From the moment I contacted them until I picked up my car after the work was complete, this was an excellent experience! The customer support team was terrific, and the folks who repaired my car were awesome! Great communication, great follow-through and a great repair job done right the first time! A friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to be accommodating! I would highly recommend Solon Collision to anyone!

I felt taken of with Solon Collision. It was very easy to schedule, pick up and arrange things. It helps that Enterprise was only feet away from them. I did experience a more than 2-month wait for a Hyundai-manufactured part but that was unavoidable and did not affect the service. My car was repaired in a timely manner and they even cleaned both the interior and exterior. Valarie and Joe were friendly, frank and easy to work with. It's nice that they have good relationships with both my insurance company and Enterprise.

Everyone was extremely helpful made the process very easy! Additionally worked with the rental company making one less thing had to worry about. Car was done sooner than expected! Thank you very much

Awesome customer service and friendly communication that kept me updated on progress, including that repairs were on track to be completed by the expected date. They also worked w my insurance as needed on fine tuning the estimate.

Quick estimate and timely updates on the status of the vehicle. The parts took longer to get in probably because of the still lingering supply chain issues. The work done was very nice. From start to finish, the experience was seemless! I was promptly greeted by Valerie with a smile. Malcom took a look the damage and a very reasonable quote was emailed to me. The scheduling was fast and the repair was done ahead of schedule! The staff is very warm and friendly ... the workmanship is impeccable!! Will definately recommend to others!

I had the rear bumper and fender of my Lexus RC F repaired and repainted by Solon Collision. My paint is three stages so it s not easy to match. The results were excellent!
