I wish every business had the integrity that Tire Choice Auto has. A headlight that I had installed here unfortunately stopped working 6k miles later. Despite 8 months going by since the install, Phil and the Tire Choice team made things right and replaced the faulty product at no charge. Both times I've had the opportunity to work with this business, the people have been fantastic. You can give this company your business with confidence!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was kind and helpful. They explained the issues clearly and talked me through possible solutions. They were flexible with me about ordering a tire from a different source and bringing it in for them to replace. I will definitely use this shop again for tire needs!

If I could give zero stars I would, do not go to this place if you are a woman or of black or brown decent, I ve taken my 2016 Chevy equinox here for an oil change, my car started to be very loud and running rough it wouldn t accelerate over 25 mph. I took it to another shop and turns out they hadn t been changing my oil or filter at all just resetting my cars computer and charging me for the service what an awful thing to do to someone who works hard for what they have and just want to get the service that they paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Needed a new tire, called in on a Saturday and got me in on the earliest time on Monday. Only took 30 minutes to change the tire when I arrived, quick service. Given a good tire, too.

I am a military member and was transferred to the Avon Lake area 3 years ago. Tire Choice Avon Lake has become our go to shop for work I don't choose to do myself. When I am deployed, I trust these guys to take care of my wife's car for any regular service. They've always come through and at a fair price. Thanks guys!

I went to Con**** right before them because I had a coupon and sat there for over an hour just for them to come out and tell me they can t get the oil pan open and if they did and broke it, it would cost between $600-800. So I left and went to Tire Choice. Got me in immediately, discussed services and what they would be doing. Both of the men working there were extremely nice and got me out of there in about 30 minutes. They re were amazing!

I had a great experience with Daniel over the past couple days. I came in due to a slow leak in one of my tires, but couldn t see what was causing it. Daniel took a look and found a nail in the sidewall that wasn t patchable. We went and ordered a replacement, and he made extra sure to order the correct tire that I wanted.When the tire arrived, Daniel gave me a call and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. He then replaced the tire quickly and perfectly, even taking a few extra minutes to clean around the rims better than I ever could. He also did the new balancing weights in black, to better match the rim.All in all, my car and I received great care, and I even saw the same level of respect and courtesy towards another customer while I was waiting. This experience definitely created a I think I found my go-to mechanic! moment, and I would urge anybody to give them a try as well.

Al and the guys were great. They took the time to explain the services needed in a clear, concise way and they were not pushy or overbearing at all. A welcome departure from the typical sales routine at other shops. Al runs a tight ship and has earned not only my business, but my respect as well. I highly recommend this business and encourage all who read this review to consider visiting Al and the crew at Monro for all their vehicle service needs.

I have been having our vehicles repaired at Tire Choice (formerly Monroe Muffler) for about 15 years. I trust the manager and technicians to tell the truth and provide options for repair and replacement. My recent experience with Phil, Jon, Mike and Travis validated this trust. I recommend these guys and this location whole heartedly.

I had a very pleasant experience at Monro. They were very knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. And they're honest and fair and doesn't feel like a corporate company but people that really want to help.

Great staff, very thorough inspections on vehicles, very good at advising customers of any and all of your vehicles maintiance needs. Clean and inviting environment as well. Excellent quality of work performed by all the technicians. Also, thank you again Phil and Team for getting my truck all taken care of!!! You guys are the best!!!

I have been a long time customer of Munro and have been incredibly happy with the service there. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They take the time to explain problems and what they are doing to remedy said problems. I am very confident in their skills and services and would highly recommend Al, Mike and the rest of the Avon Lake Munro crew!

Went in for oil change and was told that it was leaking oil. Charged fee to find out where it was coming from and they said they fixed it. My cost for oil change and diagnosis and fix was $104. I did not drive for awhile but then when I did, I noticed a little oil on garage floor. I thought maybe from what they fixed. However, I took it to another shop as that continued and they said that whatever was done, did not fix the problem so had to pay again to have it fixed. I am not sure how they could have been wrong and I have been there for other things and the people are very nice but now i am not sure about their qualifications since they were wrong about this and even charged for the diagnostic so how did they diagnose it incorrectly? Was advised not to return, too bad as it is close to my house and as I said the people are very nice and explain things.

