Bad business practice. Couldn t do a simple tire rotation and balance due to vehicle not being there before they opened. Told me I have to reschedule. Kicker is I called a week before and scheduled the appointment and they never gave a time just said drop it off and never said when. I d give zero starts if I was able.

One of the best priced places for auto service! If tires need to be ordered, they come as soon as next day, and at most two days depending on the supplier. Customer service is fantastic!

Well we had a wheel bearing put on the back driver's side wheel on our Explorer on March 28th. We had the part, paid them over $200 for them to put it on. We had hardly drove it since then. Last night on that same wheel all 4 studs and lug nuts broke off. We was stranded from about 10:30 last night til 7:30 this morning with no one to help. So my husband goes to their house, we thought maybe they would help since this was their fault. They say we aren't responsible. Yes they are. Not to mention we had our 2 kids with us and lost our cold groceries we had. It wasnt cold enough for them to keep. We sat with our vehicle in the middle of the rd from that long of time. Family Tire needs to do their job and make this right with us. That was ridiculous being stranded with our kids and losing our cold groceries we had. I also left them a message at the business, they didnt bother to return my call.

We can't recommend this business enough. The staff and owner we met were warm and friendly, and the service was top notch. Its worth the drive to know honest, caring people are there to help.

Traveling from South Carolina to Ohio to take my husband ashes for celebration of life and I was trailering his boat I had a blowout. I changed the tire myself it was not a very good spare so I Googled where to go told me Family Tire Center next exit up the road. I pulled off the road in front of the place told them what I was doing that I had to get back on the road as fast as possible, I wanted three tires but the only had 2 in stock no big deal they came out they jacked up the boat trailer took the spare off that I had put on did the other Tire because it was dry rotted on the other side of the boat. And they did this all Within 30 minutes and had me back on the road heading home to take my husband's ashes. These are down-home people that care about other people. So if you ever break down and you're close to the Family Tire Center they will do you right!

Got ball joints put on few days ago and the lug nuts and studs broke off the very next day

I ve had a pretty bad run of luck with vehicles working out in this area. Family Tire has always been available and pulled through with getting my vehicle up and running again.
