I bought a car wash package and didn t get a printed receipt. I called the number on the screen and was called back within an hour!! Such a breath of fresh air to have Cheri give me such amazing customer care!! Thank you for treating me so well

The only issue I had was I didn't put a code in first to get $1 off. I thought it would come up before you paid. My suggestion is to have a sign before you pull up to show the different car washes and when to enter a code for $ off if you have one.

I went here after dropping my daughter off to a nearby gymnastics place. The final wash was weak and not enough to get the soap all over my vehicle off. I forward too fast while in the drying cycle, went to back up to slow my pace, as I had time left, and it shut off with 20 seconds left. I cannot think of another car wash where this has been an issue. For a 16 dollar wash (which was the second least expensive, I wouldn't expect these issues) I would not recommend going here until they fix these issues. I'm more than happy to revise my review if they fix these issues.

Great powerfully clean wash. Does a great gob cleaning your car. Expect some leftover water beads so your car may dry with some spots on it. But for the price you pay it's worth it to wash the dirt away fast. Would recommend this location.

Great packages to choose from. They use mineral water to avoid water spots (with certain packages). Was in and out in 10 minutes! Prices are comparable to other car washes.

Pros: Personally, the convenience in location of this car wash is great off a main road with dividing turning lane. Easy to get in and out, plenty of bays and room, vacuums available.Cons: Personally, I've experienced this at most express car wash's, where the drying time isn't long enough. I know ideally one would cloth dry after, but if you're on the move, the dryer leaves water stains and pushes the reminiscent wash to the back of your vehicle.

My car was hesitant and argumentative about going in, at first. I mean... It has a favorite car-wash just down the street. It was just after a fresh snow so my car was a bit salty, which may have explained the attitude. My car was pleasantly surprised upon entering the wash. The soap was very soapy, the wax was very waxy, the water was very wet, and the dryer was very dry. It drove out a happier car, and a lesson was learned about judging.

So I initially did not have a good time as I paid for the more expensive wash. I paid for it and pulled forward as one should. I followed the instructions but nothing happened except for a few sprays of water and then it told me to pull out of the bay. I was very confused as I have been in many of these before and I know how they work. I just wasted over $10.00 I thought. I found their number, left a voicemail, and to my very delight, they responded pretty quickly with me a free code to use. I went back and to my surprise it was a better version than the wash that I had originally purchased. This time it worked, and I was very impressed with the results. Overall, the customer service experience was surprisingly pleasant and I will certainly go back.

If you have a truck or suv you will leave with a wet automobile. Not worth it.

This laser wash is better than most. The lines usually aren't long and my vehicles look decent after the wash.

I m disappointed. I came to this car wash because it was convenient, on my way home. After I pull out of the wash, I noticed my windshield was still dirty and the places that my windshield wipers cannot reach. Mind you I got the $12 Wash. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive.

I had to quit using this wash, big waste of money. Never does a good job. The husband used it for the 1st time yesterday, don't think he will be back. When he got home there was left over soap all over that he had to wipe off. Would be nice if this problem could be remedied.

Does a great job. The high pressure spray reaches areas that brushes/sponge strips don't. Their solutions leave my car clean and shiny.

I have been going to the laser wash locations for years, actually 5 years to be exact! I started with the Brunswick location and have used Strongsville and Berea as well. I recently moved so Strongsville is my wash of choice.I usually have a fantastic wash! It is a touch free wash and does everything and a little more than you would expect from touch free. So I am always impressed.Recently I went for a wash and it sprayed my car with soap and then the wash shut down, mind you I didnt move my car the wash just malfunctioned. So I called the owners! I spoke with a man by the name of Scott and he was extremely helpful. Even offered me a wash(s) to compensate for the lack of wash I had just received.This company is very reputable, kind and absolutely does care about their customers. So much so that they didn't only give me a couple washes but made sure the error that occurred was fixed on a wash level, by investigating the issue and doing their best to make sure it does not happen again.My husband, siblings, mother and father will continue using this wash and its other locations. As we will continue to recommend it when we have family over especially during these salty seasons when they're all asking what is the best closest wash we use, we will recommend this chain of washes every time.

Have gone here many times in the past and was okay of a place. Today: put a dollar in to get coins- got .75 cents back in quarters and a penny. Well I found another quarter so I could sweep my car out. That didn t happen either the vacuum to the right barely picked anything up. Went through the car wash too and wasn t impressed.

Paid $14 for wash, pulled in and it put soap on 1/4 of my truck then said exit. No one was on site to help and waited 30 minutes in line. I called the phone number and got voice mail that was full. I guess i m just out the money. Heck of a way to run a business

Stole my money. Paid $14 for a wash. Pulled in. It sprayed for less than 2 seconds and then shut off. No directions, no explanation, nothing. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting for something to happen and it didn't

The car wash is ok, it felt like it was broken, it was very weak and didn't even dry the car off all the way. I wouldn't really recommend, there are better car washes out there.

Splendid no touch car wash Pentwater all the salt and grime and brought back the showroom shine from my prior fall wax made me happy as I'm here from out of town.

Ok it did a decent job on my car. I had a few spots. Didn't do very good on my SUV . Had to go over a good portion of my vehicle. Not cheap either.

Vacuum only took dollars and gives with no change given for fives. Didn't want to spend 5 bucks for a minute of vacuum, so left! No change machine seen!

It's a win win situation for quick wash. You always get a $2.00 off coupon upon your visit. Berea Laser Wash is always open and does a decent job for a decent price.

I was in line then the lane I was in broke down; I had to backup and get back in line (the attendant never came out to inform the guy in front of me, he had to get out of his car and track him down), wash was $12 and didn't do a great job but at least got some of the salt off... If I didn't live so close I wouldn't be back

Had to get change for a $20 to get quarter dollars to spend $1. Could of been a more pleasant duty if everyone was on the same page with currencies. Reasonable prices with quailty product .

Pricey compared to other similar washes and the spot free rinse didn't seem to work, so the car was completely covered in water spots unlike anything I've had happen to my car before.

Paid $16 for a half a truck wash. Did not wash the middle or sides of my truck what so ever. Still had enough soap on my truck when i pulled out i could have washed it again.

Always get a good clean on my cars. People must remember this is a touch-less system. It is not going to scrub your vehicle which is why I like it. It may not get off your toughest grime.
