Drove 2 hours to visit the dealership on a Saturday to look at a Jeep. Website as well as the sign on the door said they were open 9a-3p. We were there at 11. Nobody around. Called two numbers with no answer. Left a message and never got a call back.Had cash in hand and was ready to purchase but wasted a trip instead. Not a great way to run a business.

Dustin is a scam artist. He messaged me about a car I was selling and convinced me to hold it for 2 days. Then asked me if I'd take his business check. I told him no thanks. Cash only. Then wouldn't respond. I could have sold this car 4 times waiting on this guy. His word means NOTHING!

Over a period of the last 40 years I Purchased 11 used cars. This is the most honest person I ve ever purchased a used car from. Offered a great deal right off the bat, bent over backwards, provided great communication and service. You cannot go wrong here!

Contacted Dustin about the 68 Chevelle (burgundy color). He is nice over the phone. I let him know I am interested in purchasing the vehicle and to send me more photos, it took him a week before he can send me more photos and I kept on following up with him. It was interesting because he is the one who is selling the car but I feel as if he did not care for the sale and I was the one trying to get the deal closed.A couple of weeks have passed because I requested for more photos and detail on the car and his response was slow. By the time I got the info I was looking for I told him I would like to move forward and I will be sending a mechanic over to look at the entire car and to test drive it, I asked Dustin if he is sure the car is ready and is in good condition as he told me he kept it stored at his house (garaged) to protect it from the weather. He said yes it is good. I told him that I am paying $350.00 to have it inspected so please make sure its ready to go. He said the car is good. So when I asked Dustin for the address to where this will be inspected, I assumed it would be at his house, but he gave me the address to his dealership. I was confused, I said is this your home address or the dealership, he said its at the dealership now. So I scheduled the mechanic to go down to take a look, he reported back the car was fine but....after 1 minute of starting the car AT THE SELLERS HOME not at the dealership as I was told by Dustin, the oil started to leak so therefore he could not test drive it or bring it to the sellers dealership where he was suppose to have it hoisted up to view the undercarriage of the vehicle. I was disappointed and called Dustin and told him what was found in the inspection and that I wasted 350 dollars. He apologized and told me he would get it fixed right away and take pictures and video of it running for me, the way he apologized was so relaxed as if it was not a big deal. I knew if that were ME and I was in his shoes, I would have been more empathetic and told the buyer that I would pay out of pocket for the next inspection and get the car fixed right away to close the sale. This was almost a month ago.....still have not heard from him. Im not sure why he is relaxed and not forth coming about selling his vehicle and providing the information that is needed to sell the car but I was highly disappointed and have moved on. Maybe he's good at selling regular cars, but to sell classics such as the Chevelle, he needs to provide more information and follow up with his customers or else things like this can happen. Please be warned.

I highly recommend shopping at Stephen Motor Sales for your next vehicle purchase- we have purchased 3 vehicles from Dustin and we have had no problems- he is very honest and will not steer you wrong- looking to buy another car from him for my 16 year old son. Highly recommend Stephen Motor Sales

Just got a car here today. 2 hour drive home to pgh pa, no problems car ran great. Dealer was awesome also. Highly recommend.

Went to look at a car and it had issues salesman said they had just started their business I hope it works out for them but we elected not to buy the car
