Came into here to buy a Bluetooth transmitter for my stereo. Did not work and went to return it and they told me they cannot return it due to the packaging being ripped.

First off, I had a automotive shop 8 years ago in NE Ohio. I maintained a platinum level commercial account with Advanced. I no longer will do any business with any Advanced location. Battery was having issues, had it tested and charged by Advanced. I was told if issue happens again they would replace, well 1 week later it died sitting three days. Fast Forward to today, our son had battery die, alt output and everything checks good. Battery has always been very weak and I thought they would stand behind their product. Wrong, they said nothing they can do. I took my business to Oriellys

Guy I talked to seemed somewhat knowledgeable but was pretty rude. Also told me multiple times he's not a mechanic when all I asked him was if the set he was trying to sell he had heard any reviews... Went in to buy brake line material to make my own, he said "well if you want we have a whole pre-bent kit", I said "oh how much is that and have people that have bought it had good luck? I would think it to be hard to run them between the frame rails and body which how they come from factory" and he said "I don't know I'm not a mechanic." Then mentioned that another 2-3 times. So I decided to buy fittings and leave then just buy the tubing elsewhere.

As soon as I came in somebody was there to ask me if I needed. all I needed was windshield wiper blades and they got him for me and even asked me if I needed for them to put them on.. they were very courteous very helpful I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Simply horrible service, I m sure they know they have competition in town. Can t get waited on unless you call then they ll take your call right away and leave other customers standing. So today I walked out along with two other customers and went to the competitor to get what I need and that s where I ll go from now on

I wasn't sure if I was getting the right filter. I think the guy noticed I was struggling a little and help me find the right fielder and the oil and the way I went. Fast and friendly service

When in on a Sunday having trouble with my Nisson Versa. It didn t want to start. Not sure of the problem I learned long ago not to diagnose my car situations but leave in the hands of pros. Rex and Tony were there to help. Went through the entire system before finding the culprit. They took their time and all with a smile. Thanks folks I ll be back!!

Always my first pick for parts. Check online then pick up in store, save yourself the $$$. Online discounts*Guys and gals here are nice and helpful too

Horrible service had me on hold for 20 minutes. Then told me the paint I was looking for was there. Drove all the way there for him that tell me our bad we don't have it here.

They normally have what u need in stock...they will come outside n help u out if ur not mechanically inclined like myself...however there needs to be another employee in store
