I recently purchased a vehicle in March 2024 from the Haus Auto Group. What an exceptional experience! Frank, my sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable! He was honest and "up front" with all of my questions and concerns. From my initial phone call to vehicle delivery was only a few days. Our salesman, Mike was amazing. My wife and I test drove a couple of vehicles. He was patient with us. Did not put any pressure on us at all. We actually enjoyed our experience with this group! Even briefly spoke with the owner, it was a pleasant interaction. Over all, we found them to be honest and a pleasure to deal with. This was great as we had quite a few negative experiences with other car lots in the past few weeks of us searching for a newer vehicle. We feel we found a good deal with them and purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse.

I live in Virginia and wanted to buy my 74 year old mom a car who lives in Youngstown, Oh. Blake told me exactly what I needed to do and kept me informed along the way even providing me his work schedule and cell number. He made the purchase flawless and mom is happy. I got a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder truck. Blake sent me all the photos and Carfax. Car runs great and the one issue we had, he made sure it was checked by the mechanic before mom departed. She even got some free oil changes out of the deal. I couldn't be happier.

I don t know where to start. The wonderful people that work at Haus Auto Group are by far amazing. They are patient with you, they listen and really help fit your needs! When i first got my car I was a little concerned that they will just try to give us anything and not really help us out but thankfully that was definitely not the case and actually got helped and worked with me and my husband on our down payment! . We thought we weren t going to be going back anymore but the service department is a great place to take your car a little sad that JP is no longer with them as he was the best and always made us feel like we belong I hope he returns as it just don t feel the same no more with the new people they have we almost consider not going back but thanks to Frank crone for assuring me that they will still remain the same and I hope they do. As he always welcomes us and make us feel comfortable.

We sold one of our cars to Haus Auto Group and it was a easy, quick and clean transaction. Michael Santangelo was great to work with and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Their offer was very fair and we look forward to working with Mike and the Haus Auto Group again...

They seemed ok at first but after I look at the car I noticed water on the passenger side front and back floor and they told me it was just washed and cleaned. When I got it home I vacuumed up over 2 and a half gallons of dirty water from it and called the store and told them that the water neck had a leak in it not even 3 hours after I bought it. I was hoping after that they would say bring it back in and we would fix it, but their solution was we will send you $100 check to buy a water pump for it and you can fix it yourself. First off the water pump was fine it was the water neck that was leaking. There was no antifreeze and barely any water in it at all. So ya they got me. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from their lot. They are not honest people and will basically tell you to screw off after you purchase a vehicle from them.

My daughter was looking for a car and Frank Crone helped us to make a well informed purchase without making us feel pressured at all. He made buying a new car a fun experience rather than stressful. This is a very professional, independently owned automobile sales and service company I have visited them on numerous occasions and have always been very happy with their knowledge, experience, honesty and integrity.Their service work is very efficient and the turnaround time on the work that I ve needed was the fastest I ve ever experienced. Although I have no direct knowledge, I suspect that they must employ top-notch automotive mechanics.And their pricing is very reasonable. I honestly can t give the Haus group more praise for the service that they have provided me.

Found myself in a bad situation with a blown tire about 2 hours away from home. JP and the guys at Haus went above and beyond to find the right size tire locally, brought it there and installed it very quickly to get me back on the road. Could not have been more helpful and the pricing was extremely fair. Someone get JP an ice-cold beer pronto!

First off Chris the dad and Frank are my guys over the 20 plus yrs i been dealing with this dealership has always treated me fair but there service dept just cause thm to lose a great customer!! Service department is horrible and shady heater core went bad in my work truck tht i bought from haus brought it to thm they claimed they fixed it only had heat for a month or so tht was about a yr and a half ago i brought the truck back several time to fix the problem over this past yr and a half they everytime they claim it was other things ok no problem i just want some heat paid for it still no heat now telling me the warranty is up and iam gonna have to come outta pocket the service guy even said i see u brought it back several times about the same problem i said exactly tht tells u right there tht it was never fix to begin with so after spending almost 3 grand still dont have no heat and these guys expecting me to pay for something tht was never done from the get go!!! thank ur sevice department they just cause yall to lose a loyal customer!!!!

I bought a truck from them, I would like to mention Blake. He helped me through the whole process. Super awesome to work with. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I love my truck and happy with how I was treated. Next vehicle purchase I will be returning without a doubt. They are far from me, but 100 percent worth the drive. Thanks blake and haus auto group. I called in just before getting on a plane back to Ohio, Frank answered and gave me the info l needed on a truck I seen on their website.Went and looked at the truck the next day, we agreed on everything, got the money needed and walked away owning a new truck.I have bought around 40 vehicles in my life but this dealership was the easiest to work with ever, thank you everyone for having a great attitude and making the buying process quick and easy.

First I am stunned that you can actually have a POSITIVE car buying experience. The last two experiences at Bowser Subaru and South Hills Subaru were nothing short of hideous. Frank Crone was my initial contact at Haus and followed through with the sale and delivery. We were in and out with financing and purchase in about an hour. These seem like genuine good people. Well worth the 90 min drive from Pittsburgh. Highly recommend. Just sorry it took me all these years to find them!

Recently purchased a 2000 Corvette, it had to be the smoothest purchase in my car buying life from the Salesman Blake to the Finance guy Dom. Test drive/paperwork signed/car gassed and washed and I was headed home on cloud 9!!!! Thanks Fellas

If you want to have the best car buying experience of your life come to Haus auto group. I was searching the market for a new SUV and Haus auto group came up and boy am I glad I went to them. I had the pleasure of having Frank as my salesman he was very knowledgeable not pushy like a lot of salesman you come across today. He made me feel like I was part of the Haus auto group family from the moment I walked thru the door. And dom was also fantastic as well very fast with all the loan side of things they got me my number I wanted to pay as well they work with you not against you. I will be back in the future if I ever need another vehicle they have a repeat customer for life now.

This was truly the best car buying experience of my life! Everyone was so nice and willing to go the extra mile to insure i had fast service! I live in Cleveland and they was willing to pick me up to get my car! They have called, emailed and text me several times to see how things were with my car! I highly recommend haus auto for your next car buying experience! When I'm ready for a new car I'll definitely go back.I have now purchased my 2nd used car from Haus Auto, I now live in lake county and drove almost 2 hours for their awesome car buying process and it was still quick and easy and the car's are worth the money they stand by their car's and so far my second used car is driving great, I highly recommend anyone looking to give them a trying Jo was great and very Profesional.