I really enjoyed my first experience here. Mike helped me out with some trouble shooting on electronics in my vehicle. He went above and beyond to provide a stellar customer experience. Based on the great service I received, I will now be making this our family's primary vehicle service provider.

I used Monro about 4 yrs ago for brakes. At the time, they suggested replacing the bearing but I couldn't afford it. They were able to save the bearings and just replaced the brakes. Fast forward to this week, my brakes were grinding so bad that I ended up not being able to go into reverse.Phillip took the trunk in and inspected the brakes and later called me with the diagnostics. He was honest and told me that the repairs would be around $2300.00. I couldn't justify investing that much into a truck that is not worth that much.He was very understanding of the situation and managed to stop the brakes from grinding and making the truck ableto go into reverse so that I could drive it to the dealership and trade it in for a new truck.Phillip did not charge me for what he did which my wife and I are extremely thankful for. He was not at the shop when I picked the truck up so I was unable to thank him. MONRO, you have a very special employee here.Today, I am a proud owner of a new truck and the dealership only gave me $500.00 for the truck.Thank you again and I will definitely use Monro in the future and refer you.

Greetings , Life gets busy and it is comforting to know that Al and his staff of experienced technicians are going to treat your vehicle as it were they're own. Al is genuinely kind and always strives to provide me the best service for my honda accord. Al also lets me know of mechanical issues on my vehicle well before they are critical which gives me the piece of mind I can live with knowing I am safe in my car. Al was very professional and, above all, honest. I thought I needed new brakes all around. He told me that were fine, I was hearing noise from rust buildup. No charges. I had him change my oil just because. A great visit will go back. Honesty rules.

Jon is fabulous!! I sent my Mom to Monro this past week and she couldn't stop telling me how great Jon was with her! Its nice to know he truly cares about his customers and her car is running so much better! I don't have to worry about her driving anymore and possibly breaking down. Give him a raise!!Previous Post 2019I have full trust in Jon. I followed him from Bay Village. I'm glad hes closer to home. Phil and Jon are absolutely the best! They will make sure you feel comfortable and provide you with a free courtesy inspection for everything that is going on with your vehicle, NEVER any pressure to purchase additional services. I will always continue to come to this location.

Update: i went back there today and met mike, he was really helpful and gave a fair estimate, the prices and warranty are the best i got around, i will go back after memorial day to get the job done.Just got out of there, the old guy AL is very rude, he just walked away while we were talking, didn t even listen to what i needed exactly as I already know what the problem is and what s need to be changed , insisting on coming back in another day for inspection, all I wanted to know is how much he is gonna charge me for and I would come in another day and get it fixed.

I have an older car, so I did not expect the parts to be on site. The parts had to be ordered on a Saturday. Al made sure all the parts were there very quickly, and Mike installed everything and it worked perfectly. Total time from drop off to pick up 3 hours. Very impressive!

I almost had a heart attack when my dealership service department told me what my exhaust repair would cost! They actually recommended that I go to an exhaust repair shop for this repair instead. Al got me right in and was able to fix my exhaust issue (broken regulator) in record time at a very reasonable price. I've had issues with other auto service providers in the area . I will definitely call Al again if I have further issues with my 2009 Chevy Malibu! Thank you Al! Car is whisper-quiet again and sure to pass eCheck this year!

These guys continue to be extremely helpful every time I have brought a car in for an oil change or to get serviced. They get you in and out and are extremely courteous while doing so. For the value and customer service you get when you do business with these guys, it would be hard to go anywhere else.

I was overcharged for a poor quality change my rear breaks. Two days after the work was completed, the breaks started to make noise. I took the car back, they apologized, did something and worked fine for another two days.Then, noise again. I decided to take the car to the dealership. It turns out, the breaks that they used were of poor quality. I had the work redone by the dealership, and no more problems. BTW, I paid about 20% than what the Monro (Avon Lake) charged me.

THANK YOU SO MUCH DANNY, PHIL, AND MIKE, for saving my husband and my daughter last night. They were on the road to Chicago, Uhaul trailer in tow, when the radiator blew. It was 4:30 on a Saturday night and you folks welcomed them in; you found them a radiator; and YOU FIXED IT!!! You guys didn't get out of there until, what 9:30ish? That was no small undertaking and sacrifice! YOU ARE ABSOLUTE ANGELS!!!
