I have been a loyal customer to Rob's for 15 years.I can not say enough good about this place, Rob himself and his entire crew! They are honest, fair and reasonably priced!They are committed to keeping my 2010 Honda Accord on the road and safe to 300k!(my personal goal, not theirs).Thanks guys, you are the bestest!

Slow because of it being a small business. Someone got COVID and it was just the boss himself working. Took longer than expected by a few days, also had to walk to get gas because he thought it was empty. He didn't realize the gas tank wasn't reading because of the computer chip being blown, until he fixed it. I understood. Sucks after having the computer chip replaced, costing $20, the issue of it not starting was solved...however, now the radio doesn't work (and did prior to being fixed). He suggests it's another blown fuse. Whatever, I'll get to it eventually I guess. Decent place. Still highly recommend Vans Auto on 62, quickest, friendly, and has never screwed me over!

Very honest!! Repaired well and the price was extremely reasonable. Very nice and easy to talk to. Job completed a day early. Go there!

Rob is awesome!! Simply just called him today and he took time to answer some questions! Didn't even hesitate to help out. Amazing customer service and wasnt just trying to get a buck honest guys

Rob and crew are awesome guy! They've been working on mine and my family's cars for years. Unfortunately they can't do much with my old beat up Lexus. I have gone to Rob's a couple of times. It has always been reasonably priced and he's never tried to convince me to fix a bunch of unnecessary things. I will definitely go back.

At the last minute, I called Rob to check my car out, because it was wasn't driving properly due to the fact that Ken Ganley Kia in Medina put on new tires, but never did a "speed balance" like they claim they did way back in June of 2022. So on the spirt of the moment, he said he could take a look at it. Not only did he do that, but then everyone in shop was fixing the problem. Thank you guys so much for taking the time at the last minute to help me out. Very courteous and great attitudes. Would highly recommend and come back. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I have been here twice and find Rob to be honest and fair. He easily could have exaggerated a problem I had with my car but he didn't. I know that I will eventually have to have the part replaced but thanks to his honesty, I can wait a little longer. I will definitely go back when that time comes. Also, I like that Rob keeps his word and responds to messages and communicates throughout the repair, as needed. Wish I knew about him sooner!

Can't say enough good things about Rob and his men at Rob's Auto Services. Honest and very personable owner, fixes what needs fixed with no pressure or up-selling to do more work than may be needed, at very reasonable costs. Our son told us about him. Wish we would have started taking our cars there a long time ago!

My heater had gone out on my vehicle and Rob s correctly diagnosed my problem and promptly scheduled me in. They were able to replace my thermostat quickly and get me back on the road. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place, they have a really good rating and the guys are friendly but my experience has not been good at all. I brought my car (2014 Jetta) in for 2 things to have a headlight replaced and to figure out where my car was leaking coolant. When they changed out the headlamp they changed out the working one instead of the bad one so when I picked up my car (after hours) the bad headlamp was still out so I had to bring it back in the next day to have them change out the correct one (that should have been warning enough for me). Then they tell me my car needs a new "lower hose" for the leaking coolant issue so they order the hose and install it a couple days later. I had the car back for 2 days and it starts leaking coolant again so I bring it back, they supposedly fix it for a second time and I take it back home. A few more days go by and the same thing happens again so I have to bring it back a third time. This time he tells me that my radiator has a leak which they miraculously didn't see the first 2 times they had my car. Now they want an additional $550 on top of the $360 I already spent on an issue that didn't fix the problem. They may be good for smaller projects on older cars but don't waste your time for any significant job that needs done or else it will probably end up costing you way more in the long run. Lesson learned.

If you want excellent service at a fair price while being treated like family, Rob's Auto Service is the place to go. I wouldn't let any one else service my car. Thank you Rob and Simon...ya'll are great!

This would be 5 stars however I never actually been there. That being said I did call about an issue I was having and they were extremely helpful! I will definitely go here for any future problems.
