Nothing but professionals at this dealership! I am out of state so buying a car can be very tricky. Randy went completely above and beyond. He sent the carfax report immediately along with several photos and videos of the car in and out. He was very transparent with the service and any issues that had been addressed with the car. I would highly recommend Armando's for your next car purchase.

Had car towed there 3 months ago called week later to get update guy told me he s waiting for tech to have look at it and he would give me call back after never received a called so I decided to stop by and told him my car has been here for a month what s going on(some guy with beard)he replied after seeing you I know why I didn t look at it and get the hell out of my shop and get your car off my lotI then called authorities that I want my car (he told police that I didn t give home any contact information and I just had towed up there without any info. Very unprofessional had my vehicle for 3 months

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Salesman -Alan Bott- knowingly gave me a clean carfax report (from another car on their lot) for a car that had a significant accident in the past. Contacted attorney, dealership refused to make it right. If i would have pursued case i would have broken even at best. Ended up taking about $6200 loss.

I drove my Audi to Armandos as they were just opening and Randy addressed my concerns immediately. My car was given a thorough diagnostics work-up and was fixed in a timely manner. Great customer service and affordable car repair. I will definitely return without hesitation for any future service needs on my car. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Armando's. Their assessment of the repairs needed on my 2011 BMW were clearly presented and itemized.The service manager explained the timeline to complete the repairs, and was able to finish a couple days ahead of time based partially on the availability of the needed parts.I had the same repairs assessed at the dealership, as well as a franchise-based repair shop, and in this instance, Armando's quote was significantly less than both others. Their many years of experience working on European cars in the Mahoning Valley made my decision that much easier.

I have had cause to be there several times over the last year or so and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Randy in particular has been a huge help. Reasonable prices and realistic advice and help. Great service dept. From buying a car to getting advice on troubleshooting my favorite old Saab. 100% recommended!

My family has been using Armando's for years to service our VW, Audi, and BMW cars. Randy is their service manager and has always taken great care of me. Mike did a custom project on my X5 with a stage 2.5 tune and he worked hard for more than a week to do an incredible job on my truck! I honestly can't recommend this place enough!!!

I have a 2007 Saab 9-3 Convertible that is pampered better than most people's pets. It has only seen snow once in its lifetime and has lived its entire life in a climate-controlled garage. When I had a little issue with an ignition module in 2017 finding an experienced Saab service technician near where I live in the hills of Southeastern Ohio proved to be an insurmountable task. An old motorhead connection of mine from the Youngstown area suggested Armando's. It proved to be a great recommendation! Now I happily and willingly drive 150 miles at least once a year for general maintenance! It's just a shame this review is limited to five stars!

Awesome Service!!!! Great Staff! Very helpful and informative! Don't waste your time and money taking your Exotic to some average car garage... Never again.. Armondo's has the expertise you expect with pricing that is more than fair. Will return for all my service needs! Randy at the service desk will get you setup... Just drop them a line.

I had my car towed to Armandos on May 26, 2022.I called daily for updates, I was told each time thatThey would get to it that day. On June 1st 7 daysLater, Randy the owner, told me "I was kinda tooAntsy and to have my car towed out of there whichI did. After 7 days of rental car expenses I had it towed to Haus Auto. They called the followingMorning to say my car was repaired and readyFor pickup. This was absolutely the worst serviceConceivable. I only gave one star because ICouldn't post without choosing one. The do not deserve even one star.

Service department is very friendly and helpful. I have brought my BMW there a few times and they do just as good of work as the dealership and are way more affordable. If you have an import car, I would recommend taking it to Armondo's before taking it to a regular mechanic who may not know your car well enough to work on it.

My local Mercedes dealership was closed and I went in to inquire about an oil change. Not only were they less expensive than the dealership but Mike and Randy were so professional and very knowledgeable about German cars. They earned a customer for life. Thank you so much.

