I had an issue trying to place an order online so I called. The service over the phone was top notch. I made my purchase and very soon afterwards I had my tracking info in my inbox. Parts arrived 2 days later. The price through Fairway Ford was the best I found. I have found my new source for OEM parts. I highly recommend them.

Shipped out my 2023 Ford F250 Front hood shield with no packing inside the box, no stickers on outside describing FRAGILE. Emailed the team and they cant help me. Said I waited to long to contact them. I am a business owner with multiple obligations. I did not meet the timeline. The feedback is not in request for the money, it is so that consumers and the business to understand the liability when shipping items without proper concern. I will not be purchasing from this online store again.

Awesome place and prompt response. If you are not local, they will redeem Ford Pass rewards through email and ship your item next day. Prices are also better than Ford's website. I will be coming back.

The Timely And Professional Manner At Which They Handled The Transaction Was Top Notch And Greatly Appreciated Coming From A Business Owner.
