually, but being a mechanic and coworker we trusted that his diagnostics would ve caught any major issues. Well within a week, we were running into transmission issues, and Ron claimed it was just a brushing connector. We paid $150 to have that fixed, however he refused to put the center console back together that he took apart. About another week goes by and the car won t start. We get it towed to Ron s (another $200 due to distance) and it needed a new transmission. Because Ron sold us this car, he agreed to do it at cost, but it still ran us upwards of $1300 in repairs. We agreed to the transmission repair because we thought after this last thing, it would be a decent car. At this point we have personally handed Ron about $3500. Additionally, we put new tires and rotors on the car (not through Ron, but still an additional $1000 totaling $4500). About another week goes by after the transmission replacement and the car breaks down on the side of the road. Because Ron did not respond, we had it towed to another shop ($75 for the tow, luckily close by) who ran diagnostics and determined the engine went out. I tried to contact Ron about this issue, fed up with the car at this point, and he has not responded. I have not heard from Ron since June 30th, despite several calls and texts. We had the car towed to his shop on June 8th, (another cost incurred), but we still have not heard from him. I do not recommend working with Ron for major issues, or purchasing a car from him.Service: Transmission

Best experience ever. Ron is down to earth and truly cares about his customers. He clearly knows what he's doing and can always explain why he's doing it. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love this shop! Knowledgeable, friendly, great service rates, and above all HONEST. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any work done.
