Had my car looked at bc something is definitely wrong with front left suspension. Charged me 50 dollars, and said we don't know what it is. Have to let it get worse before we can know, and fix it. Thought people who work here were professionals..??? Payed 50 dollars to get told we don't know what it is. Where do they do that at.?? Oh yeah Wally's.

I love dealing with the family owned business. Very affordable! They really helped me out on many occations when I really needed it. They go above and beyond to make sure I get back on the road in a safe and reliable vehicle. They have honor and integrity wich is sometimes difficult to find in this industry but I know i can always trust and rely on wallys wrenchman. I will continue using there services always. Took my old truck that wouldn't start to them to check out. Wanted estimate on how much to fix and if it was salvageable. They told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost was very reasonable. Truck runs great. They also found a brake issue and fixed that. Great people to work with.

Fair and reasonable pricing, always done right and if not there's a year warranty on the parts they fix. DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I took my car to get looked at because it wasn t going over 50 miles per hour. They checked it out did something that costs $60 without informing me or asking. I went to pick up my car and now it won t go over 15 mph, it barrels out smoke, has loss of engine power, and sounds like it s falling apart. None of those issues were present until the mechanic tinkered in it other than the speed issue which got extremely worse. I couldn t even get my car home I had to leave it in someone s driveway! I literally paid for them to make my car run worse. Now I have no way of getting my kids to school.

Amazing people!! Great family business! I cant say enough how wonderful this shop is. I have taken my vehicle here twice and they are so informative and even split up repairs to make it feasible to actually pay for big jobs! I drive from Columbus to get work done at Wally's because of how great they are. Their prices are awesome and they're super nice and easy to work with. I've had everything from replacing an oil sending unit to having the whole head of an engine replaced here and I've been happy every single time.

Great people, great quality of work ! Upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done and work the doesn't need to be done. Cost is very fair for the quality of work that you'll receive. I live in Columbus now, like Levi, but will try to use Wally's whenever I can. Don't know what happened with Eric but there's two sides to every story.

We normally have great service but this last time we took our van in to be fixed. We knew our window wouldn t roll down. They told us it was the motor was what was wrong. When we came to pick it up they told us that the double tap to roll window down wasn t working but everything else did. That was a lie. We are having problems with the window rolling down. I hit the button today like 12 times when at atm and had to climb out to cause window wouldn t go down. We called and told him and he said sorry there must be something else wrong and that it would cost like $140 just for part. This is so terrible. I paid for my window to be fixed and it s not and I m out all the money we paid for it to be fixed. I thought they were honest people but I no longer believe that.

Took my car there cause traction an abs lite was on,over $ 300.00 to fix.was fixed or so i thought.Month later same problem.Went back over an was told it would cost about 320.00 to check it an fix.Even though i had a 1 year guarantee.Guess they don't stand by there guarantees.Will never recommend that place.

They fix what tire choices mass up I would take my car here every time if you take it to tire choices you will need to take it here they are the best bring it here first I learned the hard way it costs my 260 dollars that tire choices did it so I just want to say thank you for all you guys at Wally s you are amazingService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Great Service, but very high prices. I have had work done to my vehicle here in the past with no complaints about the job done, however, after getting quotes from ten different shops in the area, only one other shop quoted a higher price than Wally's Wrenchmen.

Had my vechicles for 3 weeks just to change a rack and pinion when it only takes 2 to 3 days. Had everything approved the day after for them to start it and the pushed it behind other vechicles that paid more for the job. They are very slow and don't keep there word on there appointments. Would of rather went to Monroe muffler cause at least they are honest and priorities stay loyal to appointments. Will never go to this place again.

I have dealt with Wally's for several years from ordering parts and delivering them to them to having them do work on my vehicles when i dont have time very trusting people. Would and will continue to take my vehicles here.
