Talented, prompt, and customer oriented. Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists repaired 4 of my 21 inch rims and I couldn't be happier. I had pretty bad curb rash and assumed they would be a lengthy project to get back to normal. To my surprise they were done in 1 day. I spoke with Paul a few times through the quoting and repair process and every time I called he addressed me by name, was very courteous, and took the time to explain the process to me. I have worked with a few companies for various repairs and projects on cars throughout the year and these guys shine bright. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer and will certainly be a repeat customer.

Alloy Wheel Repair did an amazing job powder coating my wheels on my Porsche Macan. It looks great and they are very professional and I am super impressed. I d recommend them 100%!!

I had taken a specialty wheel to them to refinish, and man did they knock it out of the park! I worked directly with Greg who was courteous, professional, and confident in his work! Turn around time was quick and the end result was perfect! I would 100% recommend Alloy Wheel Repair for any of your wheel refinishing needs!

I had manager Greg and his team refinish a set of wheels for me in high gloss black on our new Traverse. I was amazed at what a difference it made the vehicle look! These guys are true pros! They exceeded my expectations and at a price that was a fraction of what new wheels would cost. I'm already making plans for them to do another vehicle because of how great their work is. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

I went to this business because the finish on all four of my pickup truck rims were flaking off. They stripped off the coating and then powder-coated them with a chrome look alike. The rims now look absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this business for sure. I ve included pictures of my rims before and after their work.

Phenomenal job on reconditioning our wheels for our car. The wheels make the car look new. You cannot go wrong going to Paul. Greg and his two wonderful brothers that work for them.They are the best!See pics of before and after!Center caps were not replaced.

This shop is "Amazing.. The refinish they performed on my Porsche Spyder rims is awesome.. They look brand new... flawless.. They were machined and powder coated to perfection.. Manager Greg and owner Paul were excellent to do business with.. Compliments to their entire staff.. Thanks much..

Was super happy with the service here and was well worth the drive. All the guys I interacted with were very friendly and professional to not just me, but my wife. It's like my wife's wheel was never curbed, they did a great job for a great price. I got the wheel back in a reasonable amount of time -- one buisness day. Overall, I plan on coming back here in the future if I ever need a wheel repaired or powder coated.

Took my Dodge Dart here for some repairs. I got a full powder coat on one wheel and a spot repair on the next. The price difference is not too far off, and I would highly recommend the powder coat! It came out like it was when I drove it off the lot 4 years ago. The finish is great and matches flawlessly. If you look closely at the spot finish, you can tell it's been blended. Which is totally to be expected. If I had them done again, i would go all powder coat. Paul was awesome to deal with from email to in person. He made sure that I was absolutely satisfied before I left the shop. They definitely did an awesome job, and finished within their 2 day turn around window that was initially quoted.

I decided to take my wheels to this place based on them having the best rating in the area for powder coating. So glad I did! My wheels turned out awesome & the staff was extremely nice & helpful. They will definitely be getting all my future business & I will be recommending them to everyone.

They did an amazing job. The owner came out and gave me a quote as they were closing and even took the time to explain my repair options and show me some of their work. The day of the repair, Ashley texted me to ask if I wanted to go through with the repair they suggested. You would never be able to tell anything had happened and they even cleaned up the other wheels so they all looked great.

This place is fantastic, I had two rims repaired for some minor curb rash and the powder coating work is truly factory quality, as you can others have reiterated. They ran into a minor issue in the process as well but were very transparent in what happened and the process to overall make it right. Very ethical, professional and most importantly, in the end, the work I had done was world class!

I Have @ 2024 Cadillac XT6,I Wanted my Factory Rims Powder Coated With @ Glossy Black Color..I Found Alloy Wheel Repair on the Internet I Went Out to Meet Greg at the company & I just knew I Had the right Place..I am @ Very Satisfied Customer..Everything I Wanted Done to my SUV Greg Told me they could do it..Also The Price Was Very Good..Call Alloy if You Need your Rims Fixed or Powder Coated,You Will Not Be Dissapointed

Greg and his team are awesome. Hit a massive pothole on 480 and bent a wheel. These guys got me in within a week, and I was in & out in an hour. Wheel straightened out and my car rode beautifully afterwards. Oh, and it was about half the cost of buying a new wheel. Thanks fellas.

I just wanted to thank Alloy wheel repair specialists for a job well done. They went above and beyond for me in regards to a full set of wheels for my 2022 Toyota Camry. I brought them some beat up stock Camry wheels and they turned them into new again. Thanks again Greg!

