First INTERIOR ONLY detailing I've ever had done and probably the last. For $135, the door arm rests, and middle console weren't "cleaned" just a thick mess of Armor All. Front of the gear shift wasnt touched. Floors were suppose to be scrubbed but looked like a really good vacuum job. Beating the mats produced a plethora of dust. Seats weren't touched including vacuuming in the front seat bend. Bottom of back rest adjuster of seat wasn't cleaned All dirty surfaces including seats came clean with 409 and a cloth. I spent an hour finishing what I thought I paid for including wiping off dripping Armor All. FIY, that stuff isn't a wet-it and forget-it kind of product. Detailing is paying attention to detail. 2 stars for really missing the mark.

I called on 4 separate occasions, left messages, wanting to get a interior detailing on my car. Got no callbacks no information.

I have used John's Auto Detailing in the past for window tinting and basic car wash and sweep with satisfaction. So when i had paint on my car and needed a full car detail i went to them. They completely removed the paint spray that got on my car and fully detailed it in and out. When I got my car back after completion it was better than showroom clean. Absolutely the nicest the car has ever looked (2019 RAV4). Great staff, very friendly, caring, and timely. I fully recommend John's Auto Detailing. I brought my 2008 Chevy Cobalt in to get detailed, and did it need it! I had not done a deep clean on my car in the better part of 3 years owning it. The Detailers out at John's got into every nook, cranny, and crevice! The interior looked newer than when I bought the vehicle. I will be back!

I had two of my vehicles window tinted here and the work was very well done-- I have zero complaints about that. John's would have received a 5 star rating if it were not for the fact that they do not accept credit cards. Not only do they not accept credit cards for payment, but when the guy told me cash or check and I showed up with cash they didn't have any change! Furthermore, they did not tell me this when I scheduled the appointment or dropped the vehicles off. Its 2016! Do we still have to ask if places take plastic? In Holmes County, I suppose that answer is yes. Ridiculous!

Someone named " Bryce " helped my husband and I when we stopped to look at a truck that John' s Auto was selling. Bryce was pleasant and helpful.

About four years ago I got them to detail my one truck. Wasn't to happy with deep swirl marks there buffer left in the finish. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt any gave them another shot with another truck four years later. Well shame on me I guess because the results were the same. And the windshield is so streaky I'm going to have to clean that myself again. I won't use them again

Bought a vehicle from them in good faith on 07/28/2016. On 07/30/2016 it had to be towed to a shop needing over $3,000 in repairs. Seller said would try to help out but when informed of the problems and cost, has never responded back. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and Ohio Atty. General's Office.

Purchased a $7500.00 Jeep in January 2019, JUNK!!! They had to fix the heat...no, never worked. I had to take to a mechanic. The sunroom leaks and of course the AIR CONDITIONING does not work!!! Add to that, the check engine light comes on and it s only April!!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle there, buyer beware.

John's is the ONLY place i will let detail my truck! I brought in my 2010 Chevy Silverado and this truck was dirty!! There were stains in my carpet, probably a dog or two's worth of fur and the dash was coated with grime! I did not recognize the old things when i got it back, they gave it a new breath at life.

Just bought an impala off of johns auto,so far it's been a super nice car and I couldnt be happier with it! John worked with me and made the whole experience way less stressful than I thought itd be,would definitely recommend

Really happy with the job that was done on my Silverado, it was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and I am beyond satisfied with how my truck turned out,this thing look better than when I first bought it! Very happy and will be back!

I had my "mom car" detailed after a snow. My car looks and smells brand new. This guy performs odometer fraud. Do not buy a GMC Sierra Duramax from this guy has 400k miles on it, not less than 200k
