they are awesome! I have never had to take any of my rides in to be fixed as I am able to fix my own until I bought an Audi they are the Audi guys !!! love them

Eddy and his team at Hills & Dales Auto are absolutely fantastic!!! (THANKS AGAIN!!)Twice now, we ve had vehicle problems and had to drop our vehicle(s) off in the evening (using their key drop and provided envelopes). Both times, we have received a call in the next morning (with a fair estimate), THEN our vehicle has been ready later that SAME DAY!Upon completion, there were no surprises; the final bill has been EXACTLY what we were told in the morning. Our family can t thank Eddy and the crew at H&DA enough!From one family to another, if you re needing vehicle repairs in Stark County (Canton, OH), check them out! You won t be disappointed!!

They are very honest people!!! I didn't get my car fixed here because they were honest and couldn't get my car to act up again but atleast they were honest about it and he didn't even charge me for his time!! I will be back for other work when needed! We need more businesses like this!!!!!!!

What a great Experience! My driver was passing through Ohio with the brakes grinding on the truck and Marty got the truck in asap. He did the brakes and two tires and got the truck back on the road in no time. I recommend this place 10/10 If anyone is ever passing through Canton Ohio.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. They are honest to a T even if it means losing money for them. There are the only people I can completely trust with my car even if it cost a little more. The problem is always fixed right. I have never had to go back from their work, even tho they back it, and I have driven a lot of beaters. They are kind and caring and want the best for their customers. They take pride in their work and their customer service, and it shows. If only more companies were like this.

I recently had the experience of dealing with Joe and the crew at Hills N Dales Auto. All I can say is fantastic . I met with Joe on a Thursday and asked about getting my car in for some major service. I had checked with my local mechanic first and was told he couldn t get me in for 7 days. I was going to be out of town on Friday- Sunday and not in need of my car. Joe told me to have it at the shop on Monday at 7:00 am. I did. They shuttled me to work. When Kyle called me with the estimate he said they would try to have it done by closing time at 6:00, but if it wasn t they would give me a loaner to drive home - I live an hour away but work in Canton. At 5:00 he called and informed me the car was done, and he made arrangements for the shuttle to pick me up. Great customer service and workmanship. I needed an alignment completed on my 2005 silverado. Before I took it in I did my own inspection on my truck to ensure I wasn't in need of anything else because of the trucks age. Upper/lower a-arms, tie-rods, control arms, etc and greased all the fittings underneath the truck while I was there. The truck being an '05 has minimal rust on it, stored in the winter, always kept clean, and was a southern truck most of its life. I took it in and told them I only wanted an alignment, nothing else. After a while I received a call telling me that I needed a complete new front end suspension. I declined and reminded them that I was just there for an alignment. Later, they called back again and said they could not break the camber bolts loose and would have to cut them out. I asked them to please take it off the lift and park it outside. Took it home, put my wrench on all 4 camber bolts and wouldn't you know it, they all came out. Customer beware on this one, I took it in for a $110 alignment and it turned out they wanted to do $2000 worth of unnecessary work. I had high hopes for this garage since I heard they were reputable and they were close to home but then learned that was under the old management.

This was my first time visiting this location. I needed muffler work done on my Nissan versa (like always ) and they were quick to order the parts needed and fixed it up. They were kind enough to provide a pickup service for when it was completed as it was during the work day. Thanks so much!

The wife and I have been using this shop for years.We moved to Hanoverton Ohio and still use this shop honestly friendly people at Hills&Dales is one of the reasons we continue to use them. Never had any issues whatsoever with the work they do. Thks guys keep up the good work!

Pinion bearing in differential was making noise. I called quite a few shops. They either couldn t fix it or had a long waiting period to get to it. Hills and Dales Auto Repair solved my problem. They made the repairs in a timely fashion, and backed up their work with a guarantee. I was very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism.

