If you've ever been to the DMV, throw away those horrible memories and step into the dream spot that has little to no wait and fast and friendly service for a government agency. My brother said it'd be 15 minutes to get my registration. From walking in to walking out it was 2 minutes flat. Definitely a positive experience

Great people to work with. I came in 3 minutes before closing and the girls took perfect care of me without a single dirty look or deep sigh. That I know of anyway.

I have lived and needed services from 4 counties in Ohio, since Caldwell's has moved to the Roxy it's much easier to get to and the ladies inside were awesome!

I was treated very rudely and was unable to get any help at all. The Caldwell DMV is a joke I suggest you go elsewhere, they ll just make things worse.

Everything inside was great. The staff was friendly and well informed. The parking, if handicapped is atrocious.
