I had a good experience with this location when I had my tires replaced a few months ago, so I gladly returned when my wife s car needed brake service. Unfortunately my second visit was a less-than-positive experience. While it was there getting brake work done, I asked them to replace the filters and give it an oil change. When we got the car back, it started spewing smoke from the exhaust, lurching like it was going to stall, and the check engine light came on (this had never happened before with this vehicle). Conrads towed it back on their own dime and determined they had overfilled it with oil. We needed to pick up the car after hours, so James said he would leave the keys somewhere so we could do so, but the key was nowhere to be found. We had to turn around and go home, leaving our car unlocked in that parking lot overnight. A day or day-and-a-half job left us without our car for four days. I d suggest taking your business someplace where the employees pay better attention and are more responsible.

Never go here! My car was in the possession of Berea Conrad s for a week and a half and it was returned to me with my gray interior completely covered in mud. This is a brand new car that was bought a little over a year ago that I always took pride in keeping clean! When I went back to Conrad s to settle this issue they basically played dumb, acted like there s nothing they could possibly do and wouldn t even take responsibility. Disgusting people there. Use a different location if you care about the interior of your car.

I took my car in to get new tires on a Saturday and they said they will be done before they close. They said they will call me before they close to pay for the tires. I only received calls from them trying to sell me services. they never called me before they closed. due to my job requirements I had to go see if my call was in the parking lot. It was so I was able to get my call. I called them when they opened to pay for my tires. I went at the end of the day to get my key back and the receipt says at the bottom if you are not 100% satisfied call the store leader. So I called he said the guy was no longer there and he's sorry. Never going back to Conrad's again.

I called this morning and spoke with Carl Kennedy at the Berea location. He was able to get my snow tires in today and installed on my car this afternoon. Very courteous and professional. I can feel safe for my trip back to Canada

I took it there for a tune up cause the code said tune up. They said it said O2 sensor. So they replaced that. I get car back check engine light came back on, started flashing which its never done before started bucking and I almost broke down miles away from my house. It's worse now than when I took it in. It cost me aroung $450 for it to be worse than when I brought it in. Also they told me I have a 4 cyl when I have a 6 cyl. I think they put the wrong O2 sensor in my car and now Im having major problems. Also most places usually dont charge you for a diagnostic if you get a rapair done and Conrads did charge me over $100 for it.

I was recommended to Conrad s by a friend and they were just as great as I was told! I was given the run around by other shops, but the team at Conrad s were precise, kind, and clear on what I needed and the best way to go about it! I also really appreciated the video overview of the inspection and the follow-up call I received.

It took them 6 hours to even look at my car. Said they would call me to update on time and estimate. Never once did they call. I had to reach out every two hours to get any response. Overpriced trash mechanics.

In summer '22 I brought my car in for a full exhaust replacement. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed a rattling sound from the new muffler. It took me FOUR times returning for them to cut a little piece of metal coming from the muffler that was touching my rear spring. The mechanic told me - "it wasn't touching your suspension". When I asked about cutting the part that was touching the suspension, he said that they indeed cut that part. Blatant lying. He then proceeded to tell me the noise (even though it was now gone) was actually from a bad rear shock that would be $600 to replace. I took the car in to 3 other shops, they all said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the shocks. Shortly after the repair the exhaust started making rattling noises from the middle and front of the car. Today I found out that a leak has started already. This entire job was a disaster and cost me almost $2k.The mechanics at this location are amateur, disrespectful thieves. Other reviews also show their clear lack of mechanical training is putting people in danger. As unprofessional as it gets.

Joe at Conrad's is the best of the best. Berea Conrad's is awesome, but I've had not the best of luck with my car in the last few months and Conrad's, specifically Joe has been nothing short of fantastic about communication and "dummying down" car talk for me to understand and helping me every step of the way. I will forever trust Joe here and keep bringing him business. Thank you Joe! You deserve the biggest raise and shoutout possible!!!

Terrible experience! Couldn t get my tire size delivered that day which I understood. Then same problem next day eventually just had them put spare on for me then drove to NTB only to see they didn t put my rim back in car! Had to drive back to get it. Just very unprofessional & everyone seemed in a rush.

TPMS light was on when I picked up all 4 tires needed air none were at vehicle spec psi. Requested they check a Conrad's purchased tire that needs air every week that wasn't done.

I made an appointment at 10am for drop off. 45 minutes later I get a really cool text with a link to a video of the person doing my inspection. So far, so good. I call within 5 minutes to discuss my next steps. The person that answers the phone says he'll call me right back. That call took 5 hours to happen. I made an appointment so I could get priority. That is poor service.Returned today 8/17. They fixed a puncture and it was covered. I was glad about that. Would have changed the rating if they had offered to put the tire back on the car for me and not forgotten to put my valve stem cover back on. They come close and then fall short on the little things that mean good customer service.

The zipped stripped my entire brake lines front to back. And didn't have the common courtesy to clip the extra strap off. I had to do it myself so it didn't look like garbage. They clipped the old brake line just above my front axle and left it dangling, so when I turned it raked across the axle, making god-awful noise. My speedometer was tripped only leading to suspicion. The entire process took 4 days. I was offered a loaner car in the meantime. On the positive, service manager Eric was very helpful and kept me informed the entire time.

Needed a tire fixed and they promptly got it done. Friendly even though they were obviously very busy. Price was reasonable. They took a video while the tire was off to explain cause and gave a quick inspection of exposed brakes and suspension that was a surprise and welcome service.