I just want to be completely honest with my review. I called to inquire about a Ford Escape and Randy was very nice on the phone. He mentioned there was a rust spot on one side, which he specifically asked to not be photographed for the listing. He also said that would probably be a deal breaker, but told me he'd fix it if that was the case. Even if I didn't think it was a deal breaker, he claimed he would in fact "fix it anyway". Ok, awesome. I put down a deposit to hold the car for 1 wk. Randy said he'd put a "hold" sign on the car right then. This was during the week of Christmas, therefore I could not show up right away, but it would definitely be held for me for 1 wk. In that week I received 2 phone calls pushing me to show up earlier because others were interested. I didn't end up buying that car so I was a little bothered by the way things transpired. I drove 4.5 hrs to Armando's the day after Christmas and the first thing I see on this car is a big rust spot (the exact one Randy claimed he would fix!). To make things worse, I went to the other side of the car and there was another BIGGER rust spot. That's the spot he told me about. Randy comes out and has dropped all his manners. Unfriendly. Rude even. I ask why the rust spot wasn't fixed and he says "well a girl is interested in this car and she doesn't care about the rust spot" even though earlier in the week he claimed he would "fix it anyway". He figured, why fix it when someone else didn't bring it up since that deal was ONLY between him and I. He DID keep the deal we made and I respect and appreciate that, however when I asked Randy about the rust spot on the other side he responded, "I've never seen that until you pointed it out". I'm not exaggerating when I say that's the first thing I saw when I drove up to the lot. I also implemented a $100 coupon from Armando's website. Randy was annoyed that I used it and told me he took it off the website because he didn't realize it was even up. "Hell no" were his exact words to me when I asked about offering it to others, although he did honor it for me. I spent about an hr at Armando's looking over the car and it was COVERED in rust. The entire time I inspected the car Randy hovered around me listening to my discussions with my travel partners..staying silent, and following us everywhere. This was incredibly uncomfortable. Needless to say we did not end up purchasing the car. So very disappointing to be misled into thinking the only defect on this vehicle was 1 rust spot that Randy was going to fix regardless, which ended up being a lie. I have to say Randy kept his deals with me, which is the only reason I give 2 stars, but he was ecstatic that I didn't buy the car so he could squeeze more money out of someone else. The epitome of a trashy typical used car salesman, and I would think THREE times before choosing this dealership.

Randy service mgr.Courteous informational and expedite. Up front true to word pricing helpful. I was not introduced to service person who performed service on my car, would make suggestion I think I should have/would like to meet person.

I really can't say enough about Armandos. I have owned a Saab since 2008 and recently decided to purchase another Saab because I know that the service department at Armandos is superior to any other service center in the area. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. I feel confident that I am receiving the highest level of service when I take my car to Armandos.

Charged $500 for a battery. They said that was why my vehicle was warning me for low battery. After they ripped me off, and supposedly put a new battery in. My car still said low battery when I turned off my vehicle. They also supposedly troubleshooted and told me I needed to repair or replace the supercharger on my Range Rover, well they where wrong. Come to find out nothing at all was wrong with it a $200 camshaft sensor fixed the issue.

I am traveling from out of state with my 2016 Porsche Boxster GTS and needed new tires and brake pads. I contacted several Porsche dealers from here to Rochester NY and none could help me. When I called Randy Spano last Monday from Niagara Falls, he immediately put my mind at ease. We arranged to order tires and pads and I drove down Wednesday and they installed everything beautifully.While they worked I enjoyed meeting Armando himself, Randy's father, and looking over some antique sports cars he is restoring.In short order, we were underway, our planned weekend on track at Mid Ohio saved by the wonderful folks at Amando's.Thanks, Armando, Randy and crew.

Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices $500 to do a complete brake job and that s including genuine Saab parts and labor! Don t waste money going somewhere else for your Saab!

Won't be going back! Took my car in to have wheel locks removed-simple four turns of a wrench and done; $40.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for a minutes work! Manager said :price of business". I say ripoff.