Reliability and Quality, and Quality Service.Working with this shop is nothing short of reliable and quality. Not only in the assistance, but in the quality of work. Repairs can make you nervous, but I have never gotten nervous with these guys and shop. They are fair, honest and up front. And the sevice and communication from the shop is top notch. Let me tell you. These guys are awesome. Kyle squeezed me in and let me drop my car off even though they were super busy. He called me the next day with a full run down of everything my Mom's car needed and everything that could wait. He sugar-coated nothing and patiently explained the terms I didn't understand.After I told him I was pressed for time, he found locally -sourced parts and had Mom's ride ready in a SINGLE DAY instead of the 2-3 originally estimated. I'll be bringing my car back here for every single service from here on out.10/10 Highly recommend!

Shop quoted me on doing a maintenance on my vehicle dropped the car off night before thought everything was good then I got a call stating I dropped off a different car than what was quoted. I have a vw and they quoted for an 2011 ford and it would be much more expensive. Shop continued to blame me for the confusion. I took the day off work so I could pick the car up at a reasonable time. All I got was an employee with a terrible attitude and blamed for confusion that was clearly not my fault. Even when I arrived I didn t receive an apology or anything. Just here s your keys. Highly recommend to use any other shop if at all possibleService: Engine repair

I have taken many vehicles to Hills and Dales Auto over many years. They have been able to service all of them with efficient mechanics, quality parts at excellent prices and courteous staff. I like the fact that they have a shuttle or loaner cars available if work takes a long time. They are very knowledgeable and make the diagnosis of a problem with accuracy. As a woman, I especially like their willingness to explain issues and allow me to check out the parts and know what is being done. I appreciate the respect they show and their superb assistance with any work I have brought to them. I strongly recommend their business!

Don't you hate it when your vehicle doesn't start? That's the position I was in this morning. The towing company brought my truck here (cause it was the closest facility) and boy I'm impressed! The fixed me up in a jiffy and even ruled out a more costly repair! Highly recommend!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Overcharged for parts, over diagnosed, and upselling for unneeded parts. Had my alternator replaced, quoted $350 just for the part. AutoZone and A friend of mine who works in parts elsewhere both had cheaper parts, but Hills and Dales Autocare refused to use any cheaper parts because they're overcharging for parts. Overcharged by over $100. Most every other shop would use customer bought parts but they refused. They also tried upselling for a part that I didn't need. They also added a surcharge because my car was difficult to work on. Not a good experience and would not recommend for people on a budget. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for car repairs.Service: Electrical repair

The original estimate they gave me over the phone for a brake job was $200 less than my dealership. Once they took a look at my car the estimate jumped to more than $300 MORE than my dealership. They also tried to add on things like windshield wipers which clearly aren't part of the braking system. I won't be going back. The only up side of the experience was the friendliness of the staff.

It's difficult to find a business who does what they say, say what they do and behave ethically. Been w/ Hills & Dales Auto Care for 2 appointments and my expectations have twice been exceeded. I paid what they quoted, what happened is what they told me would happen and I got my vehicle back when they said I'd get it back. I moved to the area 4 years ago, so comforting I now have a garage I can trust. Last visit they accidentally damaged a tire moving the vehicle, I'm a bit of a tire snob and was elated they replaced my tire with the exact same make & model. Stacks of thanks for doing good business!

Great care for both autos and clients. After shopping, my car wouldn't start. Called Hills & Dales and within a few minutes, someone was there and started my car. Instead of having me wait in their very nice lobby, he transferred my groceries to their van, took me home and carried my things in for me. Within a couple of hours, I had been called with a diagnosis, the car was fixed and back home again.My husband used their service for years and so do I. Highly recommended. Marty, you and your crew are great!

Marty the owner is super and Marty the manager is also great. Just an oil change this time, but I've used H&D for many years. They never try to sell you things you don't need and warm you about items that need attention. They do a thorough check on every vehicle and give you a full rundown on it. Wouldn't think of taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Took my car to Chevy progressive dealership to get my 2015 equinox fixed they told me it would be $2800 called these guys and they promised me they could do it cheaper and it costed me $1048 Quick service very nice guys they took great care of me. I absolutely trust the guys at Hills & Dales auto. They keep my car in great condition without recommending unneeded repairs. A couple of times they told me what the manufacturer recommended and then volunteered what most of them would do, cutting out nonessentials. As a woman who admittedly does not know much about cars, I greatly appreciate that I can trust them.
