Excellent experience. We went to test drive a truck and a car. Tim was really transparent about work needed on the truck. We bought the 2011 Mazda cx9 after checking the carfax report and kbb.Car drives great. Put a new battery in it and some new wipers. Thank you. Car is still running great. I love it.

We bought a spotless f150 for 9000 engine light came on on way home but 150$ later it runs as it should . So thumbs up to western reserve auto. I'm already getting compliments on my truck. 4 months later still runs great...thank you again. 2023 a year later and truck still runs fantastic. Thanks again.

My boyfriend bought a car from here 4 days ago and they falsely advertised the car and didn't give a proper description. They rigged it up long enough (with a zip tie) for him to drive it home to figure out the hood latch was broken and it wouldn't latch down due to the HOOD FLYING UP AND SHATTERING OUR WINDSHIELD ON THE HIGHWAY. We could've died. We called Tim Buckel the guy who he dealt with there and he was very unsympathetic about it all. We are so thankful we are okay and didn't have our daughter in the car. This happened not even 24 hours of having the car. They acted really nice and sincere when he was there purchasing the car with CASH IN FULL. Also he is now taking his sweet time transfering the title to the BMV after all of this. Saying that he'll get his title before the tags expire. Just again being very rude and unsympathetic.

I've been coming to Western Reserve Auto in Beloit since moving to the area in 1998. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from them during that time, and every experience has been better than the last. Our latest purchase was a Honda Civic. Price negotiations were honest and upfront and I believe I got a fair deal. Purchasing was easy and I drove the car home that day. I can't say we have ever had one problem in all these years. Great dealership.

I was recently in the market for a truck. However, I wanted a specific truck that was lightly used and within my budget. I started a well known dealership in Alliance but found the experience to be too pushy. So I took my business to Western Reserve Auto. I gave the salesman my requirements and he went to work. He got the price as close to where I wanted it to be as he could plus got me financed at a great rate. In my 30+ years of car buying, this experience has been the most pleasant one ever! Thanks to the team at Western Reserve Auto for taking care of me.

They have a lot of nice vehicles and great prices. Was there to make spare keys not to purchase anything but from the condition of the vehicles and the price, I would recommend stopping here first if your looking for a decent price and a vehicle that will get you around longer than a few months.

Fastest car I ever bought. I called in advance with my price range and wish list. They had it all figured out by the time I arrived..bought the car on the spot and drove away within an hour. Very honest when I asked about specific cars. I will buy from them again without reservation!! I never thanked a dealer before today. Very easy to do business with!

We purchased a 2005 Mitsubishi eclipse from this dealer in early november. Told the car (almost) rust free and that there was nothing wrong with the car. When we got there the battery was dead and they had to jump start the car. Took it for a test drive and you could tell the car had not been driven in awhile. They weren't willing to work on the price much but we ended up purchasing the car anyways. While we were driving the car home (about 30 miles away from dealership) the car shut off and wouldn't restart. We let it sit for a little bit and the car restarted and we noticed the check engine light was on. I called there dealership and they said it was a AS IS deal. We ended up limping the car the rest of the way home and we had the codes pulled. It turned out to have a bad MAF sensor, emission codes and a bad battery. Currently still fighting the emission codes to this day with this car. But this supposedly almost rust free car was a bunch of BS as the car is completely rusted out underneath! They were not very helpful and were not willing to work with us. VARY DISPLEASED AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Friendly Sales man. Nice car, said somethings needed done, like new tires etc.which was fine. Got it home took it to fix muffler and discovered frame was broken. So make sure you check frame before committing. Broken frame is serious. Unsafe vehicle. Our son is greatly disappointed because he had high hopes for fixing up the car.

In April 2018 we went to take a look at some compact SUVs from their lot, having a budget of around 2000$. We were only on the US for a few months, but that car had to take me, my wife and our 1.5 year old daughter cross country from Cleveland to California and then Arizona. We ended up buying a 2004 Saturn Vue 4 cylinder (2.2. L) manual gearbox that drove quite well. The car passed e test without a problem. We just changed the swaybar links, front brake pads, and a rear wheel bearing (the bearing started being noisy about a month after purchase). It then took us on 17 day, 5000 mile, camping trip from Cleveland, OH to the California coast and then finally to southern Arizona, passing through the Rocky Mts NP, the Mojave, Grand Canyon, Moab, etc, without a single fault. I then drove the car in the AZ and NM deserts for 46 consecutive days and nights (looking for reptiles and other wildlife), before selling it and leaving the country. Thanks for the vehicle, guys! It was awesome and we miss it. All the best from Romania.

Bought a car here and they were either not upfront about the work that needed to be done with the car or either have people who work here that do not know what they are looking at in car. With in a month of buying a car from here i had a 1000 dollars of work put into it. and even after that work there was still a problem that could not be fixed and the car ended up breaking down within two months of my purchase date.

They have a 2006 Ford Explorer advertised Red and Gold Eddie Bauer addition I asked for a phone number as my Wife and I live in West Virginia I called and talked to the people that run the Car lot and asked questions about the vehicle he said no rust no scratches he said it was one of the best Exployers that they had seen in a long time I offered him a lower price than what he had it advertised for he said he would take my offer we drove over 300 miles got to the location and OMG the rocker panel on the driver's side read door had rust there was scratches both sides someone had removed the fog lights Wich would need to be replaced top coat on the roof was flaking it was not the vehicle he described at all. in the pictures it looks like a different vehicle can't really say but I called him he wasn't at the lot said he had a doctor's appointment and would meet at the lot afterwards I called him and told him about all of the scratches and dents and rust in the rocker panel and he denied it and said that I could touch it up with touch up paint false advertising and not truthful So my Wife and I made a trip of nearly 700 miles we rented a car to go up there in and came home with nothing.

We were there this past weekend to look at several cars. These people must buy cars at auction and then put them on the lot without checking them. We looked at one car with the rear bumper falling off, two had windshields that were so badly damaged, they we unsafe. Another car, which looked nice had such bad transmission slippage we only drove it two blocks before turning around and taking it back. I don't think one car on this lot was safe.

They tried to over charge me by 1,000 on the finance papers. They said the car cost was $6,900 not the $5,900 that was the advertised price. Then today, 10 days after the purchase, the brake pads rotors and cI9alipers went. The estimates were hundreds of dollars, and Nick the owner told me it's a used car and I should expect to put money into it. I had only had it 10 DAYS!! He said they would do nothing to make it right!! They are crooks!!