This location is absolute trash. I dropped off my car for an 8am appointment I made a week earlier. It was supposed to be ready by 2pm. When I called at 2pm, it wasn't even on a lift yet. At 4pm they told me my brakes were DANGEROUSLY worn. At 5pm they told me they couldn't get it done today or tomorrow. And they wanted me to drive my car home and back another day on the DANGEROUS brakes. They never called me to let me know there was an issue. I had to call them back repeatedly. Even when they said "we'll call you back in 5 minutes with the estimate", I had to call back and track down the children that work here. Unacceptable.

Don t go here, it s not worth it. You can get the same service for a lot cheaper from standalone shops. Also the guy working the front desk was nice, but I don t appreciate how to actual mechanic spoke to me. If you re a mechanic and going to be interacting with actual customers, then work on your customer service skills, especially when the customers are paying you a considerable amount. Also if I make an appointment do have two things done, don t tell me that xyz also needs done. I ONLY want you to do those two things. Will not be back or use Conrad s in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Conrads. I dealt with James the manager and Kirk and they were extremely helpful, caring , knowledgeable and thorough with their job. I would recommend Conrads to all my friends and family. Definitely 5 stars

Be aware of over charges and very high pressure sales tactics. They quoted for repairs that did not require attention. Quoted $1600. They only gave 30 minutes to decide, after the $150 diagnostic.The car was fixed for under $50 and under 1 hour. They are crooks. Avoid at all costs, or pay the price.

Brought my car in to have the brake line/ hose checked.(noise coming from front passenger tire. As if the brake caliper was stuck) They called me back later in the day and told me the calipers, rotors, pads needed to be replaced, would cost $900. Also said the struts and sway bar links were weak and would need to be replaced soon as well. When talking with the guy who called I asked again if they checked the brake hose going to the caliper. He said it was fine that the caliper rotors and pads need replaced. Told him this doesn t make sense I had the calipers, rotors, pads, struts, swaybar links replaced about a year and a half ago- 2 years ago. Didn t make sense that it all went bad at the same time, and so soon. Had the car looked at at a different shop yesterday. They tested the calipers, said they are working fine. They tested the hose in question and found that the hose had a blockage which was not allowing the caliper to release. I also had them check everything that Conrad said was going bad. They said everything is working fine as it should no need to replace. So if I would have gone with what Conrad said I would ve probably been over $2000 out of pocket (including struts and sway bar links) When in reality it was a $75 brake hose that was bad that I asked Conrads to check and they didn t. I recall asking Conrads three times to check the hose or if they check the hose. They replaced the driver side hose about two years ago. The car was doing the exact same thing that it was doing two years ago. That s what made me ask for the hose to be checked. We are upset that we had to waste more time going to a different shop to have the problem fixed and if we would ve trusted Conrads we would ve been spending a lot of unnecessary money.

Very nice and helpful! Quick but good work. If they say an hour it's an hour. I never feel like they are over charging me or treating me different for being a female. Great deal on tires and took care of me when I had a rim leak for no charge. Highly recommend them!

Finally, a shop that didn't try to pressure me into a bunch of things I did not need!!! I came in for an oil change because they have one of the best prices. I knew I had other things wrong with my car but waited to see what the mechanic would tell me he saw. While you wait for your car they make a video of the inspection they're doing on your car to show you what they're looking at. I love this! He pointed out exactly what I already knew was wrong with my car when I walked in. When he came out to talk to me he had some quotes for me for the work I knew I needed. He did not make me feel pressured or try to sell me all kinds of other things like places have done to me in the past. Which, as a woman, is a little insulting. ( we can know about cars too, fellas!). Their quotes were reasonable so I agreed to the major repairs and chose to wait on the other. He answered all my questions and even told me I did not need some of the things I was thinking I did. Again, I never felt pressured or lied to which I appreciate SO much.The waiting area is very clean and they offer complimentary coffee, water, soda and popcorn (which my son appreciated). The staff was super nice and efficient. I am very pleased with my experience today and will definitely be back in the future.PS. I also earned a free car wash!

This Conrad's is always my go to! The people that work there are super nice! I've had all of my tires done here and the pricing is always affordable and they honor fixing any tire issues for free if possible. They are also always pretty quick about getting your car back, especially if you make an appointment ahead of time! Thank you for the great service!

I stopped here to get an estimate on four new tires and I left with being scheduled that same day to get them! Conrad s has the best prices around and that extra warranty helps ease the mind! Dave B helped me decide on the best tires for my vehicle and the current offers on all brands. Dave was nice and insightful with trying to decide on which tires I was going to purchase because I had a lot of questions.

Two visits this week (11/17 and 11/20) to change to my winter tires and to get an oil change. As always, Eric and his team (Dave and new Dave) were on top of things and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.Another great experience (09/2019) with Dave and Eric. Dealership recommended some vital services for my Odyssey, only to have Dave confirm that it wasn t at all as critical as the dealership reported. Great feeling to know that these guys are looking out for you and your $.Dave and Justin always look after my vehicles professionally and quickly. They are knowledgeable and up front...I feel comfortable with their assessments.

Good quick service as long as they are not too busy. If they are backed up then it can take a while. They changed my oil this morning in about 45 min with two cars ahead of me. If they have any recommendations they take into the shop and show them to you. Their prices are very reasonable as well.So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. Also, free pop in the waiting room!
