Erica is the Best! So patient, honest, understanding, and kind. She takes the time to explain everything to you, even if it's the 4th time you've called her in a day with yet another question. This dealership truly gives you a feeling like no other. Highly recommend!

Honest, up front, and very knowledgeable. The best buying experiences that we have ever had. We can't say enough good about them. The service department is also highly recommended with experience and knowledge. Every part of this dealership is trustworthy, they have always come through for us. The honesty is a big deal.

This is the fifth Ford in 11 years that I have purchased through Caranfa Ford in Bellevue, Ohio. This dealership has people like Erica, Chris, and Andrew who go the "extra mile" to make sure their customers are truly satisfied. It is the little and big things that truly set Caranfa Ford apart from other dealerships in the area.

Can't say enough about this dealership. Chris, Andrew & the guys in service are awesome. From troubleshooting a noise (created by a bodyshop) to Chris offering to change out my windshield wipers himself, they go above & beyond. Such great service from this dealership.

I have ALWAYS had extremely good care at Caranfa Ford. Chris and Andrew in the service department are two of the nicest people you will every deal with. They will always answer my questions and inform me if they find anything that needs addresses. This dealership is very honest and helpful and I highly recommend them!

I recently had a full front and rear brake replacement done for my 2015 F-150. The process was very quick, from scheduling through the repair, and my brakes never worked so well! Thanks, Andrew and team.

Was ready to buy a new truck they had on their lot and asked about trade value for my vehicle. They never called back although they said they tried. Once I got ahold of them they offered me $10k less than any other dealer in the area(my vehicle was a 2021). They said we can only offer you this much & that other dealers are paying more because of inflation......duh.... Will take my money elsewhere.

Great place to buy a new vehicle or have it serviced. Just took delivery of a new a 2022 F150. I recommend Caranfa Ford to anyone looking to get a new or new to them vehicle. Best dealership I've ever bought a vehicle from.

I have friends who work for other Ford dealers in service and sales, but Caranfa is such a good dealership that I choose to go here instead. Chris in service is extremely thorough with addressing every concern, takes the time to explain any process or situation and is great about keeping up with updates. As long as I'm still living within a few hours of here, I will be a lifelong customer I suspect.

Great experience with the service department. They are always nice and pleasant. One minor thing, I called to ask about windshield repair and the gentleman who answered that call was borderline rude. He told me to call safelight. I'm thinking no, I'm calling you. He sounded like he wanted to get me off the phone. I'll give him a pass because he was probably having a bad day. I will continue to go to Caranfa.

What a great place .i worked at ford motor co. For 37 years and never have been treated this nice when buying a new car.when I went to pick up the car it wasn't outside it was in the showroom detailed to the best.waxed tires coated.some dealerships have trouble washing a car for delivery and my sales lady was great.the only thing is they wouldn't give me the Italian discount to lol.this place is a hour away from my house but I'll buy all my cars from them

The owner told me that the flashing check engine light was because it was cold outside and the vehicle hadn't been driven in a couple of days...yeah, right. Also the vehicle was priced $7000 more than any other vehicle within 100 mile radius.
