Great experience getting an oil change , the mechanic noticed an issue with the rear breaks and recommended fixing the problem before it became unsafe . This was comforting because it is my son s car and he said nothing about the issue. They also looked over the car and noticed a few issues that should be addressed in the future. The attention to detail and no pressure sales practice was very comforting for a customer. Harlan s will be around along time the way they treat their customers.. Great job !!

First time trying Harlan's Auto Care after a Family Member told me about how satisfied they were with their experience with them.I was not disappointed with the service. Greeted when I arrived and shown to their very well maintained and comfortable waiting area. I was offered something to drink and asked if I needed a ride somewhere or if I would be waiting.I was surprised at the reasonable cost for an oil change and tire rotation.I will definitely be going back.

Phil and everyone at the shop could not have been more accommodating to us and our situation. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I'm sure any repair would have ever done. Although ultimately we couldn't complete the repairs through no fault of their own, I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to them in the future. Definitely a trustworthy establishment and my thanks and gratitude are theirs!!!

Great communication and pricing on my oil change and tire rotation. Always very pleasant and they get me in quickly. They even gave a cookie as a thank you! Very nice gesture!I will continue to bring my car here!

Very welcoming and friendly to work with, gave us updates and where knowledgeable about the problem. Quick efficient , understood my timely schedule and worked with me to get my car in and out! Understood our price range expectation and did not push to do other things that did not need done at that time.

Wonderful service! Phil did an excellent job thoroughly explaining all the issues going on with my SUV. He kept me updated, and the work got done fast. My car drives great now. I ll never go anywhere else.

They did one of the most complicated repairs, they replaced my motor! They did everything from finding me the right motor with a warranty, to removing the old engine and installing the new one. It has been running perfect! they are extremely professional and courteous! if you're looking for quality work and ease of mind these are the people to go to!! Outstanding!!

I appreciated the folks here at Harlan Auto. They took there time on my car and didn't rush through fixing it. I have a 2012 Chevy impala and I couldn't find a decent place who didn't mind the age of my car. I will be returning for the other recommended work.Thank you!

I recently visited Harlan Auto Care for an oil change and tire rotation, and I must say that I was highly disappointed with the service I received. Firstly, I needed a new oil plug, and to my surprise, they never notified me or asked if I would like to replace it until I looked at the invoice that was sent to me. This lack of communication was quite concerning as it is essential for a service provider to keep their customers informed about any necessary repairs or replacements.Additionally, after getting a tire rotation, I woke up the next morning to find that my tire pressure was low. It became evident that they had not filled my tires with air after the rotation, which is a basic step that should have been taken during the service.Overall, this experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and it is unlikely that I will be returning to Harlan Auto Care in the future.

Harlan s Auto Care in Canfield, OH is a 5 * auto repair shop.Communication about services needed and what it will cost, 5*Professionalism, 5*Friendly and Courteous, 5*Cleanliness of shop and waiting areas, 5* (It s literally spotless!)Willingness to recheck an issue, 5*Eagerness to accommodate a customer s schedule, 5*Payment options, 5*-Did I mention they left a thank you cookie in my car after a large service I hired them to perform?If you have any automotive repair needs, this is the place to go. They are top-notch.

Dropped my truck off for front suspension repairs a couple weeks ago. I've since had a chance to put miles on it and it drives great. The repairs took longer than anticipated but the truck drives better than expected. Staff was very communicative regarding the issues and delays. Great experience! Very professional, honest, the only shop who would work on timing chain in area. My daughter's vehicle was not worth fixing, my husband was out of town. Harlans let me keep the vehicle there until my husband got home to have it towed.We will most definitely use Harlans Again in the future!

They did an oil change and full vehicle inspection on my 2007 Chrysler Crossfire. They re convenient, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Harlan s completed a transmission flush, transfer case and coolant flush. Nothing but positive things to say. They were able to accommodate my schedule change. Provided rides to/from my work vehicle. They charged me less than the quote due to using less transmission fluid than originally estimated. They have a good honest team working at Harlan s. Have had Harlan do my auto repairs now for my last 5 repairs. Price is about 1/2 to 2/3 the cost of the dealership. No issues with their work...never had to bring the car back in. Fixed right the first time. Phil (service manager) more than accommodated my needs. I also love that they have a shuttle service. My wife isn't always around to come pick me up or drop me off. First time customer review:Awesome service! I got a very detailed explanation of what was going on with my car from Phil the advisor. The price wasn t outrageous either. The waiting room is nice and they do have refreshments. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. As a computer technician, I appreciated how everything was explained in a way I could understand. They don t throw terminology at you and I didn t leave feeling confused about my car issues. Once again, I will give Harlan's a very positive review. It's difficult to find anybody that is willing to work on LandRovers but Harlan's will and they manage to fix the problems that I've had with the car. And they're nice, too.

If you own a car, you should be a Harlan's customer! This business is a rare combination of skill, honesty,integrity and customer service! I have been a customer for several years. I've had both of my vehicles here at some point and I've never had issues like I've had at other shops. Staff is very friendly and will sit down and explain everything they did for you. Whether you need new breaks or performance upgrades, this is the place to go.