Went to AWRS of Cleveland yesterday. I had 2 bent wheels on 2007 BMW 328i. Pleasantly surprised! I had to make an appointment which was no big deal. Only a couple of days out. Very professional, but personal. Nice waiting room! Kept me well informed of the progress of the work being done. Arbys in walking distance if needed! I WILL go there when needed!! So should you. These places are hard to find. Glad I did! Thanks Paul, Ashley and Rick!!

Check out the 50 year old rims this is powered coat to chrome and they even saved the logos thanks guys

I had taken my wheel in need of repair to a few shops and was about to give up hope in finding someone that could actually fix it when I gave these guys a try as a last-ditch effort before I ponied up and bought new rims.I sure am glad I did.First off, driving up, the first thing I noticed is they are currently servicing, frankly, some very pricey autos. I noted a Bentley, an Audi, and a Mercedes just at a glance. So right away I get a good vibe, because you don't service Bentleys unless you know what you're doing.Second off, when I walked in the shop, I wasn't ignored or treated like I was an inconvenience to anyone...I was treated VERY well by everyone I spoke to here. Everyone was friendly and had no problem helping me out as soon as I walked in the door.Had a nice little chat with the manager while he took my info, told me my wheel would be done tomorrow. And, lo and behold, no excuses no stories it was just done when they said it would be.Frankly, if I'm in need of any wheel repair services ANY time in the future, I can't imagine going anywhere else...ever. Thanks, guys. You have a great business going. Now you just need a bigger sign so you're easier to find!

The service I received here was superb. I had been to the dealer and many other places for months trying to fix/diagnose the issue with some shaking my car was doing, with no luck. I heard of this location from a friend that had intended to seek their services and immediately contacted them. They promptly contacted me about the details for a wheel straightening and were willing to work with me on an appointment because I wanted to get it done ASAP. My car is an extension of me and not only did they take care of me by fixing my issue, they also checked and made sure there were no remaining issues on any of my other wheels. Thank you so much!

I requested quotes from 4 places in one day and not only did Paul reach out to me first, but his prices were almost half of what the other places quoted. They had me in and out within 90 minutes and you couldnt even tell that my wheel was bent. They even touched up some of the paint as well. Came out flawless. I will definitely recommend these guys and will more than likely have them do a paintjob for my wheels in the future. Thanks again!

I had some wheels powder coated. They turned out fine - initially. Powder began to flake off when hubcap was installed. It was a metal prep issue, but not visible with the hubcap on so, I did not bother them regarding it. My issue was I had requested a gas cap and metal spike to be coated to match. I went to get my wheels and forgot about the cap and spike, called them the next morning regarding them and was told they would let me know when ready. A few weeks went by, nothing. Called about it: call ignored. Emailed the guy in charge twice with no response. Here we are 8 months later and they have still not completed or returned my parts which I had paid to have completed. They may be good for wheels, but do not expect to get accessories back.

Paul and his team did an excellent job with fixing the curb rash on the two of my Camry's wheel's! The work exceeded my expectations and matched the other two factory wheels perfectly. I brought them a 21 inch Audi rim that needed to be straightened from a slight bend and had decent curb rash also. I spoke to Paul a couple times about the wheel and their process and I could tell he cares about doing a quality job for customers. Only a few business days later the rim was complete and looked brand new. With the rim back on the car, it rides smooth and quiet again.Thanks Alloy Wheel Repair Team!

I use this company to powder coat my wheels and the job was not only less than their competitors but came out looking like a factory finish. They are very professional, have a large indoor warehouse with multiple ovens and spray booths. This is not some guy operating out the back of a truck. Their trucks are busy fixing wheels on site at car dealerships. My visit today was because I curbed a rim at the post office and was hoping that they could fix it. Not only did they fix it, it's impossible to tell where the damage was. They have some method of blending into the powder coat using the same finishes which is what they call spot repair. I cannot imagine going to another company for powder coat work, I also dropped off some patio furniture that they will sandblast and powder coat using the exact color that we were looking for. You really can't beat this company, definitely give them a chance

I recently purchased a used 2015 BMW 328i that was in great condition, except the PVD Chrome wheels. All of them needed redone. I started researching wheel refinishing in my area and I found Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. Thank God I did! From the online quote I got to the repair of the vehicle they knew exactly what to do. Take a look at my photos of the before and after... They did an amazing job! If you are in need of this service I can highly recommend them!
