These guys are excellent! Very reasonably priced and legit only 10-15 minutes for the total service. Great loyalty program where every 10th oil change is free and I also like that they offer top offs on any fluids at anytime between oil changes. Always running some solid deals or specials. Service team is very nice and quite informative too. Give them a shot!

Just pulled out after what was supposed to be a 10 Minute oil change. They snapped at least two of the bolts on my skid plate, which had no reason to be removed in the first place. The filter is easily accessible from the top, and the drain plug is well behind the skid plate. Again, no reason to even touch it. After an hour of waiting with zero communication on what was going on, I saw in the reflection of a nearby window that my skid plate was on the ground. I asked what was going on, and it wasn t until then that I was informed. I was asked to return the following morning for them to repair, and told that I would be, in and out. 2 1/2 hours later (after sitting on a concrete curb), I pulled out and headed to work (which I was already 3hrs late for). I get to work, and find the front end of my truck covered in oil (under the hood, under the truck, all over my front bumper), what seems to be oil dripping from my skid plate, no washers to replace the ones that previously existed, and WAY undersized bolts to replace the previous existing as well. As polite as the crew was, I pulled out with my truck being hacked up. Pissed isn t even the word! After spending 3 1/2 hours waiting for them to fix a problem that should have never happened in the first place (as there is no reason to remove the skid plate for an oil change), to hand my truck back to me in this condition?!?! My truck was in pristine condition before I pulled in, and now it s hacked and covered in oil. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Seen the Facebook special online and usually go to Take 5. Figured I would give Costa a try.Unbelievable service. Mike, Kevin and Jeremy did and amazing job. Explained everything to me. Filled all my fluids, Checked my tires and cleaned my battery up. I definitely will recommend the guys at Costa Avon to everyone. 40 bucks for an oil change WOW.Impeccable Service. You just made a new customer here.

Great friendly crew. Got an oil change and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They probably hit the 10 minute oil change mark, but I wasn't timing them. Located right next to BJ's Wholesale club. (You do NOT need to be a BJ's member to get an oil change) They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, unlike other big brands. At the end they reset the maintenance warning light. Sounds basic and simple, but using other big oil chains 9 times out of 10 I would have to reset it myself.Need an oil change without hassle? Always a crapshoot going here. They either close shop early or all hide in the back. Tonight was the 3rd time I pulled up during posted business hours (5:10 pm Thursday) and though the lights were on, the neon "open" sign was turned off and there was no sign of life inside.

This place is awesome if you re looking for an honest, affordable, and convenient oil change. Mike and Jeremy just took care of my car in about 10 minutes or less that flew by. They informed me what all my fluid levels were as they topped some of them off. They offered to put air in my tires but I just filled them beforehand. They didn t up-charge me or pressure me into purchasing anything else. Very nice people. I believe they price match other coupons as well to be competitive, but I used a Groupon. This was my first experience and I would highly recommend this to family and friends.Service: Oil change

This was the most amazing place! They were so professional and so nice! Mike and Renee are amazing. I am having an issue with my tire and Renee went over and above to make sure I didn t have a leak and gave me a great tip! Didn t have to wait and they were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! I ordered this on Groupon and have never been here before but I will be coming back every 3 months for sure!!!!

I usually do not write reviews, but I had exceptional service at a very reasonable price. They even vacuumed the leaves from under the car hood and filled the tires. Service was fast with no wait. The guys here were so nice. They were quick, and polite. Made engaging conversation, and didn't ask about my crushed up back end, which I get insecure about. Truly good dudes and an amazing price that cannot be beat in this area. Go see these guys!! They know what they are doing!! Great service and super quick! I purchased a voucher through Groupon for a synthetic blend up to 5 quarts. They were out of synthetic blend at the time, so they upgraded me to full synthetic for free. They also gave me an extra quart on the house since my car took 6 quarts. Will definitely be taking my cars here for oil changes from now on!Service: Oil change

I went to get my oil change here and they overtightened my bolt for my oil pan. As a result this caused a large amount of oil to begin dripping from my vehicle and I had to take it to the repair shop and have the bolt rethreaded as they stripped it during my oil change. I would not take my car back to this place as they stripped the bolt and any further I would have had to get the oil pan replaced which is very costly. Not worth the price, if you can take it to a shop or do the oil change yourself to avoid your car being messed up.Service: Oil change
